Yup, summer's almost up for me, barely two weeks left, which means off to college for me. I'm excited, I'm scared, but I think I'm mostly excited. Anything is an upgrade from high school. Didn't like that much, especially not dull, depressing senior year.

So anyone else moving up big this fall?

Going into Sixth. Though, the middle school I go to isn't the regular sixth-eighth. It's fifth through eighth. I guess it isn't a BIG move, but now I'm officially a middle schooler.

Aww, I didn't get an 8th grade trip because I left my awesome school where I knew everyone and went to a horrible school where I was the scum of the Earth to everyone (but that's another story).
Buuuut my senior trip to Chicago last year was amazing, so it made up for it.

@metaphor I'm majoring in Political Science, but, I doubt that I'm going to continue with it. I'm more of a science person, not a social science person.

Well, I'm going to Year 7 (I think it's Grade 7 - I'm 12 this year). In a new school that I will (hopefully) be in (without being kicked out for failing) until university. 😊

I'm starting seventh grade in the first week of September. 😋 I'm nervous, but still excited. My sister is starting middle school this year as well, so we're both going to be in the same school for the next two years. 😱

College for me as well, @metaphor.
It'll be an interesting experience, no doubt. Not to mention I'll be the most independent than I ever have been in my entire life. Living in a dorm room always sounded neat, though.

I'm going to Grade 7. I'm a bit excited and nervous at the same time because I'm going to English (I was in French Immersion) and to a new school, but at my former school, the English side was very.....dirty and scary (I hope that my new school won't be).

Well, yeah. The school that I am going to isn't finished building yet. :/ It's my seventh school that I am going to. 😉
