Since they made some kind of "official" mod team profile, are we suppose to ping that account for help? Or still the regular mods? Or does it not matter? o-o

@bubblez You can ping both that account and accounts of the mods. The Eggcaveteam account is more for sending out messages to users. For some matters (like closing threads) it will probably be faster to just ping one of us individually or send in a ticket.
