Help Deciding On New Computer

So, my dad has been pretty guilty about breaking my favored laptop. There's a lot of memories with me and that computer. It was bought for my brother 4 years ago for college at Best Buy (I still remember the day). Then it got a virus two years later (remember that day, too) and it sat in my brother's old closet collecting dust. Then, in September 2012, my dad brought it to a place and they fixed it. Then, in November 2012, the computer was used the first time in 2 years.

Then in April 2013, my dad destroyed it with the hated liquid substance of H2O.

So, he promised me a new laptop Saturday. But, he says it has to be a Toshiba brand like the old one.
The problem is: I need help finding a good laptop
OK, so, I need a laptop that fits these
I HATE windows 8 (no windows 8)
I need windows 7
it has to be fast and have lots of memory
it needs to be a good gaming computer XDD
It has to be portable (small) -optional
Does anyone know a good laptop that fits these? thanks 😊
oh, and has to be Toshiba XD

P.S. I'm on our comp. in the basement from 2003 which is SO SLOOWWW

@jennifer Hm, good luck, I'm expert on computers/laptops. xD Maybe a Samsung? I've seen some good ones. And do you have a budget? Like, how expensive can it be? Just avoid the MacBook Airs, they aren't too friendly with some video games as I heard. :I

@chapus2009 I guess the most would be something 800$. My mom would faint if I bought something more than that. Since when were we talking about Macs and Samsung? I prefer PCs and Toshiba. 😋
