@sanibel_18 Its ok for you to delete a storage account and then recreate one with a new name. 😊 Just send in a ticket from the account you want deleted and we'll take care of it. Once it's gone you can create a new storage. Just make sure to move any creatures you want off the account before you send the ticket. 😊

Hello sanibel_18,

You can have the account deleted, just make sure all creatures have been transferred from it first and then fill out a ticket telling us the account is ready for deletion.

Yes, it is allowed as long as you stay within the 1 main and 3 storage account limitation. 😊
