@jupiter_hollow @skittlejg @featherstar_stormclan @spiritkoi--//IC//He had his arm around her now, his weight dragging her downwards. She felt as if she was going to sink underneath of him, he was pulling her down to death's door.No.She shook of the feeling, telling her mind to behave and follow her for once. For the first time, her mother's words weren't berating her for her actions, they weren't warning her not to do something, they were encouraging her. "Be kind to strangers. Be kind to everyone you meet, you never know when you'll need a friend." Lys would be kind to this boy-dog hybrid, who seemed to be a link to a past she could not remember, who seemed to be the only sign of friendship in a foreign place, who now seemed to ask her for her help. She could not refuse. Her resolve strengthened and her back straightened. She would not die. She would not let him die either. The guards had gone. Lys couldn't hear any more gunshots ringing through the air. She could almost touch the whisper of souls as they escaped, not physically, but mentally from the confines of what had been their lifelong prison. Their voices rejoiced, but tinges of melancholy and anguish were intertwined within. Her head hurt. She had to get away.Taking most of his weight, she guided him through the eerily quiet hall. Lys had heard one of her captors talking about a girl who could heal wounds, maybe she could find this girl. Maybe this girl could heal the semi-conscious boy wrapped around her shoulders, restore the light back into his eyes. As she cast her senses outwards, she only had one thought:Save him.//Ooc//Wow... some deep reflecting, if @mila_titan - you would be so kind as to show up sometime in the near future, hopefully before Rok dies... that'd be great πWoohoo second page post!

@fluffy I want to help! He can't die yet, our adventure has just begun! *Sobs loudly* Unfortunately I am at the mercy of the blond headed stranger. Hang on Rok, I am coming!*Adventure music*@jupiter_hollow @skittlejg @spiritkoi @featherstar_stormclan Ashlin's mind raced as she quickly pondered all the directions that this new "alliance" with the blond boy could possibly go. Blond. And it was ridiculous but memories of her mother kept surfacing. After her father had left, her mother started obsessing over horoscopes. It seemed to make perfect sense to her as a child but she almost chuckled now. It had been a lazy Friday and Ashlin sat at the table when her mother's sudden exclamation startled her. "Aha! You see this"Her mother leapt up brandishing the newspaper. "It says that I should fear the color yellow!" Ashlin didn't understand "Your father's hair was blond!" She exclaimed not waiting for Ashlin's response."Ash," She said suddenly very serious, "Never trust a blond man. They wouldn't print it if it weren't true". Ashlin nodded; naΓ―ve acceptance. After that she had avoided a boy in her neighborhood for the whole summer. His mother got so upset that Ashlin had refused to have a play date that she complained to her mother. She never did talk to him again. Never trust a blond. She couldn't help but smile. She didn't know if she could trust him yet but she didn't have much of a choice. She cleared her throat quietly and then ventured, "My name is Ash."

@fluffy @mila_titan @skittlejg Awh, you guys are so sweet ='3 Lemme make your work easier. xD Because I kind of made it so the guards Rok saw and who ran down the hallway were chasing your dudes. Technically, our characters are on either sides of two guards. I think since Skittle is busy, I'll do a thing. xD As in, imagine the guards lost you two and then decided to return to the main hallway, where a majority of the patients are, which would rightfully imply -- they would run into us. So I'll just... go ahead. xD Y'know, maybe you two could hear the screams? Legit blood-curdling screams? ;] @spiritkoi @tillypup-The only thing relevant to his senses was the drowning warmth of a body pressed flush against his right side. His being was ripped in two -- one half engulfed in heat, the other numb with pain. He shuddered, dragging his legs to the best of his abilities, and soon found himself supporting most of his weight again. The ache had lessened substantially, perhaps a result from his slipping consciousness, but he hurried to lift himself partially off the girl, so as to lessen her burde and speed their pace up a few notches. His vision was a wash of psychedelic colors, the neon lamps from above mixing improperly with the dark shadows in the corners - it all seemed incredibly surreal to his muddled mind and he absentmindedly wondered if he was dreaming, without having any idea what dreaming meant... He was shivering, he realized, as he raised a hand to support himself on the wall nearby and found it faltering shortly, tremors taking over his nervous system. The scent, however... For a long while, he'd been partially unaware of his surroundings, periodically surfacing from semi-consciousness, but the prominant smell of gun oil and metal jolted him from the pain-induced coma he was slipping in. His instincts flared, fury igniting the gun oil in his senses, setting every nerve ending aflame. He growled, pushing away. The one mainstay he had, an arm draped over the girl's shoulder, was unhooked, and he practically ripped himself away from her, falling forward. He landed on all fours, hands already morphed into menacingly clawed paws. The brown irises of his eyes expanded, to the point of overtaking the whites. His gaze was glued to the end of the hallway. They were returning. The deaf ones. The stupid ones. They'd apparently heard the noise. He stepped in front of the female, low guttural roars ripping from his throat. His spine snapped sharply, changing shape; his arms bent forward, shoulder joints breaking, then relocating themselves continuously until they found a place suited for his new form. His entire body grew larger, twice the size of a normal wolf, then sprouted fur, silky brown in it's color. He was morphing.

Take that guards! *crazy mock kung-fu* I will save you!@skittlejg @featherstar_stormclan @spiritkoi @fluffy @jupiter_hollowShe froze just as she finished speaking. And anguished howl echoed down the hall reaching her ears. It was full of pain and her body reacted immediately. She didn't bother waiting for the blond, names weren't important now. Jumping over obstacles, Ashlin raced down the corridor. Her heart pounded. Someone needed help, her help. She felt energy bubbling up under her skin. The sudden relief of holding it in for so long was released in a sigh. She raced around the corner stopping dead. She counted to guards approaching a creature. It was bleeding heavily using his bulk to conceal the girl behind it.Ashlin noted the bullet holes pouring blood and the girl, also potentially injured and without considering the consequences leapt on the back of the nearest guard. Wrapping her left arm around his throat. She held on as he bucked and attempted to throw her off.His elbow connected flightily with her face but she only held on tighter. She watched as the other guard approached and hit her hard with the butt of his gun. Her muscles relaxed unintentionally and she fell to the floor dizzy. What a great help she had been! She cast a glance at the pair. Then as she lay on the ground, she lost any sense of restraint she had. A loud scream ripped out of her throat. And she flailed about in what she hoped was a valid attempt at self defense.

@mila_titan In all truth, I meant that they would hear the guards' screams, since I planned on making Rok attack them eventually, but that works too. xD He'll attack 'em anyways. =P Ashlin's such a cutie. xD Love her. @fluffy @skittlejg C'mon babe, get on. @tillypup @spiritkoi-He had heard and smelled the girl before she'd appeared from behind the guard, arms grappling at him before her head had popped up behind his shoulder, latching to the man fiercely. He paused, momentarily and for just a moment, to assess the scene; then snapped anew. The process of his transformation sped up, every unchanged part of his body morphinng simultaneously, cracks and snaps filling the void of silence that folllowed the girl's deafening scream. He was stepping forward during the brief pauses between the jolts of pain that his reshaping bones caused him, menacing in his advances despite the waggle in his step.A low guttural growl exited his enlongated muzzle and he bared the bloodied fangs now sprouting from his gums in a snarl. The pain had lessened in this form; part of his energy had been restored; he was just angry now.His human instinct to protect, coupled with the ferocity of the mindless beast fueled his attack, entire body flung forward in a heavy pounce on the man brandishing a weapon menacingly. The wolf registered him as the main offender when the human recalled the metallic object in his arm connecting with the girl's head in a dull thud; then she had screamed. It was a sign of pain and a call for pain, both sides of his being were aware of it and neither his innate self-preservation instinct, nor the pain still coursing through his body held back his determination to help. His jaw closed around the throat of the man, intuitively seeking a weak point. He felt his fangs pierce an airway, then an esophagus; the soft tissue on the way was easily breached. At some depth, he even clanked a tooth against his spine... And with his voice chords cut, the man couldn't even scream. It was perfect. He swallowed some of the blood flowing down his throat; then ripped.

@aizel Sorry... @fluffy @mila_titan @tillypup @spiritkoi___After telling him her name, Ash suddenly jumped off the disk. And he knew why. Someone was in trouble. He soared after her, chasing her down the hallway as she ran toward whoever was in danger.Suddenly, two guards jumped out of nowhere. Michael screamed as he urged his plasmatic disk to stop. He flew into the guards, his right hand contacting one of their faces. The guard screamed in agony. The yellow plasma burned his face. The terrible scent of melted hair, singed skin and boiling blood filled the hallway. The second guard pulled out his gun, delivering a shot that scraped off his forearm. He aimed his fingers at the guard, shooting electricity straight through the temple. He stood up, that was that. His finger light up with plasma, a small, yellow fire glowing on his fingertip. Carefully, he burned the top layer of his bleeding arm, cauterizing it.He continued to run down the hall, to find Ash. He heard a growling, and the first thing he saw was a fierce looking dog. Or a wolf. A beast. He wasn't sure what to make of it. He saw red drip down it's chin. Michael's heart stopped, and he did what he had taught himself; he threw a ball of burning plasma at the beast.

Don't kill the fluffy! He's so cute and wolfie!@skittlejg @featherstar_stormclan @spiritkoi @fluffy @Jupiter_hollow @tillypup @aizelAshlin swallowed. Hard. The blond boy appeared out of nowhere and after taking down the other guard with his glowing whatever-it-was, he turned on the wolf creature she had been trying to defend. His hand lit up again a ball of yellow appearing. He was going to kill him. Before Ashlin could utter a warning, the ball of energy flew towards the wolf. She raced over to where the wolf was in hopes that as soon as it made contact, she would be there to heal him.
aizel • 24 January 2014 at 9:23 PM
@skittlejg @mila_titan Cute and wolfie though. xD @fluffy Yo, we're all on. @spiritkoi @tillypup-He was completely hellbent on extracting bloody revenge on the menacing men for hurting him and the girl, putting all his effort in tearing the first one apart while his peripheral vision was barely detecting the other. Still, judging by the sound of a scramble, the logically thinking one third of his mind could guess he wasn't a threat. It wasn't until he was looming over the guard's torn corpse that he dared turn away from his victim and seek another. He was upon the other guard within seconds, only bothering to locate him before flinging himself full on against his chest, parted jaw close to meeting his throat as well...He had the upper hand. And then he didn't...The force of a forest fire, an honest to god explosion, connected with his torso and, along with knocking the air out of his chest, actually ripped through it as well. Perhaps not the force itself, but the matter and substance of the attack had been his downfall, but either ways, he wasn't even given time to let out a whimper before he was laying flush against the floor, his form feverishly convulsing. Muzzle parted in a berathless gasp, tongue stuck out, he attempted fervently to take a proper sip of air and airate his oxygen deprived lungs, regardless on whether they were whole or not.The oversized wolf melted into a smaller human body, brown fur sinking into his tanned skin, now gleaming with sweat as the convulsing tremor increased intensity, to the point of him nearly losing consciousness. However, that mercy was not allowed to him... The electricity, accompanying whatever hellborn ball had hit him, contributed to his closely dawning death. He gasped, wheezing in a breath finally, causing more blood to pour out of his concaved, charring ribcage, the gaping, gruesome wound there spilling blood into a substantially large crimson pool marking the ground beneath him. He reached a bloody hand up, smearing red against his chest even more as he made what seemed to be an attempt to cover the wound up, to /press/ against it; make it stop bleeding. However, all that he did was increase it.He whimpered, heavy-lidded eyes drooping closed.

@aizel @skittlejg @mila_titan @tillypup @spiritkoi//IC//She jumped. A small blur of human flew towards a guard that was rushing towards her and the boy. She scrambled desperately backwards as the boy next to her began to morph. His skin seemed to rip apart as new flesh grew from his body. He was dark and hairy now, his wolf characteristics showing plainly; he was a wolf, a werewolf maybe?Lys whimpered against the wall, she was terrified. She pressed her back against the reassuringly cold, hard surface. It was her only tie to a reality she could believe. For a nameless amount of years, her only life had been pain and suffering, but only for herself. Now she was watching other people, like her, get ripped apart by faceless guards. There was something inhuman about their pursuers, their faces showed no emotion, it was as if this was their purpose, to catch and kill children.A disk of fire flew past her, hitting what seemed to be its mark: the wolf-boy's chest. She heard a howl, and then a gasp. A young girl was staring at the burnt section of the wolf-boy's chest in shock. Lys grimaced. She did not feel brave. She could not feel anything. Her apathetic eyes reminded her of the guards, that were now dead. But she couldn't do anything. She couldn't help these people.Another guard was flung aside by another disc of flying fire. She screamed, not able to contain her fear any longer.Wolf-boy was morphing back into humanoid form again, she could see the wreckage of his chest where the fire disc had hit him. She had to force herself to look at him.'What can I do?" she wondered helplessly and then her memory started working again. Stop the bleeding, cauterize the wound. You can do it.Then, she remembered the girl. Could it be the one that could heal? Would she help?

@moonmuffins! Ash: Yay! Someone new! I really hope that you aren't one of the people I climbed over to get to Rok. π@skittlejg @featherstar_stormclan @spiritkoi @fluffy @Jupiter_hollow @tillypup @aizel The beast dropped to the floor, its fur pulling back and vanishing until the form of a young man was all that remained. The other girl beat her to his side but soon Ashlin was there too trying to gain control of the bleeding. Pushing the girls hands back she assured her, "It's going to be alright." But they were just words. To be honest, she wasn't really sure. Through her years of imprisonment, she hadn't had many opportunities to test the limits of her abilities. She had been forced to treat a few minor burns and cuts that the guards had received.Turning to the other girl she nodded and smiled in what she hoped was a reassuring manor. "I'm Ash. I want to help." She pushed the girls hands off gently and went to work on the wound. Her hands tingled and warmed as she slowed her breath to a steady pace. Her eyes drifted shut. "Just concentrate, breath and release." The chant had become part of her ritual. She brought her hand down on the burn and swept in in a circular movement. Her eyes opened slightly and she noticed that no changes were obvious, she sighed in frustration. Then turned all her concentration to the boy. Her fingers flexed and she brought them down until they touched the raw flesh. The skin began to melt together until a new layer of sensitive pink skin surfaced. It was rough but it was closed. She turned her attention to the other patches of blood covered clothing. He was shot? Ashlin turned to the girl embraced. "We need to cut away the clothes from the wounds."

@jupiter_hollow @fluffy @mila_titan @moomuffins @spiritkoi_______Michael watched as Ash healed the beast, who was now a boy. Michael realized his mistake. That thing was one of his cell mates. Someone with the same crazy powers as he has."I-I'm sorry, I thought he was..." Michael trailed off. He ran his hands through his hair, sticking up on its own after years and years of hair gel. His hands were shaky. The boys shirt was soaked in blood. Creating a knife from plasma, Michael identified the first bullet wound in the boys side. He lifted up the hem and split his shirt open on the side, right on the stitch. He carefully wiped away the blood, and used the knife as a lever to push the bullet out of his wound, slightly cauterizing it at the same time. He stepped aside, ready to let Ash continue healing him.

@moonmuffins @skittlejg @featherstar_stormclan @spiritkoi @fluffy @Jupiter_hollow @tillypup @aizel "I-I'm sorry, I thought he was..." The boy from earlier appeared at her side, cutting through the thin shirt. Blood flowed down his side. His disk turned knife relieved the boy of one of the bullets and he moved out of the way. Ashlin nodded solemnly and held her hand to the hole repeating the chant. She wasn't sure if the heat was radiating off her skin or that of the boy but the world seemed to warm completely. Ashlin brushed a bead of sweat off her face then continued to pulse energy into the boy. She screwed up her face in concentration then watched as the flesh crawled over the bullet wound sealing it and ending the bleeding. She didn't stop this time until scar tissue formed over the scab. One day, she would learn to heal scars too she thought for a brief moment. "What a silly thing to think of, I need to stop the bleeding." she reminded herself silently. She pulled back hoping that the boy would understand her desperate need for someone else to pull out the next bullet. She looked down for a moment at the blood that now colored her hands and cringed. It had always been different with the guards, She felt no pity for them when they came to her with injuries. But this.. This was awful. Tears burned her eyes but she held them back. There was no need for tears, they couldn't heal the boy.

@mila_titan Only the firstfive pings work, y'know. ^^" So now that we have more roleplayers than we can ping, it's better to ping the ones you're roleplaying with. o3o@skittlejg @fluffy @moonmuffins 'Ello there ^^ @tillypup-He hadn't lost consciousness yet, which rightfully implied that he felt absolutely everything, from the agonizingly painful press of a feeble hand against his raw ripped chest to each periodic jolt of power that coursed from nerve ending to nerve ending, eventually reaching the broken end of his nervous system and rebuilding it anew. Hew could feel the healing process, his senses expanding to the previously missing patch of skin which they couldn't reach up to now. The explosive pain was replaced by rushing blood, nervous impulses and, ye gods, the ability to feel...He exhaled, sharply, having held his breath all through the process, just now realizing that his chest took the intake of oxygen properly, the missing parts of his lungs now restored to full capacity. His arm, coated with a layer of his own blood, reached forward, not yet fully aware what it seeked, still it seemed to settle happily for the soft hand it came in contact with. His fingers closed around the other set of such, squeezing feebly. He could breathe, feel, /function/.The array of smells hit him with the last few inhales -- his senses seemed to be awakening slowly. Rok's eyes flickered open, still lidded and unable to see properly, but nevertheless he desired to experienced the reoccuring reality with everything he had. The human, soberly thinking (perhaps not as properly as a normal human) was happy to be /alive/.

@moonmuffins Ash: Oops! Sorry! I wonder how many more patients I walked over to save the puppy? π'@Jupiter_hollow @skittlejg @fluffy @ tillypupIt startled Ashlin when the wolf boy touched her arm, not because of the fact that he had regained consciousness so quickly but because it felt so gentle, so unsure. Her cheeks heated up unintentionally. Luckily, she noted that his eyes were still shut. Then caught in the brief moment of weakness she jumped as a soft voice behind her asked "Are you alright?" Her breath hitched and she jumped to her feet facing the figure who had apparently been crouched beside her for who-knows-how-long. She had always been easily frightened and she cursed herself for that. She looked down at the girl and realized that the question had been posed not to her, but to the barely conscious boy.She sat back down seeing the thin garb the girl wore, she was another victim.

@mila_titan @moomuffins @fluffy @skittlejg You guys do know that Rok actually can't talk properly, right? xD He mostly gives out wolfish sounds. They'd kind of have to teach him some language. xD And he's as attachable as an actual wolf so in general, he's... well, one playful pup. @tillypup x'D of the irony...-Despite the many people trying to aid him in the dangerous situation (or perhaps it was mainly because of that), he soon ended up sinking in complete and utter confusion. Being so open and bare with his senses after the event of his near death and especially when everything blurred together in a mess, proved to be quite inconvenient for him.Scent and hearing alike detected a mess of signals, each individual and distinguishable, and it had never been a problem to orient himself by using only the information received from those few senses, but it was his confused mind that made it all difficult. His weak memory could only recall the bright-eyed girl from earlier, appearance only; he hadn't been granted a sample of her voice so those around him weren't recognizeable. And with the smell of dirt and gun oil stuck in his nose, now enhanced by the heavy stench of his own blood, he couldn't find her scent either... The other female he hadn't gotten a proper look of, so despite getting a whiff of her scent, he couldn't find her either. He had no adequate senses...His middle still tingled with energy pulses, even though the healing had already finished -- he felt the soft hands although they weren't there, as well as the warmth and life-saving energy they provided. Shortly, he realized the warmth and softly textured skin wasn't only in his imagination; he held the feeble wrist in his hand, fingers pressed against a familiar palm. Blinking fervently in an attempt to clear his vision, Rok looked upwards, in search of the face of his saviour or the girl with the gleaming eyes... Sight was the only reliable sense he had on his disposal at the moment. Seeing was distinguishing. However, he wasn't prepared for the jumble of psychedelic colors he saw. First was auburn. Perhaps not the brightest of hues, but to his unfocused eyes the curls hanging down the human's shoulders looked fiery. Light skin, seeming almost white in it's paleness. And eyes... of the same color, though not the same saturation. They were cold, not the expression in them, but generally. Their light hue differed greatly from anything he knew. They stood out on the background of the drab walls of the dimly lit hallway, or the blinding light above. He remembered something remotely similar to the mix of blue and white. The little icicles that formed on the upper frame of his window during that time when there was a lot of white outside were close to her eyes, though not as vibrant... He wasn't really sure that he remembered the name of the object he was associating the blue-ish orbs with, but nevertheless found himself staring upwards in curiosity. He briefly detected the question, the movement of lips underneath being an indication that she had indeed said something, but he couldn't understand the words. Whether it was due to the lack of proper human intelligence, or his dizziness, he didn't know.Still, instead of trying to communicate back with what little vocabulary he had, he was only focused on the familiar hue of blue."Ice." he mumbled, remembering. He subconsciously wondered how eyes of that saturation could look so warm and gentle.

@mila_titan - I think I'm falling in love with how you write Ash@jupiter_hollow - lol, "ye gods?" Ediiit: I did not know that he couldn't talk, thank you for telling me otherwise I would've made Lys cry in frustration because he wouldn't talk to her //singletear// @moonmuffins @skittlejg @tillypupHello my lovelies β€οΈ--//IC//She thought she saw bone being knitted back together, tissue being rewoven, life being regenerated. Through her mind's eye, she pictured a subliminal fantasy where wolf-boy would be alive and healthy again. 'It's not real. You're living a lie.' Her superego snapped at her.Her ego whimpered in protest, not wanting to give up her dream. Lys heard her id gently chiming in, 'I'm sorry child.'And so she forced herself back. The wall pressed against her back was still cold and hard. Wolf-boy was still on the ground in front of her, a small looking girl leaning worriedly over him. But then she noticed someone she had not before: a young woman holding a lifeless dog in her arms. Lys stared, more with shock than fear. Without thinking, she launched herself at the girl, screaming."What have you done with the dog? How can you be so cruel?" Her voice was high pitched and screechy. She snatched the dead dog from the girl's hands and cradled it gently against her chest. "I'm so sorry puppy," she whispered into its limp ear. "So sorry."--//OoC//Moonmuffin, sorry it's a little weird, I just wanted to involve you with my charrie π Yah, I know the dog is a stuffed animal but Lys is a little... kookie? Maybe seeing Rok on the ground (who she awkwardly refers to as Wolf-boy...//facepalm Lys//) sorta stirred up her emotions about dogs. IDK, we'll have to find out. LMAO, I'm a little hyper.

@fluffy Sounds perfectly fine with me. XD I'd love to see how it goes.~ Thanks for letting me know ahead of time. Let's see how it goes! We all get a bit hyper some times, so it's cool. X3 @skittlejg @tillypup @jupiter_hollow I know that, but Aya doesn't. XDFYI guys it's moomuffins, not moonmuffins. XD moonmuffins doesn't ping me but @moomuffins does.-----Aya tilted her head curiously at him. The miss direction slightly noticeable. Ice? Was he referring to her? She gently placed a hand on her cheek, just below her eyes. Aya had never explored her appearance before but her hair...her naturally straight yet slight curly hair. She was often told that she was beautiful, and often had to believe these compliments and statements; but ice? Was he referring to her eyes? Her train of thought was soon disturbed by the scream of another female. She turned over to see that she had been attacked by Lys. Aya herself screamed and fell to the ground as she was robbed by her only friend and beloved toy. Aya soon got up and looks at her. "Hey! Leave Delta alone! He doesn't like it when others hold him!" She yelled at Lys as she ran after her.'Aya save me from this peasant!'Aya soon took Delta back from Lys. "I know what is real, and what you stole from me is not only mine but not real! Can't you see?! He's not a real dog, if not then he would have been barking. Can't you see he's been made not born? I have, but I can't even see the color of your hair!" She stated, Lys being able to see her pale ice blue eyes for the blindness that she has.

@jupiter_hollow @fluffy @mila_titan @moomuffins xDD Save me from this peasant! @spiritkoi___The girl freaked out when Lys took her dog from her. She had a sort of timeless appearance. She acted like a five year old, but looked about Michael's age, maybe older, maybe younger. He couldn't tell."Okay," Michael said. He found himself instantly liking this girl more than Lys or Rok or even Ash. Maybe it was because she reminded him of a child. He had always had an easier time with children; when they acted annoying, it was cute and funny, not idiotic. "We promise not to touch your dog, alright."He looked down both corners of the hall. Surprisingly, they had stayed safe in this hallway for quite a while.____Sorry, but did Ash ever finish healing Rok?? π

@skittlejg I'm gonna act like she did. XD @moomuffins @fluffy @mila_titan @tillypup-Suddenly the subject of his observations disappeared from sight and he tilted his head at the drab ceiling he was now looking at. Nothing interesting there, really... He wasn't yet sure whether or not he had any desire to move. His body was still slightly numb and the only thing he could do without the human inside worrying about any pain, was move his head.So angle it to the left he did. Two pairs of legs came into view, both slender and pale. Females...? He wasn't sure. The sidesteps and lurches they did made it seem like a fight and since the voices were still slightly muddled, incoherent, and ultimately unrecognizeable to him, he couldn't make out who the two were or what they were doing. Getting a look at their faces was out of the question -- they were backlit by the blinding gleam of a hallway lamp. Those things were uncomfortably bright. He grimaced with a small whine and looked away, attempting to roll over.

I don't know what's happening, where did my safe shelter go? Torture is fine. At least I know it's coming. What's going on?My hands open and shut, palms clammy yet so cold. Because I am not me."No." The words I utter from my lips give me confidence. Not in myself, but in everyone around me. "I cannot see. Tell me what I am."//OoC//Sorry, wanted to try some first person. Lys is the only character that I've made after like three years of hiatus and I just *huggles Lys tightly* want her to feel real. First person sounds a little...dissonant.Oh and by the way, she's a little bonkers, she's discovering herself, so @moomuffin , just treat her like she's an absolute lunatic (and everyone else) if you haven't planned on it already. Maybe not absolute like Rilla with multiple personalities but yah..

Ash: I went away to buy chocolate chips and have returned victorious! π So much has happened! And its funny that we all magically know each others names now (adding telepathy to other powers). π P.I.N.G.S. P.I.N.G.S P.I.N.G.S And pings was his name-o! @Jupiter_hollow @moomuffins @skittlejg @fluffy @tillypup//IC//There was nothing that could effectively describe the strange quarrel that occurred between the newcomer and the girl that Ashlin could only describe as bizarre. A stuffed dog seemed to by the reason of the quarrel. Genuinely concerned, Ash debated trying to break them up but she had no awareness of their powers, and from what she had experienced today, she didn't have many powers to pit against the strengths of her fellow captives. The fight did not make sense; the dialogue even stranger. Ash had to fight off the urge to laugh. Although the stuffed animal was obviously not alive, one of the girls argued its consciousness while the other the obvious. It wouldn't be worth involving herself unless the argument progressed further than heated words and the battle to possess the puppy.Puppy! Ashlin turned her attention to the wolf just as he turned his head and whimpered. His eyes were open now but his expression came off as confused. Crouching down closer to him, she touched his forehead hesitantly. There was the heat of a minor fever but it wasn't bad. Then Ash tried to imitate her mother's once soothing tone to pull him away from the hurt that he was most likely feeling. "I'm sorry that this happened to you. But I will do anything I can to make it better, okay?" She gave the first genuine smile she had in years.

@jupiter_hollow @fluffy @mila_titan @moomuffins @spiritkoiLet's go ahead and introduce ourselves.___Michael decided to sit down. He didn't enjoy staying in this one area. Now that the wolf-man was healed, they needed to keep moving. Cameras were placed in every hall. Guards would be there soon enough. The girl(Lys) stood there, mumbling to herself. Ash went over to the wold, telling him she would try to heal him. The other girl(Aya) was still holding her dog.Michael stood up and began pacing, tossing a plasma bolt between his hands. "Well, I guess were going to try to escape together, am I right?" he asked, turning towards everyone as the plasma bolt dissipated. "So, we need to know each other's names. I'll go first, I'm Michael."

@jupiter_hollow @fluffy @mila_titan @skittlejg @spiritkoiYes, because Aya is a rich girl so Delta is a reflection of how she would have acted if she wasn't blind, but hush hush about that now! X3@fluffy I plan on Aya treating her like she's a rude, mentally undeveloped poor person. XD---- Aya looks over to Micheal, who said that he wouldn't be touching Delta. She smiles and says "I like you already." She soon turns over to Lys, who asked who she was. Aya simply raised a brow at her. "You shouldn't ask questions you know the answer to, it's not polite." Aya simply told Lys.She made a mental note to treat this doll thief with extreme prejudice. Aya held Delta tightly in her embrace. She looks over to Micheal and blinks. "Escape? Like leave this place?"'Authority must be obeyed, or it must be overthrown, Aya!'Aya looks down at Delta. "Obeyed or overthrown? Hm...that is a hard choice to pick...I really don't like this place though. It's too dark and the caretakers here are too mean and heartless. I agree, let's escape from here. I am Aya, Aya Blackwell." Aya stated happily as she looked down to Rok. "But isn't he in no condition to travel?" She asked curiously.

@moomuffins - lol that's so perfect π Let's break her! //sadface// now I feel a little mean. Urgh //huggles Lys// Oh and what was this question that she asked that she already knew the answer to? Was it the tell me what's happening thing?@jupiter_hollow @mila_titan @skittlejg @spiritkoi--//IC//Lys blinked, hard. Her world was suddenly clearing up. She felt like the rain was gone ([OoC]couldn't help it sorry Dx[/OoC]). The dog wasn't real. She could remember having a creature like it when she was younger, except it had been a bear filled with fluff and dreams. Two people were talking, the fire disc boy and fluffdream-girl. Fluffdream-girl said her name was Aya. It was a pretty name. The boy was Michael. She didn't like her too much and got the feeling that he didn't like her either. She could feel her rationality returning, her superego crooning songs to her while her id mumbled reassuring phrases. Her ego felt safe for awhile here. "My name is Lys." She smiled at the two, if she hadn't looked so sickly, she could've even been pretty."The girl who's healing wolf-boy, do you know who she is?"//OoC//Lys is gonna refer to Aya as fluffdream-girl for awhile because of Delta πΈ Hope you don't mind

@Jupiter_hollow @moomuffins @fluffy @tillypup @skittlejgWords, words, words. They all smeared together and, Ash noticed swallowing, they seemed to have tired her throat. A dryness seeped in during the events of today. She experimented with her tongue but nothing seemed to help her voice.A mixture of words behind her and then she realized that they were speaking of her. She turned, suddenly bashful that others should take notice in her. She answered, "Oh, my name is-" Her voice cracked. Great, she must have sounded like a pubescent boy. She cleared her throat loudly. This proved difficult as she began to hack. She brought her arm to her face. "Sorry, I'm not used to talking this much. Ash"She awkwardly gestured to herself hoping that they'd understand that was her name. Meeting new people was always so hard. She dipped her head realizing that she had committed an obvious crime against the simple art of introducing oneself. She stared at the floor. Would it be to much to ask if they would just forget the last two minutes or so? //OoC//Ash: Well this is going well... I am just going to ... you know... lock myself up again... π

@fluffy Fluffdream-girl and wolf boy though .3. @moomuffins @mila_titan @skittlejg I love you weirdos x'DD @tillypup-The blurr of light and dark (with exceptional focus points) was beginning to clear, just as the voices were becoming more easy to distinguish. With the melting away of any pain left came a clensing of all his senses, which he waited out curled up on the floor. For a while he lay listening and blinking, with his breath held because god knew the scents, familiar and otherwise, would confuse him further. Despite the strands of his wild mane slightly obscuring his vision, the boy soon focused his eyes on a small figure crouched beside him. He heard the slight ruffle of clothing as the person settled down very close to him, his hearing now restored to full capacity. He was perhaps too concentrated on zooming in on the person's features to get some visual memory of them; hence the warmth against his face came as a total surprise, making his start slightly, previously squinted eyes snapping open. He recognized the feel of that same palm flattened against the wreckage of his chest and though he hadn't been sober enough to appreciate the warm contact back then, this time he melted into it full-heartedly. He pressed his forehead against the soft set of fingers gently, nosing at the palm with a small smile. The scent of the other hit him completely, engulfing his senses. It was just as familiar. Perhaps the one smell more prominant than the gun oil morbidly stuck in his nose was that of another being's natural aroma. He remained pliant in that position, simply inhaling and listening. The ring of another voice reached him shortly and he registered it close, memorizing the tone and timbre. Female.Focusing on the presence of a singular being enhanced his senses. He could hear and feel and smell better when he had only a particular mixture of scents and noises to focus on.Even the intake of her steady breaths was audible now, louder than the quarrel unfolding beside him. He focused solely on recognizing and remembering one person. His saviour.---EDIT: Oops, Mila, I posted shortly after you. Didn't see your post, honey, I'm sorry. ^^" D'you want me to edit? Also, I apologize to everybody in advance for any touchy feeliness. xD Wolves are very social animals and form close bonds, so body contact and 'play' (god knows play means biteyness) is mandatory for Rok. >.> And he gets annoying by it.

@mila_titan @fluffy @moomuffins @skittlejg @jupiter_hollow Sorry homework... I need some catching up to do. π~She was still holding onto his shirt. She felt the tensions die down. Rina squeaked loudly as she changed back to herself. "Hello, random people!" She smiled at all of them. They were all older than her. She drew her gaze to the wolf. He smelt like Rina, yet not like Rina. If Rina was a mouse, Rina can become any other animal, she thought. "Rina is Rina." She looked at another person. She tried shifting into a wolf before any of them would question. She hated questions, and loved them too. She shook her head. She decided to become a dog. She nudged the wolf boy.

@Jupiter_hollow It's okay puppy! I am so glad that you're awake now! π @skittlejg @moomuffins @tillypup @fluffyThe mouse turned girl, turned dog was a very welcome distraction to Ashlin's failed attempt at conversation. At first she was startled by the appearance of another but soon she found herself laughing as it nudged up against the wolf boy. The laughter was bright and startling and it took a moment for her to recognize it as herself. This realization just brought even more undue giggling until tears welled in her eyes. Tumbling out of her crouch, se fell to the floor, flat on her back. She shook with the force of it. There wasn't anything particularly funny about the situation, just another girl with a power. The day as a whole had been full of strange happenings and it was hard for Ash to wrap her head around it. "Ah," she realized "the hysteria had set in." The laughter turned to sobbing and she curled in on herself wishing for nothing more than silence. And even perhaps the predictable life that existed in her cell. Her tears turned into cascades of salty water which poured down her cheeks and caused her to lose any sense of the world around her.It was release.//OoC// Ash: I am kind of weird, I know. But it HAS been a strange day for all of us. *sobs* where's my fluffdream stuffy when I need it?

@mila_titan - Oh my gosh, at first I did NOT read that as 'tumbling out of her crouch'@jupiter_hollow - Lys isn't very creative π@skittlejg @moomuffins @tillypup--//IC//Before Lys knew it, she was laughing along with the awkward girl with the name of a volcano. Ash. She liked her. Lys could feel the infectious smiles even before she realized what was so funny. There was a new girl, a child really, she reminded Lys of what it was like to be young. Truly, the girl had been a mouse before, now she was a wolf. It honestly wasn't funny but there was certain tension that had built up inside of her.Lys mirrored Ash's movements, as the other girl rolled onto the floor, so did Lys. Her laughter rang through the cells and she had never felt to happy, or relieved. The back of her mind noticed that wolf-boy was awake. He had blinked a few times, nothing that Lys would've missed. Small movements were her forte. Now if she only knew how to harness her power into something useful for her new friend.//OoC//I think Lys is getting clingy. Sorry guys for my unpoetic post but I need some sleep.
