Question 1. Can an egg reach rank 2000+ but not be in its final evolution stage(s)?
Question 2. Is there a maximum number of friends you can have on your friends list?

To answer your first question, yes it is possible, I myself have an unfrozen Moxel egg that is level 2000+.
Second question, I don't think there is a limit, but if there is it is probably fairly high.

@shale I've never actually seen an egg that's on level 2000+ that wasn't in a final evolution stage, which is why I wondered 😊

The creatures which hatch with clicks or feeds have no impact on their evolution when views are done on them.
In that way, you can see immortal and unfrozen Ignis eggs or Blu eggs and so on.

There is also a way to use clicks through Yarolds to immortalise a creature, which hatches with views as much views dont get loaded, but the clicks give rise to immortality. This is a new method by which people can keep unfrozen eggs which hatch with views in their secret storage and make them immortal as well. [No fear of dying] I follow that way 😋

I have a Calla egg that is level 4610 and still hasn't hatched yet. Very possible. 😊
