Notification bug

Alright, I've had this happen twice now, so its not just me being unobservant.

In the past couple days I've offered on a few trade lots. Twice now a lot has been closed for whatever reason (rejected offer, accepted another offer, just closed), but I have not received a notification that that happened. The only way I knew what happened was I saw my ec total increase.
3 days ago I received a notification about a closed trade. But yesterday and today I have not.

Anyone else notice this? Or is it just my computer/browser being dumb? Will edit this post after running some quick tests to see if this happens again or happens in a different browser.

Edit: Notifications seem to work when lot is closed or offer rejected in both chrome and firefox. However I can't test the situation where another offer is accepted (since I only have one side). So I can not say for certain if the problem has fixed itself or lies in the notification for another offer being accepted somehow not being sent.

@Ian Nope, I had checked there since I have a habit of missing notifications while feeding. But the "missing" trade notifications didn't appear there (I see my experiment notifications but not the one from the lot earlier in the day that brought this to my attention). It was only by checking the trade center and then searching for the name of the creature in the lot that I realized that another offer had been accepted on the lot. There might be something wrong with the notifications for having an offer other than yours accepted on a lot since I was able to receive notifications for all the other trade possibilities.
