Egg Description;
Aikit eggs look very stiff, even though they are able to fly around! How strange. The silky wings serve in the development of Aikit wings in near future. Even though Aikit eggs incubate themselves, it is best to wrap them up in a blanket of some sort - the more incubation, the more they will love!

Creature Description;
Aikit (or Aikee in plural) are very loving creatures depending on their owners. If an Aikit does not receive enough love, they might not be very nice at all!

Even though they have wings, they cannot fold them up like butterflies. So while stroking your Aikit, be careful with the wings - if you bend them, it may take months of preening to get them back into their original shape!

Be careful of the swirly tip of an Aikit's tail - if it touches you, immediately falling in love is common. It can be cured within four to five days. However, around Valentine's Day, where an Aikit's power is at strongest and the tip touches you, there is no turning back!

@sarahzafirah Oh, it's so adorable! ❤️ Only thing is that I don't particularly like the last stage being upside-down. That's just me personally, though; I tend to not like upside-down images because I have trouble visualising the image. :x

It still has a hint of MLP (😋), but the egg reminds me of a butterfly's cocoon. It's a pretty mixture!

@karamel Thanks! ❤️ My sister suggested the image be upside-down because it looked cute. 😋 I wanted to do that as well because of the original concept of Pinkie Pie. 😊 Thanks for the critique, I appreciate it.

I like your description, fits perfect for Valentine's Day, and the creature is such a cutie! ^^ Can't wait to see colors on it (if you're planning to do so), if not, then it's ok xD

On a side note, I pretty much agree to Karamel.
I think you're trying to make the poses upside down because you want to make the creature look like it's flying, correct?
Well, making it /entirely/ upside down isn't too good, perhaps try some slightly tilted poses? xD
Lol~ I didn't even know if that made sense! o.O
And mhm, one more thing, I feel like all the stages look too similar to each other, there should be a big transformation in respective stages (maybe bigger wings, or longer tail, or change in size or body or poses?) xD

Haha, anyway, you did a good job, I'm just ;-; a hard to please person! 😸

@sarahzafirah Oh, yes, @sony picked up on another thing--the stages. Different poses are nice, I guess, but there's no actual development (for limbs, size, etc.) between the stages. Wing size changes would definitely be good, because as the creature grows, it gets heavier. The small wings will eventually become useless as a result, because they're not strong enough to support the creature in flight.

For the last stage, I might suggest making the tail a more prominent feature instead of hiding it behind its back? o: It could even be holding its tail in that sitting/floating pose.

@sony @karamel Followed your critique. 😊 I've made the wings bigger in the second and last stage, and the limbs slightly longer. ❤️ dA is being stupid, I can't seem to upload it there and I can't connect to Tinypic. ☹️ Hopefully the pic will be up by the afternoon.

Cute! color it in? But I think that the stages.. well, they're only changing poses, not developing or adding new things, etc. Maybe in one pose, the tail could kind of curl in front of the creature's flank-ish thing? 😊
