@jupiter_hollow I love how you call that a SHORT post! And I feel like I would mess it up o3o

Meilin stood up, realising it was unsafe here. She walked briskly back into the alley, keeping her hand on her ear, and heaved herself up onto the wall with the other. She dropped down the other side, tumbling to save impact. Making her way down the garden, she hopped through a broken window to see a middle-aged man nursing a cup of tea. He had a post-traumatic look in his eyes. 'Yo bro,' Meilin said, opening every cabinet. He didn't even try to respond, he was that scared. 'Got any plasters?' She asked, kicking open a cupboard door before standing on the countertop and opening every cabinet up there. Finally she came across the medicine cabinet and pulled out two large plasters, slapping one on her arm and the other on her ear. 'So. Nice house you have here.' She continued to make idle chat as she strolled out of the other door, finding herself in the front garden.
Wow. People these days. He was so rude, not speaking to her like that. She shook her head, kicking the gate open and strolling out onto the street.

@ninjagirl I love how we're all YOLO while we're RPing here. It's like a vacation from the crappy world xD I think I'll make Eytan face the idiots in the previous street Meilin was at 😋 So they'd be... a wall from each other.
---
The sound of rumbling engines and rumbling voices was recognizable and Eytan soon found himself following Emlyn's trail of destruction and angry roars. He drove right behind them, content that the Jamaican man was too furious to notice him.
He attempted to locate his motorbike but failed miserably at it. Each of the guy's followers had their own vehicle. He was looking around for Emlyn, when, on one of the motorbike hoods, he spotted a dented piece of his precious Vektra...
His reaction was immediate. Speeding up maniacally, picking up a pace of over two hundred km per hour, he drove past all the bikers, earning himself a few dozen death glares and came out in front, making sure Emlyn had seen him well enough. Ripping his motorbike's piece off of the other vehicle, he fell back again.
"YOU LITTLE PIECE OF-!"
(braindead here)

@jupiter_hollow I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS LITTLE OASIS O3O oh great now I'm brain dead XD

Hearing a roar from the other street, Meilin's curiosity got the better of her. As of now, curiosity may be a better death than injuries. Especially injuries by that man's gang. The voice was the guy's, she recognised it. She turned and headed back through the house. 'Broseph,' she nodded at the shaken man from before, slipping back through the window and into the garden. The pain in her arm and ear was simply comforting. It was better to feel pain than nothing at all. She hopped back over the wall, into the alleyway once more. This place was becoming quite familiar. She padded silently to the entrance of the alley and peered out at what had made this seemingly emotionless boy roar so loudly. He was holding a piece of- what was that? It reminded her of a piece of the motorbike he was driving when she first encountered him. But.. It was just a piece. So the motorbike must be in several pieces. Was that it? Was he upset over a rusty bucket of metal? Then again, a rust bucket was a better choice than a vile human. Oh, how she hated her species. Blinking back into reality, she searched the faces of the people around him. It was Emlyn and his gang. What had this guy gotten himself into? She shook her head. Of course, reappearing now would be the worst choice.. Wouldn't it? Just giving herself up like that?
Come to think of it, what kind of game were they even playing anyway? He would come to the place she had been only to find her gone, she would reappear only to find him in a different place.. It was just so complicated. She trailed her fingers down the old yellow bricks. She was a fugitive, but she had forgotten what she was even running from.

@ninjagirl HOUDINI LOVE YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'RE RUNNING AWAY FROM ❤️33 Who wants to sleep in a city that never wakes up? blinded by nostalgia? </3
---
The metallic piece clutched to his chest protectively, Eytan seemed to slow down nearly to a halt, pausing to inspect the worse damaged hood of his motorbike. It was a rusty piece of scrap, useless really... The feel of its clammy edges and dented ends was the only thing familar to him. Swaying up and down along a bumpy road, uncomfortable as can be. It was one of the hard things in life hehad gotten used to and had learned to treasure. A rusty old motorbike, holding his entire biography, from and to, on the front of it's hood and on the bottom of its tires. He'd travelled on a pair of trusty wheels from across the continent, had experienced the kindness of strangers, the cruelness of friends, death, seeing it and nearly experiencing it.
But not losing the small piece of rusted metal, that held his meaningless world together.
And now he had...

Dismounting the fancy pimped vehicle, he tucked the piece of metal under his arm, flicking away the other bike and ignoring the sound of screeching tires in front of him, as the Jamaican man's mercenaries blocked his path. Eytan didn't so much as flinch, when a bullet flew to his hand, missing the wrist by a few inches and bouncing off the pavement behind him.
Dull muddied eyes stared in front of him, like black buttons on a lifeless doll's face. The expresionless, a suitable label for him. His face, heart and mind, drained from all emotion and ultimately, drained from any energy to live, tugged on his mechanisms, making him walk ahead at the very least.
Emlyn stood in front of him, as did the rest of his possy, a armed with guns and knives, against him, the boy with the motorbike hood. The bullets soon descended upon him, ripping through his left tricep first, then his hip. Small scrapes were inflicted on his shoulders, chest, head...

@jupiter_hollow SHE WAS ENRAGED, BY THE WAY, THAT THE EMPEROR PUT TRAPS IN THE CAGE o3o

Looking at this idiot being shot was driving her crazy! She had to do something about it. Otherwise- Emlyn: 54; Meilin: 53.
Anyway, guy had saved her from Emlyn already. She didn't want to owe him anything, this could even the score.
Patting her coat pockets for a few knives, she quickly produced some. She flung them but didn't observe where they had gone. More than a couple had definitely missed their target, as she was quite distracted. 'YO!' She cried, emerging from the alley. 'I believe you were looking for me?' She asked, flailing her arms for attention. She then made a mad dash back into the alley and over the wall. Smashing her way through the window once more, she turned to the man. His face was pale, as if all blood had drained from it. 'Broseph! You have an ultimatum. Drive me to... The library! Or you get this knife.' She paused, producing one more knife and bringing it extremely close to his temple. 'Right... There!' She exclaimed, giving him a very gentle prod. This scared the man out of his wits, as he jumped up and she led him to his vehicle. This would all be so much easier if she knew how to drive... He got into the driver's seat and Meilin sat behind him, in the back. 'And if you try to bring me anywhere else I will kill you instantly.' She added, smiling insanely. 'Now GO ALREADY! You slowpoke.' If he took any more time Emlyn would surely catch her. That would be no fun. She slouched in the back seat, not wanting to show her face. Why had she even chosen the library? She guessed it was just the last place she thought of having a fight in.

@ninjagirl And I go crazy 'cause here isn't where I wanna be! And satisfaction feels like distant memory...
---
The very back of his shut down mind, a small section of it, detected Meilin's call, distinguishing it without the boy even turning his head, but dismissed it in a second within hearing.
It was her fault.
No, actually it was his. Being useful - he'd tried, done it and had expected something back, which never came, of course. Just a useless game of hide and seek between them... And now he had lost Vektra.
Nails digging into the metallic piece of his long gone vehicle, he continued ahead, walking leisurely, despite the bullets raining over. At one point, the rain of steel stopped, however, just as his balance was beginning to waver slightly.
Emlyn was looking sideways, wild wide-eyed gaze glued to the place Meilin had clambered up the wall. The Jamaican seemed completely braindead and equally crazy. His mind was rushing with the speed of light (contrastingly to Eytan's malfunctioning one) as he pondered his options.
It was an indicator enough that the troublesome raven headed girl and boy were somewhat always near each other. Whether it was the tattooed nihilist following Meilin or she trying to lure him over, they seemed to come in a one for two pack lately.
A twisted smile latched to Emlyn's lips as he lowered his gun from Eytan and grasped the boy's shoulder in a nearly breaking grip. The tanned boy only jerked at the grasp, like a puppet would.
"NOT SO FAST LITTLE FUGITIVE!" Emlyn roared, his rasping voice echoing along the entire street. (XD)

@jupiter_hollow AND ALL I WANNA HEAR YOU SAY IS R U MINE? XD

The car wasnt moving. Meilin tapped her foot for a moment, before bringing herself up to see the man. Wow. He had fainted at the wheel. What an idiot. Well it seemed like her plan hadnt worked anyway. There was no gang here, and if they wanted to, they would be here by now. She exited the car, opening the drivers door and giving him a good kick for being a useless sod who had seemingly wet his pants and everything.
Turning back, Meilin ran back through the house and hopped across the wall again. She felt like such a baka, thinking a plain would work so easily and rushing hardheadedly into it before even checking behind. What had gotten into her lately? She was so flustered and panicked. She resided in the shadows of her homely little alley once more. Emlyn was standing there with guy in his grip. She didn't get it. Why wasnt guy dead yet? Why was Emlyn just standing there?
For a seemingly quick-witted theif she was sometimes surprisingly thick.

@ninjagirl Y'know something? I have a feeling this migh get closed by the mods though .-. I mean, they're against one on one RPing since the topic would be 'wasting space' in the forum.
---
Satisfied to see the troublesome girl return, the Jamaican unsheathed his gun again, bringing it close to Eytan's head, smirking maniacally.
Balancing on the man's grip, Eytan hung limply from his grasp, head wobbling like his neck was broken. The metallic piece still clutched in his gripping hands was an indicator he wasn't dead yet.
"Nice to see you return for Romeo." Emlyn spat out the name, putting effort in refraining from insults. He figured he'd have enough time to cuss at her later on.
"You come over here or we kill him!" a thundering voice echoed along the neighbouring streets. A man, slightly shorter than Emlyn, emerged from behind a man, his distinctive chestnut hair and angry dark eyes supposedly familiar to Meilin.
This was Leto, the man who she had stolen from.
Needless to say, he was furious as well. Not only because of his stolen goods (and dignity *cough*) but also for the assault on his cousin, Emlyn. The duo's expressions mirrored each other - blind rage.

@jupiter_hollow yeah but it's an open RP, which means anyone can join 😱 they just... Aren't ;-;

Oh crap. This wasnt good; Emlyn was cheating. She puffed out her cheeks and stamped her foot angrily like a six year old. Her fists clenched, she pondered the choices she had left. Give herself up- Emlyn wins. Run away- Emlyn wins.
Well then. She may as well go with the choice that would do something. She would even the score with her and guy by risking her neck for him.
Sighing and shaking her head, she took a few trudging steps forward. What was happening to day? Why did she even care this much about her and guy's game? Emlyn had called him Romeo. She mentally facepalmed at this, blinking a few times. She took this moment to observe guys face. His eyes, blank and emotionless, had seemingly glazed over and were staring off into some point in the distance. She couldn't bring herself away from those eyes and the investigation stopped there. They were so gone, so far broken. Worse than before. Probably because he lost his rust bucket.
Zoning back in, she took a look at Leto. Oh, that was the eejit she had stolen from. Hah, he was an idiot. With this thought on her mind, she finally, albeit slowly, made her way up to Emlyn.

@ninjagirl True ^^ Let's hope we don't get hecked :/ Oh, I found Eytan's motorbike 😱 It's a black Harley Davdison motorcycle (the original version), but visibly old, broken and with more dents than you can count. The hood of it's front wheel is what Eytan's holding.
---
The faint sound of tapping penetrated his mind, Eytan implied to blink, finally coming to. He didn't bother struggling against Emlyn's grasp, not because of lack of strength, but hence the lack of reason to escape. What was there to survive for?
His eyes were glued to the ground, when suddenly a pair of leather boot-clad feet entered his line of sight, making him raise his gaze.
That raven headed troublemaker from earlier stood in front, willingly approaching the Jamaican man, for reasons unknown to him. Was she as tired from life as he was...? Cocking his head, he fixed her with a blank expression, forgetting to blink again.
"Closer. Tell her to come closer." Leto growled behind him, eyes flaring with rage.
In his own turn, Emlyn nodded, motioning for Meilin to move forward some more.
Eytan's mind clicked. Was he the reason? Reason that she was giving up and practically hauling herself into Leto's arms?

@jupiter_hollow XD yeah.. And basically most of that went straight over my head ;u;

Reluctantly shuffling closer, Meilin folded her arms like an upset toddler. Leto was a stupid little poo. Why was he getting so worked up? She had only taken a few things and.. Maybe most of the money.. *ahem* but still. Not really her problem if it buys her meals. She fixed her glare on Leto. This was all his fault because he was the one who had to go kicking up a fuss about it. Telling on her to Emlyn? That stupid whingy little crap. At this moment she really wanted to stab him in the neck and see if be could tell mommy about that. Instead of focusing any attention on what was going on around her, she kept imagining her knife diving into Leto's neck, over and over. Yeah. He wouldn't be able to whinge about that if she drove it into his windpipe.

@ninjagirl A picture of what his motorbike looks most similar to - http://t2.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcSbzIYQ4HKUZ6FaO53u2V47Yff6HPyFZd9ZwS5cMGF6ZNNY681Wzg

Angling his head to glance at Leto, Eytan frowned lightly, eyebrows furrowing. His eyes lacked anger, but were filled with confusion. It was because of the few mintues he'd spent practically sleepwalking. This depressive state of mind wasn't the first he'd experienced. Still, it was the worst. It was doubtable he was going to liven up for days, maybe weeks.
For now, his attention was slightly active, gaze focusing on the younger of the bear family - Leto.
He extended a hand forward, grasping Meilin's shoulder in a crushing grip, his fingernails digging into her skin and drawing out crimson liqiud - blood, was it?
Raising his fisted hand, he was ready to trike and Eytan bet he would have, had a tanned muscled hand not stopped him.
"She's mine. The b---- tried to kill me!" he roared, letting go of his hostage.
Since the bulky man had been his only wall to lean on, Eytan tumbled down on the ground when Emlyn moved away.
Next to him, the two siblings quarelled, completely muting out everything out but each others' insults.
"I have more right to murder her!"
"You do murder like you do everything else - pathetically!"
Soon enough, they were ready to throw their fists at each other.

@jupiter_hollow Oh it's cool XD

'Tch.' Meilin grunted as her shoulder was crushed in Leto's iron grip. Was this the end? Wait, Emyln stopped the idiot. She turned to look at guy, who was now crumpled on the ground. She nudged him with her foot, eyeing the rowing siblings cautiously. They were quite distracted. She crouched to poke guy in the face. 'Get up, dont be baka, I didn't do that for nothing!' She hissed, tugging at his arm. The scene was almost comical. Meilin did not have enough strength to pull guy up, and guy was quite the dead weight. First she was tugging on his arm, then trying to drag him by the legs and finally taking his shoulders and shaking him with rage. 'Get up, get up..' She muttered irratably.
If they didn't act fast the brothers might realise their mistake, and this golden opportunity would be blown. She gritted her teeth. If this Baka didn't get a move on she would simply have to go without him.

@ninjagirl I feel like drawing Vektra as a human or something xDDD Pff, me and my weirdoness >< Alexin's nearly done btw 😱 Oh and I'll send ya the picnic scene in a bit O3O It's done, now I only have to find my camera xD
---
For a while, Eytan just stared at the tugging girl, his mind making clicks and switches but failing to comprehend what she said.
The words 'Get up' entered his ears at one point and he cocked his head to the side. He had processed the sentence and understood what she'd told him. His feverish mind now worked to find the reason why exactly she was wasting energy and time to drag him along. Recalling the numerous times she'd slipped away on purpose only made him more confused.
Still, the two brothers were conveniently fighting nearby and they both had a chance to escape. The lack of reaons to live aside, he wanted to ask why she was so concerned, find out why she'd done such a stupid thing when she could've escaped...
Highering himself up on waggly feet, he stumbled over, nearly bumping into the girl and resorted to holding her (unfortunately wounded) shoulder for support.
"Ng.. wh..." he managed to mumble out a few incoherent words, still half conscious.

@jupiter_hollow DO IT XD and yay! And EVEN MORE YAYS ;u;

As the boy grabbed her shoulder, she cringed. 'G'ow,' she responded, checking to see if the two siblings were still distracted. 'Little close there aint'cha..' She muttered, but didn't bring the complaint any further and began to drag the boy away from the scene. Her shoulder had began to sting but it was seemingly bearable. At this moment she remembered her other wounds and used her other arm to inspect her ear. The plaster was kind of wet with blood but the bleeding was beginning to slow down.
She didn't care if guy was weak or if he was tripping over at this moment. She simply continued to drag him along at a brisk pace, finding that a conscious and standing guy was much easier to drag than the one only moments before. If she left him than the whole point of coming out would be shattered. Then Emlyn would win. She would lose the game. Oh, how she hated losing! It wasn't going to happen. She would end this game her own way, and quitting while losing is a baka thing to do.

@ninjagirl STATS: YAY! 😈
-
The sizzling sound of blood trickling down Meilin's shoulder reached him soon, his ears having been muting out any sound whatsoever. Slowly, he unclenched his hand from her side and thus doing it, lost balance. He stumbled on his own, nearly meeting the ground again, but managed to maintain a fairly normal pace. His brain opened up slightly, letting in some information of his surroundings and for the first time of fifteen minutes, he realized what was going on and what he was doing.
"What...?" surprsingly, his first coherent word was produced.
"Why did you... you... why?"
He wasn't fully awake yet, the metallic piece still clutched mourningly to his chest. But for now, Vektra had left his mind, replaced by curiosity of the new ally he'd accidentally stumbled upon after being assured she didn't, in any way, require or need his help.
He guessed it was the other way around... She'd saved him, not the other way around.

@jupiter_hollow OMM ;u;

Her head turning to face his, she shrugged. 'If you died then Emlyn would be winning. I don't want Emlyn to beat me so I must save you.' She explained aloud, eyeing the road ahead. She reckoned the bikers would realise their mistake soon enough. She would have to get away again, and hide. She picked up the pace a little, rubbing her shoulder. She was getting too many injuries today. If it kept up like this she would have to lay low for a while, a long while. Perhaps for even a fortnight she would have to live off of her winnings before even trying something out in the open again. Clomping along in her heavy leather boots, her gaze rose from the ground back to guy.

"Wh-winning because he killed mh?" he slurred out, still dizzy. A small, drunkard smile settled onto his lips and he let out a thundering chuckle, clamping a hand around Meilin's shoulder again, forgetting about the wound "Y'r silly..." he rasped out.
"GET THEM!" Emlyn's recognisable growl sounded behind them, before a rumble of running feet. Soon enough, motorcycle engine roared to life, a numerous bunch of vehicles approaching them fast.
"Hm.." Eytan mumbled, turning around to glance nonchalantly at Leto and Emlyn's enraged faces from afar, both men wearing twisted fury in their eyes and throwing death glares.
"He'll win." the nihilist commented bleakly, raising a finger to emphasize his point.

Meilin shrugged him off. 'Ouch bro.' She blinked.
Oh, c'mon, not again! She stomped angrily. She had really thought she had a chance this time. Couldn't they just give her a headstart or something? She was beginning to get really angry with these guys. They had to be cheating! 'No.' She muttered. 'No. They cannot win. It's not fair.' She groaned. 'No fair!' She repeated, grabbing his arm and breaking into a run, trying her hardest to drag him along.

"Ghah!" Eytan grumbled out when he was tugged sharply ahead and out of balance. He had to make extra wide steps to compensate for being behind on pace. "Wh'r we going...?" he mumbled, slurring his words beyond recognition.
'CLANK!' a bullet pierced Vektra's tire armour in Eytan's arms, producing an ear-splitting sound in the mean time. The raven headed boy's eyes slightly widened at the small peephole in the metallic piece and frowned.
Maybe that other person, the girl, Meilin or whatever, was right. Emlyn and Leto had hurt Vektra and killed her and now they were hurting her (and him) again... Emlyn shouldn't win, he agreed wholeheartedly. He was supposed to pay!
"Emlyn can't win." he steadily mumbled out the sentence, without slurring or stuttering, but with confidence. He nodded as an accentuation of the statement.

'Exactly!' Meilin cried, punching her fist in the air. The game was not going to end like this. She hated Emlyn, she hated Leto, she hated them all. They could just, just go-
She was going to take this game very seriously. This game was not just for fun anymore. She couldn't even remember the last time the game had been fun. In fact, she hated this game. She was simply playing out of spite. She would quit later, when she was ahead. She blinked, trying to remember the start of this game. When had it started? Had it started at birth? Had it started when her friends came to visit? Maybe it started when her friends left. She was confused on the starting point of the game. One thing was for sure, though-
This game was going to end. Soon.

Unlike Meilin, lost deep in her thoughts, Eytan ran beside her, mind completely blank of any thoughts. He still maintained a faint sense or orientation and direction. From what he knew and remembered was that there was a large tree at the end of the block and that tree was next to a corner. And if they turned that ccorner, they would be safe. Vektra would be safe.
There came the pain... There it was - his reassurance. He was alive, he felt it, the pain coursing through his veins wildly, setting his brain aflare with thoughts it had lacked before. Emotions like hate and depression multiplied by ten, his mind recalling why he was running and from who.
Emlyn. Emlyn had killed Vektra.
"Left corner." he mumbled lightly when they reached the tree and somehow managed to trip over his legs, making an awkward turn and continuing down the other street.

@jupiter_hollow HOOTINGHAMGORE e3e

Nodding, Meilin whirled around the corner, bringing her gaze to search the ground. Oh. That was right. She was running, those were her feet. 'So.' She grunted, continuing in a mad dash. 'When should we stop?' She questioned, turning to look at guy. She realised that she didn't even know his name. Here she was, playing with someone who was nameless to her. Yet he seemed to have gained some importance.
Was Emlyn going to find them? He seemed to pop out of nowhere a lot now. She really wished he would stop. It was annoying. She needed to recharge. Once again remembering her injury, she patted her shoulder and her hand came away crimson. The corners of her mouth twitched slightly upwards, relishing in the sight of her own blood. What fun. But she couldn't bleed out or she could lose, she reminded herself. She then casually wiped the hand down her jeans.

Angling his strained neck to look at Meilin, Eytan motioned to the end of the street, where a compliecated system of allys stated - they were going to enter the cramped outskirts of the city where few knew to navigate. That's why the brainless richmen lived in the center, he guessed...
"Th-ere. Abandoned house with... beige walls." he notably flinched at the rasp in his voice, the air scraping his throat painfully. Not that he minded the pain. Pain was nice, needed.
"They can't navigate... Don't know the way."
As they passed the ally where Adaxiel's workshop was lcoated, Eytan couldn't help but trail his gaze along the buildings, searching for a sign of the blonde... ad she died in the explosion? He hoped not. She was the only one who could provie him with spare pats for his Vektra.

@jupiter_hollow YOU SILLEH YOU :')

Meilin tilted her head upright. Ah, these streets. How many times had she been through these? She had lost count. They were perfect for hide and seek, so to say.
Keeping up the pace, a beige house seemed to finally come into view. Beige. What a boring colour. Who would paint their house beige? Someone who wanted to blend in with their surroundings. Judging by the location of this house, this person wasnt an office worker either. No, this person wanted to hide. So this house was perfect for them. A house that you could quite easily miss when walking through these dark, threatening alleys.
She liked to think about things. Anything but her own life was a perfect topic to ponder on. If she needed to get away, she could easily think about what it would be like to be... That rock for instance. Lying on the ground, unable to move by itself. It gets run over most of the time, ignored all of the time, sometimes even thrown. But being thrown must be a little fun, feeling itself make contact with the victim and hearing their cry of pain. Maybe, if they hit the right point, even forcing them onto the ground. Maybe even scarring them forever. Oh what fun, what fun it would be to be a rock.

---
As they approached, the building seemed to grow in size, now five feet tall when mere minutes ago, it had been a dot at the end of the street. It wasn't too big to loom over the rest of the houses, but had two floors - enough to loom over Eytan and Meilin. A monotonous, slightly chipped-off beige color disguised it well among the rest of the buildings. Two criss-cross boards decorated the entrance, 'DEINGER' painted on them in an illiterate scrawl.
Eytan hauled himself ahead first, slipping through the conveniently ripped off door and climbed up the stairs, tripping over his own feet in a dizzy rush. The second floor offered more of a safe hideout, hence the boarded windows and partially broken stairs that he was sure couldn't hold up a dead weight like Emlyn or Leto, but would be safe for him and Meilin to climb up.
Another advantage of the upper floor - it didn't hide gaping holes in the wall like the kitchen downstairs did. One of the living room window (on the first floor again) was speckled with hanging glass, smashed brutally along with the chipped off frame itself.
The familiar color of crimson was boldly smacked on the doorstep, some of the walls and a bone rolling in the corner. Needless to say, few dared enter the disturbing area. It radiated a certain deathly air that Eytan particularly favoured.

@aizel PHWOAHW O3O I am a kitten <._.7 hear me roar. *Deep breath* Mew.

Smiling at the warning written across the boards, Meilin followed guy through the door. The ghastly demeanour of the house's interior brought even more joy to the girl.
Hopping up the stairs happily, she murmured aloud, 'I like this place.' Hopefully Emlyn wouldn't be able to find them here. She was really getting sick of him. She looked around, taking in her surroundings. The abandoned house was kind of cool really.
She turned her attention to guy. 'So.' She began quite awkwardly, 'I, ah, don't even know your name.' She said, shrugging. 'D'ya wanna tell me your name?' She blinked at the boy, leaning against the wall. He was a bit taller than her, and his skin was about the same as hers. His hair colour also reflected hers, and of course, his eyes. Agh, she could barely bring herself away from those eyes. They were just so.. So destroyed. She cringed

The creaking floorboards behind him signalled Meilin's ascending up the stairs and once at the top, he turned to face her.
Nodding in response to her unusually cheerful reaction to the house, Eytan walked down the cramped badly-lit hallway, settling at the end of it, propped up against the wall with Vektra's tire armour in his lap.
A familiar roar of motorcycles passed right underneath the window, all vehicles' engines notably slowing down in a threatening manner,as if to stop.
Eytan didn't seem phazed in the mean time, occupied in staring at the motorbike piece in his hands. Like he was nursing a baby or a child, he held the metallic plate clutched to his chest for dear life. Dots of blood speckled he iron where his sore, blistered fingers had dug into it, wounding even more. His grip didn't loosen even when the bikers drove off, uninterested in the run-down house.
"Eyt'n" he rasped out.

@jupiter_hollow puncha yo buns o-o

'Awright Eytan,' she nodded, 'Names Meilin. And I'm bleeding kind of a lot. So if this place has any plasters.. No? Probably not. Tissues, anything..' She shrugged. 'Im guessing you liked that thing.' She stated, pointing to the piece of metal in his hands. 'This is why we shouldn't become attached to things. They break, they leave, they die.. Nothing will ever stay. Everything leaves. Everything will abandon you. Everything is bad, don't trust anything. This is why I stick with nothing. Nothing can leave. Nothing can hurt me. The sooner you learn to despise of everything around you, the better.' She bit her lip, turning her gaze back to the floor. She had said too much. It was just awkward. 'Im sorry, I'm not really in the company of other living humans very often.' She muttered.

He remained expressionlessly staring at the metal piece, not physically but mentally phazed by the lecture. If anything, the raven, no, wait Mei- ...Meilin, was it? Yes, Meilin was right. He'd come to that same conclusion four years ago, when his mother had passed away. And now, as well. Being told that nothing was worth anything didn't lessen Vektra's value in his eyes, however. It only made his stomach sink, dread gnawing on it.
"I don't get attached." he grumbled under his nose, raising himself from his hiding spot on the ground. "Vektra did. She grew on me." he put a bit of effort in explaining himself, childishly pouting. "There's always something of value that you live for. If you don't have anything to lose, then what's the whole point of living?" he wondered alloud, reaching absentmindedly in his pocket, and produced a ripped packet of cigarettes, popping one between his lips.
"Bathroom downstairs. Should have a medicine cabinet." Mumbling, he jogged downstairs, the flight of stairs swaying underneath his feet.
