I realize now this is why I don't send apps in late at night for me. But ah, well. Least it showed I was creative, lol! >_>

Writing you say? o.o This is right up my alley. But I'll have to back out of this one. I'm horrible at filling out applications and I'm shy about sharing my writing. Plus I'm probably a bit too young to take on something like that. ☹️ But good like finding writers. 😊

My plot reminded me of a bad fairy tale book... XD
Either way, I think it was simple, and easy to understand...Mostly because I kept thinking, "What would be the most non-violent violence I can fit in a children's videogame? o.o

Not easy for me. Then again, most of the stuff I write is really violent.

For FanFiction, I write for Criminal Minds, Supernatural and soon Buffy the Vampire Slayer, go figure, lol! XD

And for original stuff, I'm working on a novel about a girl that's dead.

Yeah. Most of my stuff people need to be 18 to read.

I can't even remember what I wrote about to be honest... I was just so excited to send in an app, I just wrote up some stuff. I really should have focused some more and not rushed.

Thanks for your patience everyone. 😊 We've looked over all the applications (a couple of times, in fact) and we're working on narrowing down the users. We want to have a good number of writers so that we can get stuff done efficiently, but it's complicated because we also need to maintain a consistent writing style -- in other words, it's a work in progress.

We've also held off a bit to wait for more applications and to flesh out our plot a bit so our writers actually have stuff to work on.

Soon is the best estimate I can give, unfortunately. But it will be soon, I promise. 😋

@April__ Me too, I sent it in the same day! (It would've been less than an hour, but I had keyboard, so, the whole day XD)
And now it's been ages and I'm getting worried ._. Like, why did I send THAT in? DX Wait. Because I couldn't think of anything else X3
You're a really good writer anyway, I like your stuff ^w^ That novel sounds really interesting! =O But I no 18... X3

I'm not worried about my samples. I think they were okay. I had my friends help me choose a couple out.

I'm just worried about the plot I sent in. It seemed like a good idea at 1 in the morning. *major sigh* But then I think I woke up and sent it, without double checking.

So now I'm starting to re-think it.

Now I'm getting better ideas and feel like an idiot, who just sends cliche, boring stuff.

I wouldn't worry about the plot not being good enough... Because it's meant to be simple and easy to follow, and at least for mine he'll realize it's only like... 30 minute's work from the time i sent it in at X3

We don't normally do this, but you are welcome to send in a "short" supplement to your application if you REALLY feel it will make a difference. Who knows -- it might help us out.

But, to clarify, PLEASE don't send us anything unless you're sure it would help us out. We've already got a pretty good idea of everyone's writing ability. We are mainly looking for a person's ability to come up with ideas and build off the ideas of others.

For example: The plot of a story is Ark City is under siege by a gang of disgruntled Yeeps (pretty original right? that's why I won't be writing 😋). Aeroria asks you to help save the citizens of Ark and you accept, being the lovely and kind user you are. What happens next? What's the story of the Saga of the Angry Yeep Hoard?

^Feel free to answer that if you do decide to send something in. And get creative, but do keep it realistic. 😊 We might end up using some of your ideas.

... Can I just say that your example made me feel... Um, yeah, maybe you should write, not me... XD

What I'm good at is writing a bunch of stuff, deciding I want the plot to go in a completely different direction, and somehow making that work, although completely confusing everyone else! 😃 It's called impulsive writing ^^"

I mostly had no idea what to do for my 'plot' thing. I had no idea what the plot was supposed to be about, so I just rambled off something to show I can come up with ideas.
