I'm feeling so alone ☹️ My mum and dad is go to one weding of mum friends, it go to orther contury for that weding! ☹️ I'm just lisening sad songs, i JUST CAN'T stop ☹️ I don't now... i lisening:

@puppymaks Don't worry. When I was little, my mom used to go to work fay away. And when she came home late, I would cry and cry, thinking that something bad happened to her. But she came home. She always came home. (Even if she was really late. 😊)

I know I hated it when my father would leave. He is in the military and would go for six months. It was really hard. He was gone for most of my childhood actually.

Do something that makes you happy or at least smile.
Watch a crazy funny video on youtube.

Talk to the walls. Tell them a story.

Remember something that made you laugh uncontrollably before? See if it's still as amusing.

Uhm... start listening to more upbeat music 😉

Go for a virtual shopping spree, since they took the car. If they gave you money... pretend you have it to spend on whatever you want and go through the internet looking for things you'd never buy but wish you could buy.

And last but not least, take a walk or something. Walking will clear your head and get you away from the feeling that you're trapped. I think maybe that might be what's bothering you? Loneliness & the inability to venture off, away from the house.

Crank the music up really loudly, too.

Hopefully something helps 😉 (I am well-acquainted with the feelings you've got right now, and these are some of the things that's helped me through it in the past )

But it all depends on how old you are, and how comfortable you are being left alone for long periods of time. How well you do with the talking-to-walls bit 😉
