How do you do those? I see tons of those as avatars, Da's tinypics and so on. OnO how do you make them move..?

^^;; some people use:
photoshop animating program
gimp also has some.
and Iaza

you draw everything in frames first.

Iaza: upload frame 1. then click on animation. then upload the other frames in order by 2,3,4,5
