That feels a bit left out on a ton of creatures?

I know what you guys are thinking, oh great she's gonna start ranting. And yeah, maybe I am, but just leave if you really don't want to hear me out.

Recently, I've been feeling that CC is way too expensive nowadays. Such as, how they closed down the gifting CC system to make it fairer, (And please don't stop reading and bash on me for saying it) but the thing is, now I have a random 15 CC, sitting there in my inventory going to go to waste. And I was going to use it to trade for a rare. But, now, it's completely useless. There's absolutely nothing to gain with it, and it's not going to just poof into 500cc.

And not to talk about how I made a topic a few days ago asking for some CC (because I lost a really good rare) for a Flaren, but, turns out I CAN'T because they closed the gifting CC system.

I feel like screaming at Ian, but I know they'd probably just delete the topic because that's not allowed, and apparently I have to talk to my non-existing friends in real life about it.

Sure, lock the topic and delete it for explaining how I feel, but it's not going to help me whatsoever. Also, thanks for stopping the scamming @ian, but it surely doesn't help me..

@lyric I'm sure somewhere Ian mentioned he was going to do something about uneven amounts of CC?

It would have been preferred if you had posted this in the 'official' topic on the subject, but this will not be deleted for voicing an opinion. I apologize for how you and others may feel about this currently. As @trish noted, Ian has explained that he is looking into a creative way for users with odd amounts of CC to benefit some way.

Yes, Ian was going to make it so that you could turn your CC into EC, right? I think that is what he said. 😋 If you wanted then you could put that 15 CC in and come out with 1,500,000 EC.

@sharkout I do not believe there has been an official confirmation on what the feature will be as of yet, so CC to EC is pure speculation as of right now. Regardless, we are aware of this particular issue and wish to help fix it.

Well, when the two people told me that the CC gifting system was shut down, I went to the topic Ian had made, but didn't completely read through because my heart ached at how I couldn't get the CC to hopefully get something better than my Tenalp. :L I guess I feel a bit better with what you guys have said.

It is completely understandable how you feel right now and no one can blame you for it. Things will be a bit rough, but Egg Cave has survived without CaveCash Gifting before and it will certainly survive without it once more. We are working hard towards providing new features (particularly in regards to EC) to help ease the transition a bit.
