Sun shone brightly above the shimmering surface of the sea, sky molding with the blue horizon of waves. White clouds hung merrily up above the only boat in view. It wobbled in one place, anchored to the deep surface and from it's deck, numerous sounds filled the morning air.

"Oi! Crew!" a yell echoed. A tanned boy came in view, loaded with a sail to be hung on the mast. It was wide and long, rather heavy, but he carried it slung over his shoulder as a feather. Trotting along the deck, said boy approached the wheel, grasped it and, with one hand, swung it to the left. His boat made a sharp left turn, heading to where the sun was rising above the horizon. "Crew!" the deep voice sounded again, light but urgent, as the boy walked over to leave the sail next to a cabin.

"Come on crew! Move it! Rise and shine!" he shouted out cheerfully, aware that most of his crew was still deep in slumber. He trotted to the cabins, taking his time to ravish every door with knocking. "It's a beautoful day!" he chirped out humorously.

The day was just beginning, work needed to be done. The crew hadn't had any luck with catching anything yesterday, but as he'd been known to say - "New day, new start." So, there he was, at five in the morning, loading the brand new sails on the deck and getting ready to hit the depths. The awaiting fisher nets waited on the masts. All he needed was wind, luck and a motivated crew.

Emily woke up and streched. She put on her pink summer dress and pink knee high boots and walked out onto the deck. She saw Eytan and walked towards him. "Do you want me to set out one of the nets?" Asked Emily clacking along the deck.

Bloody Water was standing over a dead girl, she had suspected to much. He kicked her into the ocean over the cliff, and he cackled, a crazed laugh. He turned on his heel, and walked away. The girl body tumbled down into the ocean, blood staining the cliff.

Laura was swimming underneath a ship, inspecting the hull. She tapped an area, and inspected it again. She flicked her tail, propelling her a bit closer to the surface. She peered closely at a worn down area, and pulled back her fist, and punched it hard. A crack appeared in it as the entire ship shuddered. She punched it several more times, and a hole appeared. The water started pouring into the ship, and a smile played at her lips.

Laura swam faster and faster, and broke the surface of the water, leaping out and flipping up, and crashed down. She was bored, for there was not a single ship in sight for her to destroy, and the day was calm and clear. She swam back up to the surface again, and looked around again. She moved the hair from in front of her eyes, and sighed. "I guess I should get back to land, people will wonder why Im not at the library..." She trailed off, and started lazily swimming back to the coast of the beach.

Sam sat on a rock in an empty bay, there was not a sign of any humans. She started to sing a little, it was a human song she heard on the radio. "I threw a wish in the well, dont ask me I'll never tell, I looked to you as it fell, but still your in my way, I'd trade my soul for a kiss, pennies and dimes for a wish, I ain't got nothing but this and still your in my way. Your stare was holdin' ripped jeans skin was showin' hot night wind was blowin' where you think you goin' baby?" She sang, her voice soft as the sea. It was quiet though, echoed only in that bay. She put her legs in the water for a moment. They almost instantly scaled up and became a tail. Then she pulled them out and just as fast, they where once more human legs.

Sky swam through the open ocean. She heard singing and popped out from the water in front of Sam. "Hi Sam" She said only her head and shoulders above the water.

Sam jumpped, just before breaking into a short giggle. "Hey Sky, whats new? How many people you stalk today?" She asked with a small smile across her face.

"Ummm... Just these guys" SAid Sky as some mer-children popped up behind her. "Aww she noticed us!" "She's good" Said some of them. "I'm the evil human thats gonna eat you!" Roared Sky turning around and diving back into the ocean after the mer-children who were swimming away screaming.

Laura reached her small bay, devoid from any form of life except for plants. She climbed out of the water, and sat on the sand. Her tail dissolved, and she stood up unsteadely. She reached for a towel, and started wiping off the water and wet sand from her body. After a couple of minutes, she stopped, and put on her jeans and shirt over her bathingsuit. She started towel drying her hair, and slipped her feet into her shoes. She started walking back to the town, ready to take on her infiltrating role.

Bloody Water jumped off of the ledge, onto the building of a roof below. He jumped down again, and started walking back to the harbor, to make notes on the humas and their ships, to see if they had gotten any technelogical advances.

Sam tilted her head back and laughed. "Some things, they just never change" She smiled, then seen a random dog. "Hi puppy!" She smiled, the dog was a german shepard and all white. It was small and still a puppy, "Who do you belong to, girl?" She asked. The dog licked her nose.

Sky bumped into her dad. She stopped in her tracks. "Sky what are you doing playing with those children when you should be gathering food for the other mer-people who trying to protect us from the humans?!" Her said angrily. "Sorry dad" Said Sky swimming home to get her basket. She swam over to the kelp orchard and began picking kelp to make into kelp cookies,kelp bread,kelp soup and other things.

"Yep!" Eytan called out to the awakened girl, from the deck, and trotted over, pointing to the masts, where a few nets hung. The ship was spottlessly clean for now as they hadn't had the chance to catch anything yet. If so, the dozens of slimy fish were sure to bring pandemonium on their little cozy boat - everything would be dirtied and wet. They still hadn't gone into open sea yet, so he hoped once they did so, the fish would start coming. "I'll start with the sails!" he flashed a smile at her and gathered the lenin white sails from the deck.

"Would you be quiet!" another, higher voice retorted, from inside said cabin. The door swung open and a blonde head poked out, shaggy light hair hanging over the person's glaring eyes. It was another boy, clad in a pair of shorts and a loose T-shirt. Obviously having been rudely woken up from his slmber, the boy walked out, grunting lowly to the fisherman and rubbed his blurry eyes.

Eytan let out a snicker. "Goood morning sleeping beauty!" he chirped out, grinning sneakily at the blonde boy. "Had your beauty sleep?" The boy answered Eytan's cheery laugh with a glare, returning back to his cabin, probably to get dressed or resume sleeping...

Laura was walking in the main street tot get to her job at the library. She never really did anything there but read and draw, so she was always late. She walked into the open doors, and quietly and cautiosly ran to her secret spot, a corner of the library hidden between a bunch of bookshelves where she kept a stockpile of her favorite books, and her collection of drawings. They were mostly of human males, and mythical creatures. "Mythical creatures arent as mythical as humans think." She muttered to herself, in a laughing tone. She finally arrived, and sat down.

@izzfred XD Sorry, I just had to ask. Been paranoid lately o.o

Skillfully climbing up to the main mast, Eytan balanced himself and the sails onto one pole, stepped on it and rose up to tie the loose ends of the lenin to their ship's mast. Gathering the rest of it, he moved quickly (regardless of the fact that he hung fifty meters aboe ground) to the other part of the mast and secured the left end of lenin. From above, he could see the girl clad in pink staring out to the horizon. She seemed in peace, rather calm about the upcoming day. He himself was a pile of nerves... He envied ehr - how did she always remain so calm...

"Emmie! How's the wind?" he called out from above, falling backwards on the pole and hanging upside down to look at her with a grin. "We'll going to catch some buggers today, eh?"

Sam pulled the dog into her lap. It barked and wiggled alot, it had no collar though. And it was really wet. "Must'a fallen off a boat... Poor puppy" She said and scratched behind its ears. It barked happily and jumped around her. Going from her legs to her back in 2 seconds flat.

Laura picked up her book, and moved over into the rays of the sun. Right now she was reading about the Mayans, Aztecs, and Incas about their cultures and religions beliefs, mostly about their human sacrifices. She was even more interested in the ways they sacrificed them. Mostly they waited to see if the gods were angered. like from signs from bad crops and drought. They took children, women, and men, mostly in young ages and prime, and sacrificed them painfully,. but mercifully quickly. They first took them to sacred grounds, and bound them. They then bludgened their head, and took their obsidian knives or daggers, and be headed them. They drained them of blood, hoping to have appeased their gods.

Sky went into her kitchen and staretd making some kelp soup. She put it in little containers with lids and stuff them in her basket. She made afew kelp cookies and put those in her backpacks. She dropped them off at the base for the mer-people who were protecting the sea and swam back to Sam. "I'm back. Aww what a cute puppy!" She said swimming towards Sam.

"I know, right!" She smiled. The dog barked madly at Sky, probly wondering why she was half fish. Her bark sounded like a bunch of diffrent ones put together. Reminded Sam of a Thunder Storm. "Her names Stormy" She said quickly still managing a smile.

Sky nodded with a laugh in her eyes. "It's ok girl I won't hurt you" Said Sky reaching out to pet Stormy. "Sky did you drop off the food?" Her dad shouted. "Yes I did dad!" Shouted Sky. She heard her dad swim away and went back to Stormy. She gently and slowly reached out a hand to the dog.

The dog licked her hand and bounced wildly around. Sam stood up while the dog jumped in and out of the water trying to lick Sky's face. Sam walked near a rock and looked around it, toword the port. There was a ship setting sail in her direction. "Sky! Chesse it! Its a ship!!!" Sam quickly said before scrammbling on a rock and plunging into the water. She hit her arm on a rock and it got scraped with coral. "Ouch" Sam flinched, but kept moving. Little did she know, she was leaving behind a trail of blood, not to mention she was WAY to close to the serface, her tails began to catch the lights off them.

Sky dove under and grabbed Sam's arm. She used her amazing strength and pulled Sam down to where she lived. "Theres a shipp coming!!!!!" She screamed and everyone went into their houses. She pulled Sam into hers. "We'll stay here until the ships gone" Said Sky looking through a small hole in the roof so they could tell when it was gone.

"Goodness, that things the size of a whale!" Sam said, she swam into Sky's bathroom and gauzed up her arm. Swiming back after that.

Sky drew as much of the water with blood in it into a jar and put it as a decoration on the shelf. "No suspicion although it's not a 'good' idea to use a jar with blood and water in it as a decoration" Said Sky shrugging.

Sam looked at her. "Mostly because its my blood" She murrmered. She swam near the door, "Do you wanna see what humans are like? I mean, actually watch them?" She asked.
