Ok so we live in a world that is a little normal. The sky is green and we have another planet in the distance. It is white with rings around it. Anyways thats not important now is it? The only thing that isn't normal about this planet is the species that lives here. Giant birds. Many humans long ago tried to tame them. Some failed and some succeeded. The birds are about 12 feet tall and eat mountain lions and goats so be aware of how dangerous they can be!

PLOT;
So you and a couple of friends are living in a city. The biggest city on the planet. It is basically circling a giant lake with mountains all around it. You each find a bird somewhere in the story and raise it, and eventually tame it and you can fly! But, there is an organization that is trying to get rid of the giant birds. They are called the uhh... idk we'll think of something XD and they want the birds GONE forever! Humans have been killed from them and they want these birds gone. But we have hope into one day making these birds our friends.

Gender: F

Appearance: Short, tan girl with freckles all over her face, trailing from each cheekbone to the other, crossing the bridge of her nose. Long, chocolate brown curly hair that cascades down to the middle of her back in big ringlets. She has deep green eyes that seem to stare into your soul. She wears a lime green frock, and prefers not to wear shoes.

Personality: Storm is extremely shy, and only speaks when necessary, but in very quiet voice. She's a free spirit and does what she wants though, and doesn't like being told what to do. On occasion, she'll have an outburst, surprising those around her.

Bird type you will find: Blue Heron
History: Storm lived most of her life alone in the forests, having been abandoned by her parent at birth. The trees where her shelter, the animals her family and food. Eventually, Storm left the forests, got a job, and amounted to something. Few know her past, and Storm likes it that way. She still lives in the forest, but now has a small cabin to live in.

Gender: Male
Appearance: Lake has hair so dark it looks blue. It reaches just below his ears. He would have bangs covering both his eyes, if he didn't spike them up. His eyes are dark blue, with hints of other shades of blue. His skin isn't pale, but isn't fairly tanned, either.
Personality: He is an evil person. If he would only stop tormenting others, and just try to feel at least a tiny speak of happiness, perhaps, those cold eyes that showed no feeling, would soften until they would express warmth and comfort.
Why he is evil: He's dumb, that's why. Jk. Real one is below XD
Why he is evil: His parents were killed by a pack of giant birds when he was only 6 years old, and he wishes to destroy them all in return. Not because he wants to avenge them, but simply because of the money for working for the organization. In fact, he was actually thankful they ate his parents.
Type of bird he owns: An raven with feathers so black they looked blue.
History: He has been hurt more than thought possible.
Other: He secretly likes rabbits.

Name: Alexandria "Alex" Hunter
Gender: Female
Appearance: She is tall for her age standing at about 5'11". She has pale skin and her eyes are forest green with a hint of amber in them. She hardly smiled anymore though, as she doesn't believe there is a reason to. She has pitch-black hair with crimson streaks in it and her hair is slightly spiky, it looks as if it's never brushed and it comes to about her neck. She has a bang that covers half her left eye and she always seems to be brushing it aside so that she can see. She is also skinny from living on the streets for so long. She always wears a dirty black t-shirt, muddy, jeans, a black jacket that's a size to big, and black combat boots.
Personality: She doesn't trust anyone easily and she isn't a fan of large crowds. She is very stubborn and could argue with a wall for hours and she doesn't often think things through. She is smart but she doesn't use her head often so it doesn't matter. She is sarcastic with everyone and sometimes snarky.
Bird type you will find: Red-Tailed Hawk; Flare
History: She grew up in a rather wealthy family with an older brother, Joseph; an older sister, Christa; a twin brother, Sirius; and a little brother, Jimmy. Alex often got into fights with her mom about what she wore and how she acted. Her parents were against having the birds around as they were a afraid they'd do something to their family, and they believe any person that wants to go near those "beasts", as they call them, should be taken care of. Alex and her siblings, however, are enticed by the birds and wish to know more.

Rohan woke up to a blaring sunlight. He stepped outside of his balcony looking into the beautiful green sky. He looked at the planet and stared at it with awe. He looked straight down and saw people walking on the sidewalks, saw cars moving too. He loved living in his condo. It was very tall and he could see most of the city. Rohan loved heights too. He looked out across the giant lake and saw the other side of the city. The tallest building was across the other side. It was 3,200 feet tall. it looked like a bunch of rectangles. they stopped at a certain height and the one rectangle was 3,200 feet high (sorry if this doesn't make sense. It's like the sears tower kinda) and he sat on the chair and stared out of his balcony. "It's so nice out..." he said.

Rohan walked back into his room. Walked past his bunker and opened the door into the living room. It was very spacious and painted grey. He walked into the kitchen and got a bowl of cereal. His parents were both at work. His mother was working on a movie about.. something. He forgot what it was. He didn't pay attention to what his parents were doing. He thought alot about his sister in silence. But he shook it off not wanting to feel sad

Storm woke to the lovely sound a a bird singing its morning song. Humming along with it, Storm climbed out of bed and got ready for her day, taking her time showering and getting dressed. With her frock on, Storm grabbed her things and sprinted out of her house, whooping loudly as she wove through the trees. Eventually, she reached the city limits, and with a smile on her face, went to buy her groceries.

Storm walked through the store, and picked up some fruit, before deciding to treat herself to some ice cream. She made her way to the frozen treats section. Looking through the glass, she quietly browsed through the flavors.

"Agh!" she cried. "Why won't you let me sleep?" Sighing, she got up.
"I surrender! You win!" she said, even though she never even tried anything.
Alexis brushed her teeth, got dressed, and went downstairs to breakfast. Then, she decided to go for a walk.

Alex woke up to the sound of her youngest brother screaming in her ear.
"Alex, wake up, mom's cooking breakfast!" He screamed once more, his mouth right next to her ear as he did.
"I heard you the first time Jimmy, but if mom's cooking tell me when it's noon," Alex grumbled, she then shoved a pillow over her head and tried to fall back asleep, but Jimmy wasn't letting her off that easy. He instead grabbed her arm and tried to pry her off her bed. Alex, finally admitting defeat, groaned and sat up, "Fine, I'm getting up." She told him and he raced out of the room and downstairs. Alex stood up and stretched, she then walked over to her closet and pulled out a red t-shirt, black jeans, and a black leather jacket. She quickly put them on, not even glancing at the black pencil skirt, white shirt, and black cardigan her mom had laid out for her. She just picked them up and tossed them under her bed where she kept all the "clothes" her mom laid out for her. She then pulled on her combat boots and ran her fingers through her wild black and red hair, managing to tame it a bit, before she headed downstairs.

When Alex walked into the kitchen and was met with the sleek of burnt meat. She gagged and tried to block out the smell as she headed for the table. She sat in between Sirius and Jimmy, they were the only three at the table. Alex knew her dad was probably at work by now, while Christa was upstairs fretting about college and stuff like that, while Joseph was most likely still sleeping. She looked up at her mom, who stood at the stove with burnt bacon, "Mornin'." She said, trying not to smile at the look of disapproval on her face.
"Where are the clothes I laid out for you?" She demanded.
"I took them and put them with all the rest of those clothes you try to force me to wear," Alex said cooly.
Alex's mom didn't bother to argue she instead just kept on burning the bacon.
Finally her mom just tossed aside the burnt bacon and went to the kitchen table to read the paper. Alex and her sibling sighed in relief, there was no way they were going to eat that stuff. Her mom read the front cover, it was about the giant birds.
"I wish they'd just catch them all and kill them, they're a danger to everyone!" Alex's mom ranted.
Alex and her siblings didn't say anything, they all personally thought that the birds were cool, but they'd need say that in front of their mom, she'd have a come apart.

Lexi strolled through the park, where she bumped into an old man with a cane.
"Great!" mumbled Lexi. "Now people are going to say I hang out with old people. Totally not my style!" And with that, she started for home.
On her way back to her house-no, mansion, she saw a hill in the distance. Without thinking, nope not even a bit, she ran for it.

By the time Lexi had reached the hill, she was panting. Gasping for air, she sat down on a rock. But it wasn't a rock. I was a turtle, and he snapped at her.
"Ah!" cried Lexi, getting up. Suddenly, she covered her mouth. Her screams were always heard, and caused rumors.
"Eh, I'm fine," she said to herself, as she straightened her vest. She tarted climbing up the hill once again.
