I read just about anything I find interesting. And most of the time I'm not disapointed. I just reread The Hobbit for school and went on a walk down memory lane as it was the first high fantasy book I read.

Yep it is the prequel to the trilogy. I like it as it sets up the stage for the triliogy. It also is not as wordy as the Lord of the Rings books are and moves along at a pretty good pace.

Oh wow this is isn't so bad as to figure out how many combinations you can make with the letters. In Biology I remember we had a multiple cross chart and you have to write down all the different combinations for the letters, that's not easy if you have lots of letters. Genetically speaking there's millions of combinations. LOL I think if the traits are passed on from the parents it's from the grandparents, and older. So let's say you had blue eyes, but your parents both have brown eyes. Then you would've gotten those genes from up one of your grandparents from either mother or father had blue eyes in their genes.

I always liked it due to the fact I always watched the different cartoon movies they had of it when I was little. Plus I liked dragons so It was awsome in my eyes.

@ladyrhea Thanks! 😸

@panda-chan

It seems really cool, with mythical creatures, magic, etc. those are my favorite things in a book so it sounded epic. I never saw any movies or cartoons about it, though. It has dragons? I am defininetly reading that book then. XD

Do you know there's a glow in the dark cat, they genetically mixed the genes of a jellyfish with a cat, but poor cat suffers stings from the cells of that jelly fish. I've seen glow in the dark fish at the pet shop I bought some, but they didn't live that long. They were cool looking tho they had neon colors and their bodies were transparent, but the neon was stripes along their backs.

@panda-chan Same here! 😃 I am literally holding my stuffed Hippogriff right now. 😊

@ladyrhea That's cool but I feel bad for the poor cat, it sucks that it's getting shocked from the jellyfish cells. ☚ī¸ I think that I had a glow in the dark fish once, it was cool! Now I have an albino catfish and a white tetra that murdered all my other fish (except the catfish.)

@hedwig68

LOL are you serious it killed all the other fish. That reminds me don't have a crawfish in your tank either it was eating my other fishes. You'd always see it putting it's claws ready to kill I was like hey stop eating all the fish LOL

@ladyrhea

Yeah, and the fish was smaller then several of my other fish but she still ate them. Yeah, I heard crawfish weren't good around other fish though I didn't believe it, thanks for the warning. 😊

@hedwig68

Yeah I caught him in a little river up in the mountains where there's literally tons of fishes, but it's hard to catch a crawfish. So I brought it home not even thinking of it eating the rest of the fishes, oh my gosh my little sasha fish she was this orange fish and her tail was cut off and she was just wiggling her body while she swam without her tail. That crawfish lived for quite a while.

Awww. My fish had babies once and there were about 30 of them. My parents sold 20 of them and 5 died so I had 5 babies left. My favorite was the littlest fish which I called Lucky because he had a torn fin, could barely swim and he was get small. Then my nephew dumped a bunch of garbage into the fish tank and Lucky died. ☚ī¸

@hedwig68

aww too bad for lucky, what did your nephew dump into the tank? You should've covered your tank I was always afraid of things falling into the tank that shouldn't so I had that light thing that mostly covered it . I know when you get attached it's hard to see them gone, I can't have dogs anymore it's just sad to see them gone. It broke my heart the last few ones that I had so I just can't do it. You know what's so funny this one lady she was asking me about what her cat would like to eat. I was like I don't know your cat, I don't know what it likes you need to buy several different cans of food to see what they like to eat LOL so crazy!

@ladyrhea

The cage was covered, he lifted the cover up and threw the stuff in there. He through a banana peel of few cards, a pencil, and a few other things into the tank. I get super attached too but I will never stop having dogs. Me not having a dog would be like the Earth having no water. My whole family and friends call me the Dog Whisperer because no matter what dogs like me. I have never met a dog that didn't like me, and I have seen my fair share of dogs. That lady is just insane. XDDD

G2G, it's really late where I live.

I don't know if you still have homework for this, but when a gene has two alleles the one of the 'uppercase' letter is always the dominant one. So it's almost always inherited, unless there are two recessive ones ('lowercase').

For the second one, I agree with @x_arya

Hope that helps. o3o b
