Fair bug

Has anyone experienced problem with fair booths today? They constantly reload on 0 minutes and 0 seconds.

It even happened that the booth was working and I guessed the travel/berry and when the page refreshed it keep on doing it and again posting you can try again in 0 minutes and 0 seconds. And when I opened a new page the booth play button was green as if I haven't played.
