That sounds interesting, although this has evolved into something requiring more thinking and strategy. Otherwise, the two seem to be quite close, considering I was unaware of it while I was writing this.

Also, we'll be starting once we have a suitable amount of players. My goal was to get fifteen at the very least, so we can have ten votes. I estimate the time to be three to five days.

I must add that there really is nothing to be "good" at - I'd consider it a game of luck more than a game of skill.

Everything will happen through PM, though you're welcome to watch to see who dies, which I will be posting, and possibly the voting results if Lawliet and I believe it will add to the game.

Since it's been brought up before, I must ask, is this game "Mafia" fun? Perhaps I should consider playing it. A Death Note DS game sounds interesting as well.

Since it appears that Near does not care about the game and is busy playing with his toys, I'll have to post for him. However, I would expect him to be more responsible in the future.

The announcement is this:
Near has chosen roles, but doesn't want to PM everyone. Thus, I am stuck with the task of ensuring that the game unfolds properly and telling you this. You MAY NOT start investigating until tomorrow; doing it before then would be considered cheating. The game has not yet begun.

I loved watching Death Note today (got the first 3 disks from library)

The real life action movie was AWESOME but in Japanese 😃
