@taffy789 Haha, I can answer that one. xD
You can only have 255 EVs in each stat, but 255 is not divisible by 4; so most competitive battlers have 4 EVs in one stat, as not to waste those EVs. (I don't think I said that very well, but whatever.)

Oh, and I still can't get in. >_<

A dream ball is a pokeball you get in the Entralink to catch pokemon sent back from the Dream World, I think

After spending 45 hours in a dreamless coma, my Pokemon finally gets inside the Dream World & wakes up... XD

Wouldn't it be better to change Icebeam to Ice Punch & completely EV train it in At&Spd; to make it an AttackSweeper? And you could leave Draco Meteor alone since it already gets a STAB
Course, I don't know much about this stuff, so please don't kill me...

Focus Sash is to guarantee a kill. Use Spore, then boost speed with Tailwind to outspeed scarfed pokemon who you also want to kill. Use Lock On then Sheer Cold, then repeat until the opponent facedesks.

Eh, I was thinking of Dragon Tail/Roar/Whirlwind aswell, but those 4 moves are vital for it. This is mainly used to take out or weaken opponents that my Latias can't deal with. The ever annoying Tyranitar being one of them, though it'll break my sash with a sandstorm, perhaps.

If you have Excadrill with Sand Force, and no Tyranitar, then i'm not sure of how good it is. xD

Also, Landorus is also decent on a sand team.

WOOT!!! Just traded a female shuppet for a tepig ( was lv 1 now a level 36 giant pig of awesomeness!!) and a lv 30 eevee for a owaswot!!! ( Was level 1 and still is lv. 1 -hasn't had time to train yet. -.- ) Now i just need a thunderous....

Explain Attract to me. There is a kind of risk factor, putting that move in there. If the opponent has a sweeper that same gender as your latias, then Attract is useless. And plus, since the 5th gen, my pokemon has been infatuated, and unable to attack MUCH MUCH MUCH less. I think that if Leftovers can hold up Latias enough for several Doubleteams, said move could be very useful. The thing is, if you're up against a Salamance running Choice scarf/orb (i think) set, you don't know which until too late. If Salamance uses Dragon Claw, then Latias is done for. I think you should be able to get in a paralyze first though, so the speed evs are good.

I was thinking of using Attract and Thunder Wave together, Scarf Dragons may have lost a bit of popularity in 5th Gen since everyone runs a Jolly Garchomp now. I might play around with a Focus Sash and use Thunder Wave, so next turn I outspeed them and can also use Attract, then spam Calm Mind and try to sweep.

I.. have no idea what to say. I got a legit V-create Victini. For a RNGed Shiny. xD I'm very happy.
