THE FINALS ARE COMING IN TWO WEEKS! *Tries to run but smashes head first into a tree*

I wasn't doing so well in this semester, so I'm trying my hardest to improve 😊 I need all my subjects ABOVE 85! That's what I expect from myself. 😋

For your information, I'm in 7th grade and I'm extremely bad at maths xD

Well, i'm just asking for some tips and suggestions to help me throught the finals! 😸 All comments are really appreciated 😃 It would be great to know how you review!

@eggs

Well, I'm going through finals too and be good experiences, I will give some (obvious) tips:

- Sleep! Thats the key in these times. When you sleep more you remember more what you learned.

- Try not to stress to much! If you studied well, there should be no reason to stress.

- Drink! Being hydraded helps a lot. If you can, bring a bottle of water to class.

- Of course... study! But not too much! And you need to start somewhere. Try doing 45mins study, 10mins break, 45mins study... etc. Just try study, break, study, break, etc. Don't push yourself too hard though but at the same time don't study the morning before the exams.

- Eat well and do exercise! Try eating things that are more healthy for you, especially the morning before the exams. And exercise helps too! It gets out all of the chemicals in our body, makes it easier to sleep and helps to get our stress down. A simple walk/jog can do the job.

@eggs I just finished mine 😋

What I did was... NOT review the stuff before the test, you can get things mixed up because of the stress 😋

Well don't try to drink to much while you're having the test. I don't know much you time you have for the test, but I had to sit there for 3 whole hours and I had to pee like crazzzyy! xD

@eggs
I'm in 7th too! Well.. Was.
Anyways, when you study, chew gum, and chew the same flavor during the exam. It helps you remember the material better.

@eggs

Well, I can't really offer this suggestion for math.

But for other subjects, have you ever used those flash card sites? You can make flash cards on the site and take quizzeso n them and study them and such. ^^

@eggs Oh, another tip. 😸 If one of your studies like history, science, geo, etc, or studies that require lots of reading, I recommend reading the demanded pages and make somebody ask you questions. You then answer and depending on your result, read again but try concentrating more on the parts you had a hard time answering.

@eggs

I recomend making a study guide of all the main things you covered in your classes.

Math- properties and rules is what I would study

Science- any math equations that are needed or like charts/graphs

History- MAIN POINTS!!! If you studied WW2 then study that!

@chapus2009

Cool! You're in 8th grade o3o And thanks so much for the tip! 😸 I do that sometimes and i'll see if it's useful 😃

@rushingwater

Lol, i don't mind if you're in 4th grade 😊 Actually, i'm concentrating more on reviewing for maths instead for knowing it 😋 But it'll be cool if you're able to teach me xD

@newlife

I think I know all of them, it's just clumsy mistakes and stupid methods for getting answers xD I might have some problems for Areas and Volumes as well as Polynomials 😊

@april__

Wow, really? 😃 Can you link me to some?

@jazzyleia

Thanks for the tips! 😊

@eggs I finish eight grade, and I can tell you, seventh grade was most hardest to me, harder that eight grade because I get 3 new subjects. I can tell you some tips which always helping me, I pass eight grade whit B, I was need only one more mark more to pass it whit A, only Croatian should be A and not B and then I will pass... it... whit... A :/ Stupid teacher xD

Anyway, here are my tips:

1. Try to learn something whit your friend. It's funny but it helping a lot! But be sure to don't find some friend which don't want to learn something. Because then he/she will sitting and something like that and then you will get bored and stop learning.

2. Choose one subject, and then take 5 minutes to think about that subject, like if you choose Geography (which I hate xD) think about something nice there, let's say galaxies.

3. After 5 minutes just read one lession, read, read, read... About 10 minutes and then try to learn it, take about 45 minutes to learn something and then sit on your bed and meditate a little and every thing you get on, discard it - just follow your breathing.

4. After 5 minutes of meditation repeat all things you learn.

5. Do that whit every subject! 😃
