Nodding, Meilin strolled beside the boy, who's name she still didn't know. Ah well. They were obviously going to some bike shop. She didn't know much about vehicles. Actually she didn't know if she'd ever been on- or in -a vehicle. She stared at the boy's feet, absentmindedly trying to match his footsteps. It was quite a childish game she played in her head whenever she walked beside someone- which wasn't often. She couldn't read the mood in the air. It was slightly awkward yet comfortable. She simply continued with her strange little game, her strides becoming wider and slower.

She swore on her own head, she'd never seen someone so akward in her entire life. He'd stumbled away, seeming to hope she didn't catch his flustered movements and find out the truth. The truth was already found, but she found it immensely funny to watch him lie. Crossing arms in front of her chest, she strolled foward, leaning on the door again.
"Have you ever heard yourself lie?" she questioned, wiping her hands in the dirtied cloth again, stone expression fixed on her face. "You're going to get soaked." she commented bleakly.

From afar, a metallic shine of wheels caught her attention, but she didn't bother looking at the direction, already recognising the coughing sound that rung in the air as a dying engine of a motorbike. It was a customer.

Nearing the slim alleyway towards Adaxiel's shop, Eytan spotted the mechanic from a distance and motioned towards her.
"She's the one fixing my stuff." he stated, forcing his motorbike into the steep and small alley, towards the shop and pushing it inside with much power.

"No. And I dont care." He continued walking, but Vann wanted to stay with the girl. Vann squeaked, jumping off of Jordans shoulder, scuttling off towards the girl again. "Vann!" Jordan called, turning to catch him yet again.

Looking down towards the scuttling small creature on the ground, Adaxiel paused in her steps towards the entrance and bent down screwdriver in hand, placing a hand in front of the creature, so to take him into her palm.

"Your alter ego likes me." she chuckled lightly.

Vann chirped happily, nuzzling her thumb. "I see he does. And once again, hes not my alter ego." Jordan walked back towards the girl, pulling a piece of peppermint candy out of his pocket. Holding it out to Vann, he waited for him to jump back to him.
Vann turned towards Jordan, sniffing the candy. Grasping it with his tiny forepaws, he pulled it alway from Jordan. Vann then sat down in the girls palm, chewing on the side.

Meilin trudged up the alley, staring at the girl mechanic inside the shop. She knew about vehicles. It was kind of amazing work that mechanics did, come to think of it. Taking a dead machine and whacking life back into it. She turned back to Eytan. She also acknowledged the other boy in there. There was a little animal scuttling around the shop too. Meilin stood in awkward silence.

Letting out another chuckle at the tickling small fingers of the sugar glider, Adaxiel watched as it snatched the candy away from it's master and chewed on it in her hand. However annoyed she'd been with the boy before, now she seemed to not acknowledge him at all, only bothering to pay atention to his pet.

As expected, the first drop of rain landed on her palm, next to Vann and after glancing upwards, she walked inside, the sugar glider still in her hand, regardless on whether the boy wanted to leave or not.

Water started pouring soon so Eytan hurriedly tucked his bike inside the shop, trottling to close the windows. He moved around as if he knew his way around and soon moved towards one veiled room, over the door of which hung drapery, like a curtain. He pulled it away to reveal a brightly lit room, turning and motioning for Meilin to follow.

Adaxiel walked inside after him as well.

Jordan yet again mentally cursed himself, he should have left before. He folled the girl in, uncomfortable without Vanns small furry body to comfort him.

Scratching the back of her head, Meilin stepped after him. She blinked a couple of times, looking around. The rain outside was now pouring so heavily that the girl could swear it was inside her ears.

Inside the smallish room was a large window, that despite the gloomy sky, let in a lot of light, showing the outside city with it's rain. The droplets of rains lid down the glass, trailing unknown patterns.
"Why'd you bring her?" the mechanic questioned Eytan, referring to the black haired girl next to him. "She's wanted all over town." she commented bleakly, glancing at Meilin. News spread fast and everyone around knew that she'd stolen from a gang.
Eytan looked at Meilin on his own turn too, inwardly frowning, but keeping a stone face on the outside.
"Doesn't seem harmful to me. She didn't steal from me." for some reason, he was defending the girl - not that he knew why.

Exasperated from the boy nearby (she could smell his discomfort in the air), Adaxiel turned to give him a glare and extended the sugar glider to him. "You can just ask for me to give it back, not just stand there sulking." she snipped.

Jordan took Vann back gently, and sighed. "I wasnt sulking. Anyways, you looked like you were enjoying him." He reasoned. She seemed really annoyed with him now. Vann squeaked, not used to being rejected. A small whimper escaped Vann, and Jordan patted Vann lightly on the nose. "Shush. Your very spoiled."

Meilin inwardly cringed. That mechanic lady knew. Everyone knew. What else could she do? It's not like she could get a job. Her area of expertise was.. What? Stealth? Fighting? Stealing? Nothing that useful for nice normal jobs. Maybe she should get a job as a hitman. A hitwoman. Why was it hitman anyway? Shouldn't it be hitperson? I hit a person. Hehe. She looked up, lost in her own thought, as the boy defended her. Strange. Not many people did that for her. Hrm. She scanned the room once more.

His life was ruined completely once both his mother and father were murdered accidentally in a shoot off. He acquired a tendency to break the law from then on. Stealing, fighting, killing - he created his own gang that now rules the entire city and protects every other gang. The gang which Meilin stole from was led by a friend of his.
