Sign the Holiday Card!

Please read ALL the instructions before "signing the card".

Hi Everyone! So this year I thought we should thank Ian and our wonderful moderators for giving us such a wonderful website!

I have made a giant card (using the photoshop program) that I will edit in names of everyone who posts here to "sign the Holiday card". Let's fill this card with names to show our moderators how much we appreciate their efforts. On boxing day (December 26th) I will upload and present the card (So you can sign up tomorrow as well!).

It's really easy to "sign the card". Just put this at the BEGINNING of your post:

Message you think should go in the card*:

So mine would look like this:

Message: Happy Holidays to the people who have made this year bright and filled with fun!


The next person will put a 2) and then their username and so on. If you have any questions please ask them AFTER signing up so I can make sure I have your sign-up recorded.

*The message section is NOT necessary, and is only available for today. I will choose 5 particularly good ones and put them up as a poll tomorrow. Please do not directly address Christmas alone, as there is other holidays Egg Cave staff and members might celebrate.

A holiday poem/story..my gift to you:

T'was the night before Christmas and all through Egg Cave, not a creature was stirring not even a Spritemice. The stockings were hung by a Lyf with care, hoping saint Nicholas soon would be there. When all of a sudden a Bauble fell with a clatter, the cove jumped up to see what was the matter..and what before our wondering eyes should appear but a chubby Santa and eight tiny Bliz that were led by a Roo. And I heard him call, as they flew out of sight, Happy Holidays to Egg Cave and to all a good night.

happy holidays to all of the people who make this site joyous! And to everyone who has made this site a friendly enviroment! especially to the moderators and staff and even all the creative people who have contibuted to making some very creative creatures for everyone!

I thought maybe if some people helped to put together a "t'was the night before Christmas" only it could be for eggcave. T'was the night before Christmas not a single virtual cove owner was sleeping, they were rapidly feeding to gift a friend the perfect present?

it would have to be a lot better though!
im awful at rhyming!

Perhaps instead of choosing 5 particularly good ones and then voting on the best one, you could combine them into one?

Also, this is really nice and thoughtful of you. I'm looking forward to seeing the finished product! 😊
