Missing pet

IDK if I'm missing any others or what but ... My Rousel I had JUST received last night...
I traded with Veno231
what stinks is I kkinda forgot what the name of it was but I traded it around game time of 12-2 am ☹️ it's missing and it is stressing me I wish we could see trades we done in case by mistake traded a wrong pet but we can't see our past trades

ALSO I SWEAR I never put her up for trade ...

It is a long shot, but I am going to guess that that Rousel you traded for was originally from a storage and was deleted for that reason?

Perhaps if you ask a Moderator, they could tell you...

WHAT??? but that's stupid I traded for it why would they delete somethings I traded for ???? what are mod names so I could ping them unless ur able to ping some over for me I'm less than a month new here 😋

If the Rousel was taken from a storage that means is was taken AGAINST THE RULES. So, to be fair, they would have to delete the creature.

But since that is just a theory, we would have to ask the mods.'

Rousel she had but... my question is why don't I at least get noticed or get back what I traded for?
it's kinda unfair ☹️ but ehh I think I sent pets I didn't care allot about ☹️ but arg I hope that's not the case because... I got really excited on actually owning 2 :'(

I'm seeing a Rousel on veno231's account, which is why I ask about the notification.

IDK what's going if you had that Rousel from another account or traded it from another user or what... but the Rousel I traded for is missing and I have no clue what to do...
But I know for fact the trade was accepted and I had 2 Rousels after that and I never traded it

EDIT: just looked at Veno's account and their yes is another Rousel on it now but that there is a level 1 and the one I got was a little higher level I believe and it was not that name but I don't remember what the name was

The strange thing is I only have one account so that is strange

Ill tell you what happened for me

I put my rousel up for trade and I got 2 offers one from @wildhorse32 and one from @eldnew. I accepted eldnew's one for a Prath

Then this morning I traded an egg for my brothers,@blood40 's rousel

If this helps: My first rousel was named happy_easter

I'm so confused and it's extremely unfair in many ways for it to just be deleted like no big deal to who traded for it...

@wildhorse32 I've checked the logs and no creatures have been deleted for the past several days. So that is not what happened.

It sounds like there is some kind of misunderstanding going on.

Well I have many times looked over my pets in case I thought I didn't trade it and did but nope nothing Plus I never put this up for trade not even for an April Fools joke only did wit the otehr as a group but then canceled and still my my original Rousel.
So it's for sure that I never traded... because only have talked to 1 user who asked if willing to trade my rousel so I asked them if could have the Ott and they were thinking about it but by time they said they'll think of it my Rousel was missing

@wildhorse32 Could you please check this page, http://eggcave.com/notifications , and take a screenshot of the notifications that says your offer on the lot was accepted? It would help us in figuring out what happened.

Do you happen to have any siblings that may have been able to access your account?

Sorry for all the questions, I'm just trying to figure out what happened.

I'm bad with the Screen shots forget how and IDK the program to be able to put it on and grab it for u 😋
so tell me how and I'll try but IDK how to view the trades of the past if it's possible????


Also I do but I kinda like live at my BoyFriends house and nobody comes in the room and no one cares what sites I go on so I know for fact nobody done anything :/

but again I just wish there are ways to simply view each and every single trade you have ever done on the game and when...
I would be very helpful.
but if I am mistaking and there is a way please tell me how to do so :/ because Veno has accepted couple of my trades but I swear I remember receiving the Rousel :/ as she even has said above

@wildhorse32 If your on a PC (non-Mac) you can hit the button Print Screen, open up Paint (which comes with all versions of Windows), hit Ctrl + V, and then save. Sadly I don't know how to do a screenshot on a Mac, if that is what you are using.

Unfortunately there isn't a way to look at your past trades. It actually might be a good idea to send in a ticket, http://eggcave.com/contact, about this. That way @Ian can take a look at this problem. He can then take a look at things and perhaps see what happened to the creature.

Use that to take a screenshot of your notifications - Today, Yesterday and Older. As many as possible.

And, out of interest, what creature did you offer on veno231's Rousel?

@veno231 You said you accepted the trade (for your first Rousel) from @eldnew... So wildhorse32 basically had their offer REJECTED for that creature - seeing as it went to eldnew?

And next, you traded something for your brother's Rousel, so you got his Rousel... And after that, you traded that Rousel to wildhorse32? Or not? o_o

ehh Kinda now settled over the fact I don't have the pet and just ATM trying to down size curtain pets just a little bit :/

So rather it really has gone missing or I was mistaking and I didn't receive it I guess I'm fine :/... sorry just ATM so much going on
1. distracted on RL lot going on this week
2. ATM trading many pets off
3. Busy with other sites ATM 😋 but thank you to all who put work into helping and now feel I just might have made a tiny mistake, and just kinda rather back off of this and let others get to what they want/need to do 😊
