Sorry for the vague topic, I'm just wondering what would happen if Macbots (or any other rare creature) just all died. Would they remain gone forever? Or would they have a low release rate again?

@ems I just randomly pinged you, no offense xD

I was just wondering what would happen. And Ian is busy enough without pings x)

True. Don't apolegize for the ping, I honestly don't care. 😋

With the immortality feature, such an incident will never see the light of day for all the older creatures such as Macbots or Onnys. But, if for some reason they all disappear some day, I could imagine that there may possibly be a re-release of them as it would no longer have an effect on users. As long as there is a single creature of a species still floating on the site, we will not have to resort to such an option.

It kind of reminds me of a distinction.

There is the immortality feature, but what if Egg Cave one day gets to be as big as say... Neopets.

Because there are so many dead accounts there, they delete the oldest ones. So maybe Egg Cave will decide to do this too as it gets bigger.

So, maybe then.... 😋

@solaris I know Horwse does this if your account remains inactive over two years :x It helps clear up their site

Pretty much. Ian said he wouldn't revive them.

I really wan something to happen. Like all the creatures died and Ian just noticed and now he can't revive them. Almost all of them (Immortals stay alive 😊 ) died. There will a really small amount of them. Yeah ☚ī¸ I'm guessing a re-release.
