Sky stared up at the tree. She shook violently with fear. She pulled Jane into her lap and held her tight.

Jane gripped Sky's arm and curled up in her lap in fear.

Love, lied down on the small cot that was next to a huge bed that towered over her. "Mom, Dad, why can't you be here to help me." She thought silently, "why is that, now I can't speak! Why has this of all things happened."

A small chuckle came from a girl who was Love's age. She was very different then Love, considering the fact that she was a demon.

"How pathetic! A spirit that is helpless, pathetic." The girl started then sat on a chair in front of the tiny cot. "I could kill you right now, but I won't. I want to see you suffer, like your parents."

Love's eyes widened at the mention of her parents. Hate walked over Love then cut her throat. 'This is the end of me!' Love thought as she felt the sharp pain that she felt. A couple seconds later, Love was still alive and the demon girl was gone. Love felt her throat, it was bloody, and hurt, but still she was happy to be alive.

The girl cut Love's vocal cords, to make sure she couldn't speak...To make sure she had a scar to remember the day she thought she was going to die.

Sky walked over to where Love was and stopped in her tracks when She saw Love's throat. "What happened to you?!" She said astounded.

@izzfred um...Love is in a house, so unless Sky magically appeared in the house, that wouldn't happen.

Sky walked up to the house she thought Love was in. She koncked on the door and said just loud enough for Love to hear if she was in there, "it's me Sky".

Love heard the knock and quickly bandaged up her neck, cleaned up the blood, and put a white scarf on. She answered the door blood from her neck still dripping. Love smiled barely and motioned for her to come in.

Sky saw Love's neck and the blood dripping from it. "What happened to you?!" She said rather astounded after coming in.
