As for what kind, I know there's three classes, beginner, advanced, and professional. In beginner class we filmed skits, commercials, monologues, tongue twisters, and other stuff. In advanced and professional, we also did some auditions. If we were accepted, we performed for the agents and managers, and if they liked one of us we would go through interviews and hopefully get an agent/manager, who would have us audition for tv shows and commercials. At the end of professional class, we filmed a short movie. :]

You may need some sort of invitation, which I'd give you, but I already graduated. D: I do believe there's a website though, so I'll send you an email. 😊

If you try out, tell my teachers I said hi. ;D

I'll have to ask you to work on your form before you join, as it doesn't seem like an adequate amount of effort was put in. ;] For example, although "Keeps to self," could be a personality trait, it's not a sufficient amount of information to get an idea of her personality. In addition, her history could use some more details, as simply stating that she's a thief doesn't tell me much. Why is she a thief? What's her family like? What does she do on a day-to-day basis? Is there anything important that has happened to her in the past? How does her past affect how she acts? Also consider her skills - she seems to be skilled in quite a few things that definitely aren't average for a District 12 citizen, so I'd suggest explaining how she came to become adept in these things.

Things like your character's personality and background, even other aspects such as appearance, skills, and more, can't be explained with simply a list of words or a phrase. Make sure that you go more in-depth and really give both yourself and your fellow roleplayers a good idea of who your character is. (:

Regardless, your post brings up a few concerns. First of all, I don't believe it was ever mentioned that Lauri had the ability to set up snares before. Additionally, does she even have anything that can be used for snares?

Before your character joins the roleplay, please continue to work on their form. So far, Angel seems like a two-dimentional, flat character who could use some depth. I'm sure there is more to everyone's personality than kindness, intelligence, and bravery, and roleplay characters are no exceptions! Also, there are some unanswered questions still lingering that should be explained. How was she able to acquire skill in fighting and hunting with a bow and arrow as a District 12 citizen? What about her healing ability? Additionally, it seems that you're missing a few things such as her age and background, both very crucial things to know. What is her life like? Unfortunately, I know almost nothing about Angel when this form should have told me everything. So, if you're still interested in taking part in the roleplay, go on and make her a great character! (:

Well, this will involve a lot of editing since it was already roleplayed out that she had brought all the items with her, which affected other parts of the plot. If you'd like to have her come back to leave the items, that's fine, however. 😊

Hey, I've noticed that even for the Hunger Games, your recent post(s) have probably been too disturbing for Egg Cave. Would you mind editing them?

I also don't understand what you mean in your latest post when you say, "That is all it took for the blade to wedge itself in Jade's shoulder." Are you having Jade get hurt, or are you just saying that Tess /would/ be able to wedge the blade in her shoulder with a flick of the wrist?

Jk, godmodding here would be starting and finishing the fight by yourself in one post and controlling all actions.
The deal with what I've been doing is taking one step and passing the next move to the other user and we switch off to have a fair fight.

@trish Actually, You could say something like, "I aim my sword at her heart, hoping to kill her" (hope that isn't to violent. xP )

That would let the other decide whether they get hurt or not. I have discussed this with ladybugheart before, and it is godmodding if you control another character. (This includes deciding whether they get hurt or not) Even though this is true, it is also powerplay if your character does not get hurt at all. 😉

God-modding can range from various actions, whether it be controlling or injuring another character, or even remaining unreasonably unhurt in battle. 😉 If your character were to shoot an arrow at another, that user would have complete control over whether it hit, not you. Similarly, even just pushing another character over could be a mild form of god-modding, as that user is deciding that the character will fall as a result of their attack. God-modding in battle can take place in any number of posts and might not even directly control another characters actions, but the user is deciding how their characters actions will affect another character thus controlling them, although it may seem less blatant. However, attacking another character would not be god-modding as long as you control only your character and allow the other user to decide how this affects their character. 😊

Of course, god-modding can be easily avoided through not only steering clear of controlling other characters without permission, but communication. This is especially important in a Hunger Games roleplay, so it confuses me why this thread is so inactive most of the time. xD

I think it is very unreasonable for everyone to be fighting in a tent, because the real purpose of the then was to allow ONE person to sleep in there, and I think it's power play that not only me and Trish's characters are inside and can sleep, but 4 people to fight in there. I think it's also unreasonable that your characters are staying as well, because it is clear we outmatch you. Even though anything is possible, if I were put in a simular situation, I would take my chances with the birds. Not stay is the supercramped tent and give my life away.
