EC egg cave shares!

Just like in the real world, perhaps shares for Egg cave places such as the Town hall, trade centre, Tims food shop, alkub races, etc, should exist for egg cavers to buy. The EC should be a bit more than the strong room, there should be a brokerage fee, perhaps this could be done with CC too? You sell and buy shares from fellow egg cavers and the share price changes, just like in life. The more popular the share, the more EC/CC it costs. The brokerage EC/CC goes to Ian. Ian could also computerise changes in the 'egg cave economy' so there can be more falls/rises in the share price. The number of shares each egg cave 'company' owns would be limited perhaps.

Good or bad idea? I dunno, it's up to Ian, but I think this could be another way for CC, but also EC for non CC buyers like myself.

XD Hmm... Well I actually like the idea. It's kinda like Neopets Stock Market but I don't mind cause I made millions of NP (Neopionts) on it. 😋

Personally I like trading and all so I love the idea. But maybe not with CC. ^^

Yes. But lots of features of Neopets were copied/used in Egg Cave so I don't think taking one more would make a difference. XD

It's pretty simple but the trends of the shares are not based on anything. It's pure randomness. I would prefer it if the price of something went up and down depending on supply and demand not by luck or chance. ^^

I don't know about stocks. I wouldn't use it, but there should be NO CC stocks. That's real money, man.

@tikimaki I think based on supply and demand would be best too. I just suggested the Ian changes thing later invade the price didn't change much. He could give hints for how an event could cause highs or drops in the future.

I also don't think saying that lots of things were 'copied' from Neopets is right. Lots of Neopets ideas are ocmmon and used on most pet sites. They're just the most well known. EggCave is unique in its own way, and I can't exactly figure out how to explain why I think this shouldn't happen. I'll get back to that later. V_V

I don't like this idea and I'll tell you why.

CC is bought with real money, so if people lose it all in stocks they've just lost that money. And besides this idea could go wrong quickly.

I like the idea of EC instead of CC. There WOULD be a lot of whining about CC, but with EC, you can exchange it for CC if you want to without worrying about the CC you already have.

I hope that makes sense; I can't think straight right now.
