@eldnew I can recommend you some not very famous horrors /thrillers (cuz since you like them, you've probably watched the famous ones): The Company Of Wolves (1984), Viy (1967), The Return of the Living Dead I - III, Buried Alive (1990), Ginger Snaps 1 - 3, May (2002), The Hitcher (1986), Triangle (2009), Enter Nowhere (2011), Red (2008)

Well, I quite liked the movies Planes (2013), A Dog of Flanders (1999) [I find this movie quite sad, but I don't know about you.], and Turbo (2013).

There are more, but I can't really remember them right now.XD

It Happened One Night is a very good 1934 comedy. 1964's Carnival of Souls is also a good older horror.

Ooh! Also, maybe Cat's Don't Dance (1997) is also pretty nice. Despicable Me 2 (2013) [I like 2 better than 1], Brave (2012), and Kung Fu Panda 1 & 2 (2008 & 2011).😊

Well, Brave is about a princess who likes to do things her mother deems 'not fit for a lady' (archery, horseback riding, etc.) and wants her to be a prim and proper lady despite her daughter's protests. She arranged for the princess to get married and they have a fight because she doesn't want to get proposed. They have a fight, and the princess meets a witch in the forest who gives her a potion that will change her mom.^^ You'll have to watch to know the rest 😉

Have you seen Coraline? It's an animated kids movie made by Tim Burton so you know its going to be freakishly awesome XD

Or Tangled? One of the best animated kids movies I think in a really long time - a retelling of Rapunzel.

I also love Inception, Cloud Atlas, and V for Vendetta if your into movies that make you think C:

The only horror/thriller movie I've seen that I actually like is The Orphanage. It's in Spanish so it has English subtitles.

I don't know if you like period movies but Becoming Jane, The Other Boleyn Girl, and The Duchess are fantastic movies.

I don't know how old you are, but I should mention that the majority of these movies are really for a mature audience.
