Is this a glitch, or...?

I was trying to go to some of my old forum topics, since I posted something over the summer that I've put my poetry in for a few months.
I went to "My recent topics" to find it. When I clicked on the second page, it wouldn't come up (even though I have several pages of topics).
When I click on the next page, it says "No topics for this user. Join the conversation today!"
Again, I have several pages of topics; I've been here for two years!

Is this a glitch or something, or were older topics somehow deleted? I think this might be a bug, since there are still older topics in some of the other areas of the forums.

I just checked as well & I've got this problem too.
I wonder what's wrong... what browser are you using?

@Icymuffin Internet Explorer. Same as you? (Not that I'm a stalker or anything, I just thought you've mentioned it a while back).

But this never happened before. I just went to my old topic the other day and it was fine. All of a sudden... Nada.

Seems like the problem is that the link attached to the button is incorrect. It directs you to no one's recent topics rather than your own.

Just change the last numbers on the "recent topics" page to get to the older ones for now, I suppose...

@dreamer I have the same problem! Eggcave normally agrees more with Safari firefox and google chrome. I'm using Safari.

I shall pingeth a mod.

I think it's a problem with how the page was linked (basically what icymuffin said) - not a bug on our end. 😉

I have the same problem. I tracked down the links. The link to the 'Recent Topics' is: http://eggcave.com/forums/recent_topics/49360/0
Whenever you select "2", "3", or "next >>" It would lead you to http://eggcave.com/forums/recent_topics/30
But that was a problem with the page linkings.

Actually, try to put this URL in your address box:
http://eggcave.com/forums/recent_topics/49360/30 [For Page 2 of Recent Posts]
http://eggcave.com/forums/recent_topics/49360/60 [For Page 3 of Recent Posts]
http://eggcave.com/forums/recent_topics/49360/90 [For Page 4 of Recent Posts]
and so on..

The link eggcave.com/forums/recent_topics/49360/90 goes in the multiples of 30, as it has 30 topics on one page, you can notice when the number of your topics are ending, when a page is smaller than the previous page. It indicates that you have less than 30 and recent topics would be added to that list, and when it exceeds 30, you would be able to browse onto the next pages.

This problem was fixed yesterday. So the Recent Topics page should be working correctly again.

Topic closed since the bug has been fixed.
