Which are they?
In my opinions,
I'd say:

- Macbot
- Doovoo
[Macbot and Doovoo have an equal value, either is 1st or 2nd]
- Gobbler

[Actually, the Gobbler is same as the Macbot/Doovoo. Available for only a day in EC, and that too in the CSP, all of a sudden. The CRW had a post and a reminder that any creatures can pop up, but this came on surprise. Id say that they are worth more than Tines, that years' LEs]

- Tine

- Onny

- Nym


Any other opinions?

An Eyleymo egg is hugely valuable too... but I don't know if you're counting stage variants of species. If so, then I'd like to say I've have gotten pretty staggering offers for these:
Unchaga egg
Frogike egg
Ragon egg

After the Gobbler, these frozen eggs come up?
The rare eggs are the Eyleymo egg, Unchaga egg, Ragon egg, Frogike egg, Jester egg, there were some more tho.

First stage: 2.5k - 2.75k
Egg: 4.5 - 5.5k [thats rare]

Olimpts aren't so rare but people offer insane amounts of EC, CC and rare creatures for Olimpts any stage.

I dont guess that Frions are that rare.
Slysals have a rarity of 3. Ecorths have a rarity of 3. This does not signify that you can get an Ecorth with a Slysal

@arabianninja I guess so Olimpts are rare, but people offer more than a Olimpt for the 5 mentioned above

Doovoo[one egg is existence], Macbot[only seen two], Onny[I've seen about a handful.2-4] Jester, Arnmnae[never seen a frozen egg.]

Thers more but those are the rarest I've seen. I'm not sure where to put mummar egg. But I've only seen 3 mummar eggs...

I guess that there is more than meets the eye.

Doovoo egg - Icy and Twist of Fate [only one is the original doovoo egg, and the other may have decreased worth]
Macbot egg - nyan [now with periwinkle], icymuffin, mysticmagic, balletninja, silverserpent [in their storage] and okamikaji and there might be one more, but I dont remember that
Tine egg - magician1574, katrina and mzlexipooh
Unchaga egg - frozeneggs and icymuffin
Eyleymo egg - corindia, okamikaji
Jester egg - Me, Meteoroid, corindia, balletninja, brookie. I guess thats it?
Ragon egg - okamikaji, frozeneggs, maybe a 1 or two more.
Onny egg - balletninja, yogurt,

I seen a lot of Arnmnae eggs, like at graphic, corindia, mzlexipooh, and romanjr . There are 3 more but I dont remember then.
There are about >10 Mummar eggs in EC.
The others are a bit common though.

I guess that the mentioned above are the only rares

Yeah, you and icymuffin. 2 more jester eggs. But I guess 7 is the total. Their ultra rare worth is due to their stats required for hatching - 1 view xD

There are only about 6 Ahjoon eggs in existence. o;
But nobody wants to have them in circulation.
But due to the increased worth of 1st stage Ahjoons nowadays, the eggs value is bound to increase.
I had one extra, but gifted that away. xP
