My Minecraft on YouTube

Mods, please don't lock this topic. This topic has nothing to do with the Minecraft game except Minecraft videos on YouTube.

So, hey, I made some Minecraft tutorials on YouTube using Screencast-o-matic. They're kinda of... I don't know.... They always freeze or something. The recording goes so smoothly and then when I watch the final before the video goes public, it's like -------. So, sorry. XD Could you watch it and tell me if you think somethings should be changed or something because the world I got sent to was PRETTY hard. ENDLESS grass and my house is made out of dirt. ☹️

EDIT
I found out that SOM (somehow) made my computer freeze/slower so I'm going to get a new software. Any suggestions?
