How do you get deleted?

I just saw a forum topic with a newbie user and it seemed he or she was deleted on the same day he/she joined ☹️

Any deleted users are typically the result of them asking to be deleted. Unless they are spambots or they break enough rules (or do something equally as severe), users are very rarely deleted without consent.
