Did you know that just to survive you need 100kg of energy in the form of ATP a day. That's just to survive, not even moving around for a whole day!
100kg just for staying still in one spot. Isn't the human body absolutely fascinating!!

A Saudi Arabian woman can get a divorce if her husband doesn't give her coffee.

The world's youngest parents were 8 and 9 and lived in China in 1910.

Babies are born without kneecaps. They don't appear until the child reaches 2-6 years of age.

Studies show that if a cat falls off the seventh floor of a building, it has about thirty percent less chance of surviving than a cat that falls off the twentieth floor. It supposedly takes about eight floors for the cat to realise what is occurring, relax and correct itself.

Are these cool? Nah. I think these are completely random, eh?

Did you know that the size of the moon never changes despite appearing much bigger at the horizon than up high in the night sky! In some cases it's due to the atmosphere but majority of the time it's due to an optical illusion.

When the moon is low in the sky, we have other things to compare the size to (buildings, trees, etc) but when it's alone in the sky, the sky makes it look smaller due to the eternal darkness of it.

Sometimes the moon can be closer/further away from the Earth but the distance is insignificant and it's only a small change
