He seemed deep in thought and she didn't want to bother him but despite that, placed a hand on his shoulder."You okay? You seem troubled again.." she asked.

@jupiter_hollow@spiritwolf3@ninjagirlDeep and throaty, a rumble echoed through the omnious cave. Blinking his sleep crusted eyes, Vex took in the darkness. He could seen nothing but blackness. The only thing clear in his maind was the pain. His shoulder was indeffinately broken and his neck and jaw severly bruised. Aizel must have carried him, as he was sleeping with his head stablized between her backpack and the wall. The reality of the police issued canine unit chase sruck a chord in his brain. For approxamently 48 hours, he, Katia, Brendon and Aizel had been fugitives. Sooner of later, the authorites would have the cuffed and sent to juvie. A shudder raced up his spine. Vex wondered if the plan to flee to Katia's mannor still stood. Bredon sighed in his restless sleep. He began to babble in Latin. The scrathing at the other side of the cave was presumably Katia, as she usually did not sleep. Vex despeartly wanted to seek out Aizel. He flicked his ankle and connected with her back. It was surprsingly muscular; Vex had always seen her as slender and petite. 'Aizel,' he hissed.

"You need to lay down again. You're losing too much blood when you're moving so much." she scolded and lay her jacket pillow under his head again.Standing up once more, she headed towards Vex, kneeling besides him too and taking his ice cold hand. Despite the warm blanket over him, the boy seemed to be freezing."What's wrong?" she whispered soothingly.

She looked up, as once again Aizel was overloaded wih things to do. She cocked her head at Brendon, still speaking in that language. She knew a few languages, but that wasn't one.

Blinking a moment her turned to Katia, 'Are we gonna head off to your safehouse of a mansion soon? Its been 48 hours, they've got a warrant on us by now.' Shifting the muscules in his back, Vex clenched his jaw. The pressure was almost enough to crack the enamel of his pearly white teeth. 'Something's gotta be broken' he thought to himself. Still, something gnawed at the pit of his stomach and wrenched his gut into untieable knots.

I can't do anything but sew them on again ... and that'll hurt." she admitted with sorrow. She was quick to turn her gaze away from him and onto Katia. "Wasn't the An Barde mansion near that hill?" she pointed to the far east corner of the forest. Inbetween the thick leaves and trinks of the trees, a hill could be seen.

'Tell me, what was your mansion like? I've never had the luxury of living in a house before. Did you have a bathtub? I've been dying to use one; they're like myths to me. Spending my life in the...' he cut himself off, not yet revealing his past.

@swimforlife@ninjagirlActing quickly, Aizel stood up and let go of Vex's hand, trotting over to the scattered medical bottles and her backpack on the other side of the cave. She gathered everything in again and zipped the bag closed before rushing back to Katia. "I'm all set, I think we should really head off now!" she urged.
