Moonshine didn't wake up for what seemed like forever to her. Her dream kept repeating" THE DROUGHT HAS COME!..........THE DROUGHT HAS COME!..............................................THE DROUGHT HAS COME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.........................THE DROUGHT HAS COME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" This dream would longly continue.

Shadekit panted. She was hot and sweaty from play for such a short time. She felt de-hydrated and weak. She cralwed into the nursery to sleep.

Moonshine dizzily left the camp, still in dream mode. She stumbled to a shady stop and re-fell asleep.

Stormroar padded back into camp a scrawny mouse dangling from his jaws. He dropped the mouse onto the very tiny fresh-kill pile.

Crystalstar surveyed the clan and their small stomachs.

Birchkit padded out of the nursery out into the golden shafts of light plotched on the ground. The black flecked kit scanned the camp with his deep blue eyes. "Hey Snowkit!" he called looking back at the nursery. "Did you want to play?"

Crystalstar smiled and watched Birchkit from across the clearing. She frowned as she realized he could die with the drought happening.

Stormroar padded backwards to survey the fresh-kill pile and shook his head in disapproval.

Lightningpaw watched Stormroar return and survey the pile. "Yes, it's very small."

Icefire, sat isolated from the rest of the clan in semi-peace. she looked at the fresh kill pile. and noticed it look very small.

" well with this drought happening it's not going to get big anytime soon. I'd better do some hunting." thought Icefire.

Icefire rose to her paws. to leave the camp. she stoped at the bramble bush protecting the entrance.

Moonshine padded in camp, damp moss in her mouth." Wingtail!" Moonshine siad, fever not as bad," I found a small pool of water!!" She padded to sunkit," Drink this!" With that Moonshine went into her den, ate some herbs for her fever, and went out of camp agaiin

Icefire whirled around with her claws out. " HOW COULD YOU SUGGEST SUCH A THING! AND I WASN'T SNEAKING OUT OF CAMP I WAS-" she stopped and put her claws back when she heard a cry of sadness come from the nursery....

she ran into it and saw Sunkit lying there dying in the nest.

she ran out the camp. brushing past Lightingpaw and not looking back.

sorry, i really am. but- like i said my computer isn't working right so i might say stuff that's weird and doesn't relate to anything okay, so i'll change it once i see the rest.

Moonshine went into the tunnel again. She had stumbled across the cool cave with her high fever. The pool was nice, so now she wanted to find the source, since a small stream trickled to it. She headed towards the stream.

Wingtail grinned as Moonshine hunted for the stream. Wingtail ran to the nursery to see Sunkit half-dead. She started to fan him so he could be a little cooler.

Moonshine crouched down, the tunnel had gotten narrow for going straight. She sqeezed through, barely. In front of her was now a small river. Moonshine was determend to find it's source. So she kept going

Wingtail told Dawnsky to fan Sunkit and lick his body. She followed Moonshine's trail, and heard a trickling of water. She followed the sound. She widened her eyes in awe. She found a HUGE pool of WATER! Wingtail gathered as much moss as she could and soaked them into the pool. She walked back to camp, proudily. But suddenly, a fox jumped out of nowhere and stole Wingtail's moss. Wingtail screeched as the fox clawed her muzzle, leaving a bloody long gash. Wingtail ran back to camp, putting cobwebs on the gash. She only had 3 small clumps of moss left.

Moonshine found some moss. But then a rumble started. The way she had came in COLLAPSED!!! now she was stuck to find a new way out, with water, or DEATH!

Wingtail heard rumbling from the pool. She DASHED back over there. She saw that an entrance to somewhere had COLLAPSED. Wingtail heard Moonshine screaming.. MOONSHINE?!

Icefire ran to the Riverclan, border how she wished she were there. but she knew that there would be the same problem over there kits dying one by one. she heard the cry for moonshine and ran over.
