Uneven chocolates!

So... after I went off and went back on after a long time, there was a large difference in the number of received chocolates and the number of people listed in the Recent Activity... [the amount of people is lower] [about a 15 difference or so]

Could this be a bug...?
Since I've now heard that the Recent Activity gets a scroll down thing when it gets long...

[and now I can't send them back chocolates QAQ]

There was a problem and the list had to be wiped
You are only able to see those who send it to you after the wipe

Hmmm.... the Chocotravaganza Exchange pages weren't working so they got that up and running and the names were wiped with it
Then the timer didn't work so it was a fun morning XD (morning for me)
