... A Minecraft problem?

(I'm really sorry to be posting this here, but I can't find any MC help on my issue anywhere! D: And I'm starting to get angry.)

OK, so the problem is I've bought MieCraft, and CAN play on it. Except now when I go to change my skin, it says I have to buy MC to do so... I've freaking paid for the game and have changed my skin numerous times before. So I'm REALLY confused, and not too happy with Mojang right now. -.-"

Is there a way to fix this? Because I don't want to pay for the game again. And I can't seem to find a way to contact Mojang. ><

And before you ask: YES. I am on the correct account. I only have one Mojang account. So it is not possible I've logged on to the incorrect account, and I used a prepaid giftcard thingy... 😋

@ems, what you have to do is get the mine craft character app, and you can change your skin that way. Or, if you don't have a iPhone, iPad, or any kind of apple products, you will have to pay real money for the mc or hack. This is what my friend told me once and he is a pro. But if this doesn't work, it's because you don't have the pocket edition or if you do, you don't have it on the xbox 360.
