I am not sure if anyone has posted but I would recommend all Madeleine L'Engle books.A bit of sci-fi and plain adventure. It's a literature series and all her lit books are linked in a Kairos and Chronos series. Pretty fascinating.I got a hold of her books when I was 10, although it was pretty matured reading (literature texts...), I understood them when I got older. 😊If you're more into romance and action/adventure, I'd say the Eragon books. 😃 😃 😃

@chowchow2012 I've been stuck on warhammer 40k books by Dan Abnet lol. VERY sci-fi and prolly not age apropriate but if you want to try then anyway the title of the one I'm reading now is Eisenhorn. Its got 3 books in one. A very good series (although I liked the Ravenor series better).

@chowchow2012you should read the Ranger's Apprentice series by John Flanagan, it's fantasy/adventure and it's really good! 😃Also by John Flanagan is the brotherband chronicles, it's also fantasy/adventure and is in the same world as rangers apprentice.
