Warning: CC Stolen

I'm putting this out as a warning so no one gets robbed like me!

Before you read please know: It's my fault for falling for it, I won't happen again cause I'm not trading CC to new users anymore. Should have waited for them to accept first but I figured I would not get robbed... Now I know....

Don't go griping them out I believe its a fake account that another user has to get people to fall for their trick so that they will not get in trouble and once that account is found out about they will just delete it and make another....

The user @AutumnBlueberry came to my account 2 weeks ago and asked if I'd trade 400cc for their Ahjoon. I gladly accepted cause I thought it was a good deal. They asked me to send the CC first before they accepted my offer and so far they will not accept and they are ignoring my posts. I know they have been on cause not only are they chatting with other users but they are trying to trade the same Ahjoon to other users for CC. Probably will cheat them like they did me.

@furfur Might be a good idea to send in a ticket explaining the situation too. Ian can then look into it and see if he can find the person behind it and deal with them accordingly.

I was going to do that next but for the time I figured I'd post this to let others know of the scam and so they will be more careful when trading their CC 😊

Ian should introduce a feature where you can offer the CC in the trade just like EC. It would solve issues like these :/

Well, I'm sorry about your CC. In the future, though, and I know you'll do this anyway, but be sure the offer is accepted before you give the cc. Whenever I have CC for trade I make sure my offer is accepted before I transfer it. ^^

And yeah, trading CC through the trade center or something would be a good idea. 😸

i suggest you to track the recent feeds and you might know who traded the ahjoon to this person/ or who is the main user (this account might be his/her secret side account)

and ofcause,you should send in the ticket ASAP so no one else would fall for it.

Ouch, sorry to hear that. I personally don't trade CC - too risky and there aren't any security measures set in stone here to protect us from scams.

Go for it... but if they find out that your trying to lure them they may abort and abandon the account... I'm keeping my eye on that Ahjoon though, If it moves and the account is deleted that same day its a possibility that the person it moved to is the culprit 😊

thanks 4 the warning. I've only traded cc twice ( not to that person) and the person did not rip me off...thank god. I hope Ian can get your cc back.

@furfur That's really annoying☹️ I personally don't trade CC to users I've never talked to before. And this is why we should be able to offer CC the same way we offer EC. Yesterday I sent a few creatures to another user but they took so long to send the CC that I was almost going paranoid. Fortunately they were reliable and eventually sent the CC. But these CC sendings always drive me mad!

Anyway, I hope you get your CC back and I also hope the user gets tracked and banned. I really hate these situations. 😱

Sorry to hear this. I went to the users profile and people are still going to trade so i noticed @shadielle posting a very nice comment on the people's profiles not to trade so i hope you don't mind but this makes me really mad.

I hope Ian does something about this, these users act all nice and then ask for your CC and you fall for it *in some cases* and then they take your CC and don't give you the pet in return...this is why i don't trade CC with anyone other than close friends!

@jazzyleia Me neither☹️ The user is just getting CC deals for the same ahjoon with many users, so that they send their CC and get nothing. This is pure evil, not just a naive newbie.

I am really sorry for you and thank you for the warning! That same person came to my account a few days ago and wanted to trade too - though the other way round: @autumnblueberry wanted to trade CC for one of my old CC-creatures. I even set up the offer but he/she never responded. And hearing your story makes me glad that he/she did not!
