Okay, this is seriously getting on my nerves... I've tried everything to get my creatures the views, clicks, and feeds they need to hatch. How is it that my creature can gain "Feeds" without gaining clicks or views? Why has EggCave made it so unnecessarily difficult to hatch the eggs? How, since Egg Cave has deemed it rather difficult to care for the creatures, is it that I am supposed to gather these? I use Yarold's. I use Facebook. I posted them in my signature on a few other sites. /Finally/, some several weeks later - my Puffup is finally nearing hatching. My second egg, stolen today for the heck of it has been on Yarold's and gotten only Feeds and nothing else. What kind of silliness is this?

@ktanaqui If someone feeds your creature, they automatically view it. But they have to actually click your creature in order for your creature to gain a click. Also, for Yarold's make sure you're using "eggcave.com/click/XXXXX" or else you won't get clicks. And views take time. Posting in the forums helps your feature gain views ^-^Also, you can put your profile in Yarold's to help gain views. That really does help.

@ktanaqui Without a good competition to evolving your creatures, there wouldn't necessarily be any fun to it. It doesn't happen over night, it takes time. Being active here, interacting with users, posting in the forums and such is a big part of helping evolve your creatures, and honestly I've never seen you around. My creature set as my default gain about a estimated average of around 100-400 views a day, and I've noticed that the more I post in the forums that day, the more views I gain in that 24 hour time period.

@ktanaqui If you are entering your creatures links into Yarolds you need to make sure you are entering the click link and not the direct link, which bypasses clicks. Here's an example using your Battyrus. This is the direct link: http://eggcave.com/egg/1092741Make this small change to make sure your creature gets clicks: http://eggcave.com/click/1092741There are several feed exchange threads in the General Discussion section of the forums. You can post your creatures there and gain feeds, clicks, and views in exchange for feeding other people's pets.Posting around the forums, the Games section best, will help gain your featured creature views. Views also update around 4am Egg Cave Time. So you wont see your creatures view count increase during the day.I hope this helps some. If you have further questions about this feel free to ask.

Okay, I didn't know the situation regarding the "direct link" versus the "click link" - I'll double-check to make sure I'm using the right link. I was aware of the views updating once per day... maybe I'm just overreacting out of frustration. Thanks guys. And although I've been registered, I haven't found the EC forums too interesting, so I've pretty much stayed out of them.Edit: I'll try being more active in the forums here and see what happens.

@ktanaqui Don't get too upset! ^^ We can always slowly work the problem out!Views are updated daily at about 3: 30AM - 4AM, hence you don't directly see your creatures gaining views.Clicks and feeds, on the other hand, are updated instantly, when someone feeds, or clicks your creatures, the number of clicks and feeds gain automatically. On Yarolds, make sure to replace the word "egg" in your link with "click", so that it actually works.Another way to gain stats is to feed other people's coves, or hang around the forums.Check out FAQ page for more information about increasing stats! ^^Egg Cave can't make things too easy, there wouldn't be any fun if they did! xDYou have to take really good care of your creatures in order to get them hatched/ evolved/ happy. It takes a lot of time, it might be difficult at first, but the results are worth it after all! And, remember to ping other people (by using the letter "@" in front of their usernames or click the little yellow bell icon under the post counts) so that they can notice your replies, only the 5 first pings work in each post! 😸Good luck! ^^ And if you have any other questions in mind, feel free to ask around, people here would be willing to help!

Thank you~I took the advice regarding the click link versus the egg link. I posted the click link on Yarold's. I also went one step further and outright posted a Profile link on Yarold's too - for the ones that hatch with views. [[Easier on my credits... that are running low at the moment]]
