@jemmie Lani chuckled. "Its just part of Berk. See that mountain up there?" Sanna looked. "Yeah, so?" Lani pointed. "Thats where I got Taingy." She scratched her head. "Now, we must go in there." she pointed to a small opening in a rock. "We have a better chance of finding one there..."

@jemmie A second later, a terrifying "SCREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" came from the cave. The little Terror jumped on to Sanna, and readied to breath fire on her. "Help!" Sanna screamed. Lani threw a fish over her, and it landed on a rock. The little Terror forgot his plans, and ran over to grab the fish. He was about as big as a Jack Russel, so Lani scooped him up in her arms. She then handed him another fish, to calm him down. He snuggled at her neck. "There.." she whispered to him.

Sanna gave Lani a look. "Dude! He almost uh...killed me?!" "Relax," Lani replied laughing. Sanna rolled her eyes, but smiled. "Well," she said. "Who's going to keep it? You or me?"

@jemmie "Um, well we are going to try this again. I get to keep this one. If you get one this time, you keep it! And don't worry, I'll help you fend them off." Lani chuckled jokingly. The little Terror, whos name was now Ruckat, snuggled his little blue scales against Lanis leather vest.

"Well that was easy." A little while after they started again, Sanna attracted two, althought one got away. It's name was now Maniac. He bounced around, like a uh...maniac. -.-

Lani carried her little treasure back into the house. She ran to her Mother and asked, "Mother, may i go to Sannas house for a playdate?" Her Mother nodded. "Sure dear!" "Thanks!" Lani said as she ran out the door, still holding Ruckat. "C'mon Taingy! You come, too!"

Sanna was obsessing over Maniac when she heard a knock on her door. "Be right back!" she whispered to Maniac, setting her down gently. Running to the door, Sanna peeked through a curtain. "Lani!" she exclaimed, opening to door. "Come in!"

@jemmie Lani walked into the old cabin, and Taingy followed close behind. she let little Ruckat down, and he ran over to greet Maniac. They jumped around in front of the fireplace. Sanna and Lani sat down and watched thier little pets play. "I like your cabin." said Lani as she examined the ceiling.

Sanna got her moms consent, and went to scour Lanis place. "Sick!" she cried, astonished. The place was great! "I wish I could live here!" She ran up to her room. "Maniac look!"

@jemmie Lani looked around. "I bet she's liking the wooden carved dragon heads everywhere." she whispered to Ruckat. There were two dragon head on the tops of the bed, and there was a carved picture of a Night Fury on the headrest. Sanna caught sight of a large book.

Lani said to her, "I guess you can read it." She smiled. "This is the Book of Dragons. It list every species of dragon. I might recommend you dont look at the second page of the second chapter.....Unless you aren't scared of bones." Sanna turned the pages. "I think I'll try..."

"Well..." Lani began. "If you come to dragon class with me today, I'll take you to the head viking. Anyone who is new to Berk and new to dragon training, gets a free book, but only if they say so. I'll stand with you. I got mine two years ago. oh, and dragon class is starting in half an hour, so we had better get there. It'll take us about 20 minutes on foot, and we can't take our dragons. To prevent them from interfering with the other dragons." Lani told Taingy and Ruckat to stay. "Wanna come?" she opened the door.

@jemmie Lani led Sanna to a small room lit with torches, hanging all over the walls. "Oh, hello girls. What did you come for?" Lani shoved Sanna into view. "H-h-hi. I'm Sanna....I'm new here. I was told by Lani that I could get a free book?" The viking, whos name was Connor, chuckled as he handed her a book. "Here you go. Oh, and nice to see you again, Lani!" Lani shook hands with her pal.

@jemmie Lani though a bit before she went into the arena. "What did he mean when he said, "Come back to the room at the end of class. I have something for you." I wonder..." she thought as she walked into the ring. They were training a gronckle! Lani slowly backed away, and set her hand on his nose. "Good boy...." she soothed.

Sanna watched Lani, and she began to do it too. She enjoyed the Dragon school, and wanted to come back. That night, she knocked on Lani's door. There was no answer, so she peeked in the curtains. Nobody. "Lani?!" she called.

@jemmie Up the stairs, Lani was staring at her gift. It was in a leather sack, and written on it with an ink pen were the words: "Happy third year!" She pulled the string.......She nearly fainted. It was a wooden carving, with every detail, of Taingy. And a tiny Lani was carved on her back. Then she heard banging, and a loud "LANI!!!!" she set her gift aside, and she and Ruckat ran down the stairs. She wanted to stop the noise quick, so her mother didn't wake up. (if she was ever awakened, she got grumpy!) She opened the door to...SANNA?! "What are you doing here so late? Should you not be asleep?"

Sanna blushed. "I-I wanted to give you a present." She handed Lani a small clay pot. On it, were Lani training Taingy. "I hope you'll like it!" called Sanna, as she started walking back to her house.

@jemmie Lani was astounded. She called, "Thanks!" before she shut the door and ran back up to her room. She set the pot on her shelf, and set the wooden carving on the dragon leg stool beside her bed. She sighed as she snuggled up with Ruckat, and petted Taingy who laid by her bed. Then, she fell fast asleep.

The next morning, Sanna woke up late. She ate breakfast, and got a letter. It said:

Dear Sanna,

*Since you are new here, you may bring a friend with you.

We are hosting a big dragon party. Wear something formal, and arrive at 4pm today. Please come to the Dragon School, where we will have set everything up.
