Good Afternoon Everyone!

I have missed you all so very much. Now that all my health issues have been addressed and offline obligations handled, I can finally concentrate on being a model club member and being active again.

Please understand if you have to take a hiatus, there is nothing wrong with that and you won't be taken out of the club. The only requirement is you have two kinds of birds in your cove. 😸

I apologize for no club activities/games this month.
However, there will be a monthly raffle drawing and MOTM recognition reward given out in the beginning of February. ** Moderators were given their gift earlier in the month and thank you for always doing such a wonderful job in the club. 😊

All December activities, games, monthly drawing and MOTM recognition reward will be given out then also.

February will be a Valentine theme and thanks to all who sent me club activity ideas!! 😊😊 They will be used so hope everyone will enjoy the new month coming up.

Just for fun now we can do some mini-games before the month ends. @duchess, feel free to initiate your own as you have time for it.

I need a new moderator here and will post the details in the next post.

Thank you all for being so caring, friendly to each other and most of all being a club member at BOAF.

I adore each of you and please know it is not all about posting the anthem/motto but your club to discuss things you like and share fun things with others. 😃

BOAF Club Moderator Needed :: (Position Open)

Please send me a PM if interested by February 10th.

In the event of my absence, you are required to assist @tikimaki, @duchess and @hay7199. This includes posting fun things in the forum thread to keep the club active and members happy.

** I'm looking for a member that can help make things run smoothly. **

- You would be required to check each club member's cove once a month to make sure they have two kinds of birds in their main or side account.

- You will monitor once a week all posts that are helpful to other members, follow the guidelines of the MOTM recognition reward (details are in every club's newsletter) and has everyone smiling, laughing and feeling a positive mood in the club. *Names are to be sent to me before the end of the month. I will review the report you send me and we will discuss by PM who to nominate as the winner for the month.

- Due to the nature of the two tasks for this position mentioned above, you will have to send me a monthly report at least 4 days before the month ends.

That is what the position is about so if you have any further questions just ask away please. 😊

For the record:
@hay7199 is on hiatus but is still a moderator in the club.

@tikimaki is responsible for welcoming new members (sending me a PM afterwards), doing a monthly tally of the anthem posts (sending me a PM before the end of the month), engaging in conversation with club members, moderating posts and handling any disputes or other matters which would disrupt the peace of the club. Whatever he says goes! 😉

@duchess also welcomes new members, assists me with club activities/games, can post anything fun-filled for all members to participate in, should start challenging mini-games or topics to keep the club active and will assist tikmaki and hay7199 should they need anything.

All club moderators get a special gift from me each month. There are incentives given out 3 times a year also. They can join in most games, activities and events here unless they initiated one.

Essays and writing contests, monthly drawing, random prizes and special (rarer) activities are prohibited.

Well that is the outline for the club moderators and hope this will help all members know we are here for you. 😸😊😸

Thank you, I'll give it my best. I was hoping I didn't need another moderator but have to be practical, my time is limited by all I do on and offline.

It feels good to be back in the swing of things and can have fun. I've only had time to check on my creatures, get all the prize pets/cs creatures together on the right trading account and answer a few PMs.

I finally saw Mr. Popper's Penguins. It was funny and really a great movie overall. 😊

There was Dawn Of The Planet Of The Apes which was interesting, sad and pretty good; if you've followed the other movies it wasn't as exciting.

I loved Thor and Green Lantern, the special effects were awesome!!

Did anyone see the Good Luck Charlie (Disney Show) Christmas Movie? I so love that show. Charlie is so cute!

I'm showing my age here, LOL. There are five shows that are my all-time favorite in tv. Bewitched, Carol Burnett Show, I Love Lucy, American Bandstand, Laugh-In and the Bill Cosby Show.

No, I don't go on pet adoptables anymore, I got disinterested in it, though I may re-visit it once February/Valentines day comes along, I missed Valentines day last year on it.

I think the last movie I watched was called "Supernatural activity" ...It was a weird movie....

I don't have a single favorite, I love these shows: Big Brother, Survivor, The Amazing Race, Top Chef, MasterChef, Hells Kitchen, American Idol, Parking Wars, Catfish, ...There are many more shows I love, but I'll take up a few pages(not really, but there are a lot of shows I love)
