Snaplily did a little dragonish laugh and then waves his wing-like arms. She started to try to attempt to play with Taingy.

Eviana smiled.
"That's a nice name," she said, "my Nadder's name is Snaplily."
Eviana then giggled as she saw Snaplily goofing around.
"Oh yes, that'd be great if you could show me the way to the Dragon School, I just moved here."

Taingy began jumping back and forth. She pounced on Snaplily, and playfully nipped her leg. Lani chuckled as she watched the two dragons play. "Looks like our dragons made friends. Would you like to go now? It's not far."

The Nadder then started pecking playfully with it's bird-like beak.

"Sure," Eviana said in agreement while watching the dragons, "I would love to go now."
Snaplily then stopped playing and did a little wave to Taingy and then started to follow Eviana, Taingy and Lani.

Lani stroked Taingy's head as she walked to the arena. "Stay here, Taingy." Taingy curled up on the cliff. The two girls walked into the arena, as the announces stepped up. "Today we are training....A Smothering Smokebreath!" The doors flew open as the arena suddenly filled with smoke. A shadow dashed through the fog towards the two. "Hold up your shield, and move slowly!" Lani whispered to Eviana. She slowly raised her shield, as the Smokebreath appeared. "Easy now..." She soothed as she lowered her sheild. "Put your hand on her nose." Lani calmed the dragon so that Eviana could get close.

Eviana blinked in alarm, she never touched a Smokebreath before. She lifted her arm and set her hand gently on the dragon's nose. Eviana hesitated, praying for the Smokebreath to not get mad.
Her small Deadly Nadder, rested on her shoulder, smiling cheekly at the Smokebreath.

Eviana then glanced at Sanna.
"I remember my parents say something about my cousin," she said to Sanna as she lifted her hand away from the Smokebreath's muzzle, "named Sanna."
She blinked like she was lost in thought.
"Maybe," she said slowly, "we're cousins?"

Down by a lake, Kyara was resting with her dragon. Then she awakened. In the distance she could see smoke billowing. "Come on Ashes, lets take a look" Kyara said to her dragon and hopped onto her Smothering Smokebreath's back.

Sanna didnt know how to respond.

"Ever since my dad passed away," she began, "the rest of my relatives became hazy. Even on my mom's side. I became anti-social, even to my family."

She felt a tear snaking its way down her cheek.

"So maybe you are my cousin, maybe you aren't," she finished. "Sorry, but I barely remember anything but how Eviana had hair just like yours. That's it."

Lani stared at the two girls. Suddenly, another Smokebreath appeared in the sky. It dashed down through the smoke, and landed next to the three girls. Lani squinted in the smoke. She spotted a girl sitting on it's neck. "Hello! How does everyone suddenly appear here?" she chuckled.

Taingy curled her lips, trying to smile. Lani chuckled. "Would you like to train some more dragons?" She pulled out the Book of Dragons. "Oh, and also, go into that little room and you can get your own book with a map, and all the dragons, and everything you need to know!" She pointed to the two doors on the side of the wall.

Lani climbed on Taingy's neck, and opened her book. "Which dragon would you like to tame first? The closest place to here is the Great West Ocean, which is home to the Scauldron."

Lani smiled as Taingy spread her wings. "Okay. Lets go!" The two glided over a large mountain, and through a hoop made of rock. Suddenly, all they could see was water. They both flew down, and landed on a cliff in the center of the water. "Stay, Taingy." Taingy nodded, and wrapped her wings around herself.
"Here, take a fish. You'll need it." she handed it to Kyara. Suddenly, a green webbed tail splashed in the water. A giant green dragon flew out of the water, and landed right in front of the two. His eyes narrowed as he stared at the fish. "Now give him the fish, and take off your helmet. I know this sounds strange...scoop up the water from that puddle and pour it on yourself."

Kyara held out the fish to the dragon. With her other hand she took off her helmet and scooped up water. Then she poured it on herself. Doing that all while trembling

The Scauldron's eyes widened, as he began to lower his neck to Kyara. He scooped up the fish with his pelican-like mouth. He spread his wings as he pushed his nose towards her. "Rest your hand on his nose. Move slowly." Lani lowered her shield and held her hands up. "Easy now.."
