It's only been a couple months. And actually, there are accounts that have been inactive for years that haven't been purged yet. Even when they do have purges, a lot of accounts get skipped. I would know; I watched the last one start to finish.

This whole situation just makes me angrier every day. I don't even plan on really playing if they decide to have a heart and give me my account back. I just want my UC Darigan Eyrie back. Nothing should have ever been taken from me in the first place considering I DID NOTHING WRONG.

@metaphor The same thing happened to me. I traded for a pet that I was unaware was stolen, and TNT froze their account as well as two of mine. When I try to contact TNT about it they are trying to say they have frozen all accounts owned by the scammer. It's like talking to a wall trying to get them to see that the scammer's account was in no way associated with my accounts. And they say that the perpetrator confessed to stealing the pet, but I NEVER confessed to anything because I didn't steal anything. I just traded for the pet.

It's been two years now and they keep closing my tickets even though I have screenshots of the entire trade and all the neomails between the other user and I. It's been two years now so I doubt any justice will be done about it, but I'm still hoping to someday get my accounts back. I had a UC Tyrannian collection that I miss dearly. ☹️

I know the feeling. My frozen account had my dear UC Darigan Eyrie, who took forever to trade for, and it wasn't fun. I started with a purged name (Rome) and worked my way up. It actually didn't take too long to trade up as far as pets are concerned; it just took months to find people who wanted to trade and wouldn't back out.

Yeah, it is like talking to wall. When I got suspended (unfairly, of course! For KQ! When I did nothing wrong! Wooo!), I sent in a ticket, two actually because the person who answered the first one didn't even seem to know what I was talking about (They thought I was asking what a suspension was? What?) Luckily, the second person understood and I was unsuspended. What an ordeal.

@metaphor Oh yes, it makes me so upset that they think I would have stolen/bought a pet, when I spent YEARS trading up to my beloved pets. I know exactly how you feel, it's like years of advertising have just been wasted.

My first response was quite similar to what you received about your suspension, sometimes I don't feel like some of the staff who handle tickets are actually thoroughly reading them or really care. I mean for how long it takes to even get a ticket response we should certainly get a detailed explanation. They should at least owe us that for all the waiting.

I played when I was a kid and I made a new account a few months ago. I'm a bit stuck though, I'm not really sure where to go from here. I'm on level 50 on habi, I have the paint brush I want. I don't really seriously collect anything.
What I really want is more stuff like the Altador plot. More complex plots with stories. Did that in my first couple of days back 😃

I actually got into Egg Cave from the TDN forums.

Yeah that's what it does. If you've got all the ones you want, then maybe you can get the petpet one. Or perhaps if you get the lab map you can use it to transform abandoned Neopets into cool ones and then abandon for other users to adopt. (That's what some people I know do.) But really it's up to you what you'll really. (Plushie collection sounds good)
