Sky nodded. She swam through the hole and poked her head out by the ship. "Wow" She whispered


Emily walked over to the net to the net and pulled it in. "We've got lots of fish!" She called to Eytan unwrapping the net. She saw something glint in the sunshine and saw a mermaid. "Omg they are real" She said.

Sky saw the human look at ehr and she dove back under water. "That was close" She said.

Sam came up after she dove back down. "What was that all about..." She wondered, and looked up. Right into the eyes of a human, she quickly followed Sky's lead, just for mistery, she let her tail flick the serface of the water, catching the sun's raise.

Sky was gasping. "That was close" She said. A dolphin swam up to her. "Hi misty!" Said Sky petting the dolphin which was rubbing against her.

Laura just happened to glance out the window when she saw a ship out in the open water. She sighed, not really wanting to go and destroy it. She looked back to the book, trying hard to concentrate.

Gosh! I'm so sorry not to have posted before, my computer's been playing up a little :C It's loading really slowly; so I hope it gets back to normal soon!

Vlasith wallowed in the heart of his labyrinth of caves. He was sprawled comfortably among the sand and rock, and found that it was the best place to plot. His tentacles flicked lazily around; he was extremely bored. Perhaps what he needed was a bit of lying and deception to liven up his day. The mermaids were getting boring to bait. Some sought only revenge on the humans for causing the dwindling supply of fish, whilst others wished for the war to be over. None of them seemed to want to fight him - probably a wise choice, he could quite easily best a mermaid given the proper chance.

His thoughts turned back to his current boredom. Perhaps he ought to infiltrate the humans; join one of their awful fishing boats and pretend he was one of them. It would be fun; he would have to be on his toes, to make sure they didn't suspect anything or see through his illusions. But perhaps he could get an insight into what they might be planning for any upcoming fighting. It might also earn him a steadier source of food - for the humans were resourceful and knew how to feed themselves.

Smiling slowly, Vlasith slid out of his sprawled position and swam out of the mouth of the cave, seeking the humans and their boats.

Nodding at Emily, Eytan jumped down onto the deck and proceeded in pulling out the fish from the sharp net. There were a lot of fish indeed. Their best catch yet. He smiled at his companion. "Nice catch, you're a natural." he praised. He was impressed. "From now on, you're our top fisherma-." he paused, looking at the sea waves. Emily was looking there too and he leaned over, squinting his eyes. Among the blue water, he distinguished a fish fin, but with a strange dark pink color. Looking up, he gasped at the sight of a woman's body continuing above the tail. He drew back. "Mermaid!" a shout ripped from his throat, as if he called out to her. "HEY!" he waved at the creature from above, eager to see her face. Another fish fin (a sky blue one) emerged next to this one - another mermaid. His eyes were wide to the point of popping out.

"Emmie! Fetch the net!" he shouted, still leaning over the rail. A bit and he was ready to fall into the water.

Laura couldnt conscentrate. She sighed, and closed her book. She shoved it aside, and got up. She tip-toed towards the back door, since no one ever used it. She cautiosly pushed it open, and grimaced at the squeaking nose it made. She glanced around, hoping anyone who heard would not come to investigate. She slipped out of the door, and ran down the alley-way, back to the ocean to wreak havoc on the humans.

Bubbles was bored. Her mother would never let her go beyond the fallen ship (somewhere in the middle of the sea). But Bubbles just wanted to swim and swim and explore and swim! Who cares if there were humans past the ship? She wouldn't go TOO far... just a little beyond the ship. "Yes, I'll do that this night." she murmured happily.

Laura slipped dow the streets in the shadows as quiet as a mouse. She reached her bay, and took of her clothes into her still damp bathingsuit. She clamored back intothe cold water, shivering as her tail formed. She started swimming at a medium seed towards the boat.

As she neared the ship, she noticed a ruckus aboard the ship, and flashes of pink and blue scales. She hissed in annoyance, and dove deeper into the water. Her dark colored tail would not attract as much attention as the bright hues of normal mermaids.

"It's night..." Bubbles whispered to herself. She quietly swam out of her rocky house and dived around the fallen ship.

Bubbles enjoyed swimming so much, she had lost track of time. She stared in horror as the sun began to rise. She looked behind her. The tip of the fallen ship was nowhere in sight! "Oh-no, oh-no. This is NOT good!" she cried.

"For christ's sake! KEEP QUIET!" Kazimir emerged from his cabin, clumsily dressed in casual, yet unappropriate clothes. He wore a shirt, blue in color, and a pair of knee lenght shorts, trainers and sunglasses on his head. All in all, he was dressed like a richboy. Stomping out into the deck, he crossed his arms at the sight of Eytan fretting over the nets. He huffed. "Idiot." he mumbled, walking over to the back of the ship and leaning over the railing, alke Eytan had did. He drew in an exasperated sigh - it was frustrating. Forced to spend a month out into the open, taken how many legends about beasts and mermaids the fishermen told. "Troublesome." he said under his breath.

Bubbles had no idea what to do. She dived in deeper. She saw a fishing ship swim by. "Uh-oh..." She knew that fishing ships wee never a good sign. But what else was that in the water? A MERMAID! Mermaids had always helped dolphins

Laura was right next to the ship, hissing the most vile curses of the sea ont the humans and their ships. She swam under the ship to the other side of the ship to were the struggling mermaids, no wait, make that merchildren were.

Frowning, Kazimir leaned further at the sight of a dolphin swimming by, approaching a black shadow in the water. Strangely, the black shadow was prolonged, like a...fish? He crouched down, leaning even further so he could get a better look. The dolphin seemed to swim towards the black fish in hurry. "What's this?" he mumbled, interested by the creature.

Laura heard a click and clack of a dolophin, and she turned to face it. "What do you want?" She growled, her green eyes flickering over the dolophins body, seeing if it was injured, which it was not. "Your not injured."

@iceyfira well bubbles is young and doesn't know much so yeah... She thinks everyone is supposed to be nice and helpful.

Bubbles smiled. She had taught the mermaid a lesson. "Mermaids where I live are ALWAYS helpful. I was nice and kind until YOU were mean..." she rolled her eyes. "But I guess you wouldn't wanna help a poor, little dolphin find her way home..." she made herself look cute and scared again.

@rainbowkitty Laura doesnt care about dolophins. They are just unhelpful creatures to her. They tend to annoy her. A LOT.

While the duo had been arguing near the surface, Kazimir (albeit reluctantly) had gotten the cleanest possible net from the deck and was ready to haul it over them both. He paused, squinting his eyes again to get a better look at the dolphin. He knew that dolphin fishing was illegal and therefore positioned the net so it was hanging only above the black creature. Without further ado, he dropped the net onto the unsupecting creature - Laura.

Laura felt a tremble at the surface of the water, and her head snapped up just in time to see a net closing over her. She snarled, and struggled to get free. She had ;left all of her weapons on the bay, and she cursed herself for it.

Feeling the net tremble in his arm, Kazimir was signalled that whatever the creature was, it was in the net now. So, without further ado, he began pulling hard. Albeit an aristocrat, he was stronger even than Eytan, although reluctant to use his strenght. He didn't put much effort into bringing the net out, even thought said creature was rather heavy compared to anything he'd lifted.

In a while, the net surfaced and Kazimir leaned over the railing to see what was caught in it. His eyebrows furrowed - it was a girl... She seemed to be trashing wildly.

Lauras tail dissolved as soon as the air touched it. She snarled at her captor, lashing out with curses. She snarled, and stopped thrashing around. She had a grimace on her face, and stared annoyed at the boy... or man, she couldnt tell.
