Warning to other Users

Well, I have been scammed. I offered 1000CC for an Ignis egg I never got.

The scammer was dragonriderz. The Ignis belonged to purplemonsta2020.

Dragonriderz got the CC and then logged off after taking another offer.

Personally I wouldn't trade with purplemonsta2020 since they were listed in dragonriderz profile/status but since I can't prove they were involved I won't tell others that they shouldn't...I just recommend they be careful.

I'm not saying these people are awful scammers.

I'm just trying to remind/warn people to be careful when trading CC.

Edit/note: I know spirit had nothing to do with this.

i would say it would be ok to trade as long as you were careful and didnt transfer the CC until you got the creature.

Maybe she logged off because something came up in RL? I'm sure dragonriderz will return your CC. It's possible she forgot.

Dragonriderz is spirit, and spirit doesn't seem like the type to scam people.

@lynncrow Maybe... I just think that it's unlikely spirit scammed you. :/ She's known for giving free CC eggs to users as gifts... why would she steal it?

i know spirit's a nice person but i suspect spirit isnt the only one who can logon as dragonriderz which is why i didnt complain to spirit herself

If someone has scammed you please send in a ticket about it so we can look into the matter.

they said they would make the lot and i should send the CC

i waited till i had offered before i sent the cc cause i traded with this user once before for an ahjoon and it went fine

once i got the notice that the cc was sent they took the other offer

That's awful D: I carelessly send my CC first, because I trust everyone on this site. Perhaps I should be more careful.

Also, it also crossed my mine that they could have accidentally accepted the offer.

Always send half, have them accept, then send the other half. For example, you would lose 500 CC in this case scenario, but then they would accept and you would send them the other 500. It's a lot of trusting on both sides, but there's no real way of losing ALL your CC.

purplemonsta and i had a conversation about this..its on my profile still if you want to read it

i dont think spirit had anything to do with this cause she's nice and she's too busy to be scamming people XP

if you look at dragonriderz status it says that purplemonsta can log on that profile

I Don't understand why people would do this. You beg your parent's for 1,500 CC. Get excited when they offer two mummars. Then....they scam you
