Sirius stared in shock as the Sorting Hat said Gryffindor and the Gryffindor table cheered.

Alex smiled as she was placed in Gryffindor.

Hayden went to the Hufflepuff table, a little unsure what to do. He greeted the people around him as he sat down shyly. He didn't know anyone at the table it seemed.

Aizel looked at the hat impassionatelly as it was placed on her head.
"This is a tricky one. Griffindor or Slytherin? Slutherin or Griffindor? I say.... Slytherin." the slytherin table cheered happily and she looked up surprised. They were ... cheering for her?
Aizel looked at her feet unsure of what to feel. All of the other kids were in Griffindor and that nice boy too. On the other side the Slytherin kids seemed nice too. She stood up and sat at her table where she was unexpectedly showered with attention from two nearby girls who asked her about herself.

Sara charrer was elated. She had got in Ravenclaw. She went over to the ravenclaw table.

Hayden spotted a girl who sat down across from him. She had just been sorted into Hufflepuff. "Hi, I'm Hayden. I don't know anyone here do you?" He asked her. He was hoping that perhaps he would be able to make at least one friend who was in the same house as he was.

"Ravenclaw!"The hat announced the minute it was placed on Johnathan's head. He quickly scuffled over to the table and tried to ignore the cheering as he clutched his favorite book. He sat looking at the plate waiting for it to be over. Unlike his outgoing parents who were both Gryffindor he preferred to be with stacks of books instead of crowds of people it only made sense that he was in Ravenclaw.

The two girls were still asking numerous questions without even knowing her name. They asked her where she was from, wherther she liked it or not. A girl on the other side of the table looked at them and sighed.
"Leave her alone guys. She's new to all of this. What's your name newbie?" she asked Aizel.
"My name's Aizel." she answered. A guy a few seats away laughed.
"Aizel? What are you? A BOY?" he laughed at her with his friends. "Aizel the boy"!" he shouted loud for the other tables to hear. "Aizel the boy with short black hair." he said again and tugged on a black strand of hair. The people around her laughed.

Hayden heard the commotion over at the Slytherin table. "Oi, knock it off."He shouted across to them. He was reminded of his times back in elementary. He really expected a bit more from a wizarding school. Then he realized it was pointless after the spell was cast on them. He looked confused for a moment then did his best to dismiss it.

The boy that made fun of aizel suddenly fell on the floor and started giggling like a drunk, flailing his arms around. So did the other people around her. She looked around for the cause of this and then spotted the boy from earlier that was now smirking at the attackers. She mouthed a 'thank you' to him and stood up to move to another more pleasant side of the table, where people thankfully avoided her.

Aizel had just sat down on the table when a man stood in front of the students. She looked at him, wondering if this really was THE Albus dumbledore that had picked her to be a student in Hogwarts.

Johnathan looked up at the podium as Proff. Dumbledore began his speech. He truly did feel welcome to Hogwarts. It kind of felt like a huge family even though he only knew a couple of people.
