Deleted topics and livepulse

It appears that deleted topics are not removed from the livepluse. Not sure if this is an oversight or intended.

I've noticed this a while back, they still appear on the Livepulse but they no longer exist.

@rileytibbles_side It was a troll, so that's intentional. I'm just using it as an example of a deleted topic that still appears on the livepluse even though the link takes you to a page saying that the topic doesn't exist.

Yes, this is unfortunately an oversight that needs to be addressed. Certainly not good if a topic is ever inappropriately named. Thank you for reporting this in.
