Is it just me or...?

...or is everyone quitting? ;-;

I know it's against the rules to talk about banned or users that hve quit, this is why I shall not tell names....

Another one of my friends quit and I found out only when I clicked her username in my friends list.. ;_; I did not even get the chance to say goodbye...

One of my good friends already quit yesterday and now THREE people I know (two of them which are VERY good friends) are thinking of quitting... This is quite depressing... ☹️

It just breaks my heart and if it continues like this....







I might just quit myself.

You're right, there are several users that I know that have either considered quitting or will quit...
It's sad, and it seems to be happening all the time. It breaks my heart, too, because Egg Cave wouldn't be what it is without the community here... ☹️

@whimsical True. I had some sort of nightmare that Egg Cave became like Neopets... you know, the one that begs for money and that the users NEVER talk to each other... ;-;

@chowchow2012 ... I realised many people quit because of school... I mean, I managed to get throught 7th grade and being an online Egg Caver... But I did get some problems in the way....

Is there a thread where users can relieve themselves of their stress? Because, if there isn't, I may consider creating one... Just so people can talk about it instead of letting it all build up and then quitting because of it.

Well I'm going on to grade 8 in September I'm not quitting 😊 when things get busy I would just use cave tries and MA tries fed my creatures and say hi. :I Not really that a big change

@wimsical I could help. 😊 I was always able to help people in real life. It's sounds like a good idea. I don't like letting go of something without a fight.

@chowchow2012 Funny, I'm going in 8th grade this year too. o.o If things get rough, I take a small hiatus or go on semi-hiatus. :T It's better than quitting and leaving forever. ;-;

Don't quit. I guess everyone wants to quit once in a while. Eggcave is like a spider web. Once a creature comes in contact and breaks a strand (when someone quits), then the spider has a great disadvantage to repair the web, but it'll never be the same again.

My...example wasn't the best, but I hope you know what I mean. You're important to the community.

I know how you feel. If a great friend has quit, I would want to quit too. It's a chain reaction. Think about the other great friends here, it'll be hard for them as well once you leave. ;-;

@chowchow2012 o.o Wow. I'm going to take a semi-hiatus for the first two weeks of school, just to get a good 'landing' in 8th grade. 😋 Yah know, get used to the new teachers and stuff... :T

@lola622f Thanks. 😊 It's a good example. A it's true, it's like a chain-reaction and someone needs to stop it and stand strong before the chain continues and never stops...

If I ever quit, which wont be ANYTIME soon, I would immortalize all in case I ever wanted to come back.

I could never delete my account... iv spent too much time and money on this site to ever quit. I'll just have to make more friends 😊

I pretty much know all the grade eight teachers in my school.. Don't you have rotary? A lot grade 8 teacher taught grade 7 for rotary. ^^

@chapus2009 i never thought of neopets that way but i completely agree what you say. the community here is wonderful. everyone seems so nice! but at neopets there is no way to talk to people. i just realized how sad that is ☹️

@mib666666 Same here. I play, but I get EASILY bored. All you can do is explore and play games. 😋 I mean, here, you can even talk to the creator, just a friendly chat! 😃 And you can state your opignion, suggest creatures and talk with users and make friends. 😊 That makes Egg Cave much more 'alive'.

@lola622f Me neither. I realised that people 'drop-out' in September, because there are no new LEs the whole month and school starts.. ;-;
