@cutebirdy79Danielle left. It took Adalynn a minute to process this. She glanced briefly at Josh and insuring that the lady was far enough away, stalked out through the undergrowth. Her destination was only a few paces away. She struggled to find anything to mark the spot but it wasn't long before she found herself crouching before her bag. She hurried to pick up all her clothes and didn't bother to check if the boy had followed suit. She simply grumbled under her breathe, "Well if I'm going away, I might as well have my own socks!" Before she fastened the clasps, she retrieved a small flask and took a swig, shuddering at the taste. Whoo! First on the new page! 😃

@cutebirdy79 @epicthings451 @fjhfjh @skittlejg__________________________________________________Jake gauged the young girl through passive eyes, not showing any indication if his response would be a yes or a no. When he finally spoke, his answer was brief but sincere. "Actually, no." He answered. "It's true, my boss is in these woods somewhere, but that's not where we're going. I said I would take you somewhere safer, but that place is not by her side, I'm afraid." He gestured for them to follow his lead with a wave of his hand and began trekking through the woods along the path of least resistance. There were still some thorny shrubs in the path that slashed everything that walked past them- to which Jake tried to stomp down with his booted foot to spare the girls some cuts. He glanced over his shoulder to make sure that the girls were indeed following him and that they didn't decide to take off in the opposite direction._________________________________________________Nothing to really write, sorry. I feel bad if I say that they "did" follow him, because then it feels like I'm controlling your characters. ><

@kurochi-akuma @epicthings451 sorry guys I was gone for a few days!!!!!! sorry, sorry..... and all cool (actually thank you) kurochi-akuma for having my character do something while I wasn't here...and sorry epicthings451 if you don't like that I have your character doing small things too... you can have sarah do some stuff to keep the story going if you want! just tell me if you don't want me to write what Hallie is doing once in a while_________________________________Sarah had very little experience in diplomacy with supernatural beings, and many times even had trouble identifying them. however, Hallie appeared to trust this man, Jake, at least to some extent, and he did not appear threatening, merely wary. Therefore, when he turned and left and Hallie followed him, Sarah decided she would also follow, but would stay hidden in the trees, seeing as she was just as fast climbing the branches she grew up in as she was running through brambles. As she was climbing the closest tree though and started running along the branches to the next tree, Sarah noticed Hallie look around for her before looking up to the tree Sarah was in. Sarah put a finger to her lip before continuing on to the next tree, hoping Hallie would understand that she did not want this man to know she was up there.@mila_titan@cutebirdy79@skittlejg

Hallie watched as Sarah put her finger to her lips while she ran along the branches of the nearby trees. In response, Hallie nodded her head, understanding what Sarah had meant. As she continued to follow Jake, she noticed that he was making an effort to crush some of the undergrowth in their way. 'How kind of him' Hallie thought as she stared blankly at his back while they were walking. @kurochi-akuma @skittlejg @epicthings451 Danielle watched her men leave in the direction of the gunshots and then she felt like she was being watched and she turned around. Danielle found herself staring at a whole bunch of different Supernaturals and they looked hungry for a fight and something to eat. Danielle slowly stepped backwards as she reached for her radio. "All units, this is a code black. I need y'all to evacuate this woods now. No backtalking my orders. Guys, just grab any newbie you can find and leave." Danielle ordered into the radio before she threw it against a tree and pulled out her pistols. She aimed at the closest Supernatural and fired. The bullets penetrated the Supernatural in the heart and brain before it had a chance to move or attack. Killing that one Supernatural seemed to trigger the whole army and they began to run towards Danielle. She shot at as many as she could with her pistol before she resorted to using her bow and arrows. Danielle fired one arrow after another until she found herself with just one left. She decided to run and thats what she did, Dani ran for her life. 'This may be my last day of hunting' Danielle thought as she heard the footsteps of many Supernaturals behind her.@xoxo5959Silver was impressed that Day knew who she was but she knew anyone in these woods had to know about them by now.Before Silver could ask Day another question, she heard her radio and all the other members radios go off. Silver unclipped the radio from her belt and held it to her ear so she could listen. When she heard Code Black, she knew that this was the last day for Danielle. Once the transmission was over, Silver pressed the button. "Dani, don't do this" Silver shouted into the radio before releasing button. All that came back was static and Silver threw her radio on the ground, frustrated. Then she looked up at her sister and Day."We have to leave now. Our whereabouts have been compromised so we are no longer safe. Ava and Day stay close and fight when you have to" Silver exclaimed in a flat tone. Silver grabbed her hand claws and strapped them back on before beginning to walk/run through the woods, back to the vehicles.

He could only see the taller of the two over his shoulder, but it didn't take him long to figure out where the other one had gone off to. Years of training had taught him to be on high alert and he wasn't stupid when it came to finding things out. The fact that she was very noisy in the tree branches above him was her single dead give-away. Still, he didn't look up at her or give any indication that he knew she was there. He felt it better for her to believe she was hidden.He paused in his movements as a small tree branch broke off of one of the higher branches and landed in front of him. He stepped over it carefully, making his way into another small clearing in the middle of the woods. If he listened close enough, he could hear the faint sounds of moving cars just north east of where they were heading. 'At least the road isn't too far off.' He thought to himself, briefly looking over his shoulder at the emerging girl behind him."Were almost to the spot. Stay close." He ordered the girl behind him, knowing full well that the one above him could hear as well.Not mere seconds after he spoke, a gun shot echoed into the woods and several more followed it. To someone unaware, they might have sounded like fireworks going off, but Jake knew all too well what was happening. One of his comrades or another hunter had found something...something big. His hand shot to his radio in the back of his pants and unclipped it from his black leather belt. He twisted the volume control at the top, instantly turning on the device, and listened to the incoming voices. 'Dani, don't do this.' He recognized the voice as July's. It had been Danielle. She was the one that found that "something". Jake cursed under his breath and spun on his heel to face the girl standing behind him. His eyes were serious, but there was worry written into the features of his face. He clenched the radio in his hand as he spoke. "We need to move." His hazel eyes flicked to the girl resting in the trees above. "NOW."He stretched out his arm and ushered the taller girl in front of him as he addressed the one in the trees. "I suggest you get down from there. You're more likely to get shot up there than down here." He warned.__________________________________________________

Hallie could hear the rustling of leaves above that were coming from Sarah. As Hallie continued to follow Jake, a round of gunshots echoed through the woods. But again, Hallie had no reaction since she was not the one being fired at; it was a habit that she developed over time. Just then, Jake's radio thingy came on and she could make out almost every word.After the radio went silent, Jake spun on his heel, facing her. He told both girls to move, now, and ushered her back the way they came. Hallie cast a glance over her shoulder before being pushed ahead and saw that his hand was clenched around the radio. Before today, she had never been spotted or heard - she had stood not even 3 feet above people before and she saw never noticed, and now twice in one day she had been found in the trees by two different people. 'What happened? How can they do this?' she though.Deciding she would be safer in the trees no matter what Jake said, she raced along the branches about 20 feet behind Hallie and Jake as they tore through the forest. She was more careful than usual in the trees to make sure nobody would know she was there, and was rewarded as Jake looked over his shoulder, scanning both the path and trees before turning forward again and muttering about how stupid that girl must be.Still, the gun shot worried her. She had lived in these woods for quite a while, and never before had she heard shots, and now she heard half a dozen of then within a few short hours. Something was definitely not right...

@cutebirdy79 I'm back! Let the role play continue!Adalynn swiveled to face the boy and after taking a short glimpse into his worried eyes, she knew that the situation was serious. She grasped the handle of her suitcase with one hand and pulled out her gun with the other, turning off the safety. Gazing through the trees, she struggled for any reference points. She struggled to fight off the panic that was creeping into her mind. "I'm pretty sure the road is that way." She said, unsure. She pointed through the underbrush to a place wear the bushes seemed more crumpled, "where I came running through" she assumed. She tore off in that direction, hoping that she was right.

@cutebirdy79 Day quickly snatched her travel bag as a couple rounds of shots echoed like fireworks. Sounds muffled through July radio device but all she could make out was the words "units," "code," and, "order" from a female voice. Soon after she replied "Dani, don't do it." July then demanded to start moving and prepare themselves. Day did as commanded and sprinted off along with Ava. She kept herself moving forward as she unzipped her bag to grab her gun. Day uncomfortably shifted her bag strap around her shoulder as she continued to run. Day still remained confused of this 'Dani' women mentioned just moments ago. By concluding the atmosphere of panic, Day guess she and probably others are in close danger. She wasn't to sure of her hunch but it continued to pick at her mind.---@mila_titan @fjhfjh @epicthings451 @kurochi-akuma Evan hauled himself into a sturdy olden tree. He climbed as high as he could in effort to look above the forest, in possible attempt to see anything.When Evan had succeeded to tower over, thick trees near and far blocked most of the view. 'Useless' he though irritated. He sat upon a lower branch and put one of his guns back into his holster. The other gun was held and prepared for another fire. Evan's vision was more directed below him for those who sadly couldn't climb trees. Yet, Evan's awareness was still trained on the tree level beside him.

The girl in the trees refused his request to come down onto the ground. No matter, he knew he had to keep moving whether the other girl would follow him or not. Saying a mental prayer to himself that she would follow, he ushered the other girl towards the roadway northeast of them. His pace was quicker than before, but the girl didn't seem to have any trouble keeping up with him. He had reached the roadway in a matter of minutes. He glanced over his shoulder briefly to find that the girl in the trees was no where to be seen. He would be lying if he said his heart didn't sink a little. What was he doing? Is this how Danielle wanted to leave her organization? Have them leaving recruits in the middle of dangerous woods?He shook his head to clear his thoughts. 'No, Danielle is alive.' Jake was happy to find the vehicles still parked alongside the road just a few meters up from where they emerged. He led the girl by them in silence. Making sure that these were indeed their vehicles, not that he had any doubt, he turned towards the girl."This is the spot. Granted, it's more open than the woods are at providing coverage, but sitting in this thing here," He gestured to a black, Ford F-150 pick-up truck, giving its side a knock with his knuckles, "You won't have to worry about bullets. The metal exterior and windows are bullet proof and it's pretty tough for supernaturals to get into as well." He explained. He gave the girl a few moments to look over the vehicle herself as he turned and brought his radio to his mouth. "JK to July, what's your status?" He said rather calmly, despite the situation that had occurred just moments ago in the woods.

Hallie Followed Jake into the clearing where a few pick-up trucks were parked. She took a look at one of the vehicles as he said something into his radio. 'As long as the vehicle can drive, I'm perfectly fine.' Hallie thought as she ran her hand along the shiny hood of the car. She then walked back over near Jake and stared into the forest, waiting for Sarah emerge from the trees. -----Nothing mush to say ^^'-----@kurochi-akuma @xoxo5959 @fjhfjh @cutebirdy79 @skittlejg

She couldn't hear what was happening, so she slowly climbed onto a limb overhanging one of the pickups and dropped into the back, hoping it wouldn't make enough noise to be heard over Jake's radio. looking around the back of the truck, Sarah saw it was well-stocked with knives, rope, 2 large books (sarah wondered why these were here) guns, and cans full of an unknown substance (there were no labels).

@cutebirdy79 Numerous of foots steps caught Evan's awareness. He paid close attention to which direction the scrambling was coming from. Evan pushed away some branches to get a better view as a women pasted below the tree Evan was perched in. Multiple suspicious human like figures pasted by soon after. Evan quickly grabbed his other gun to hold one of his guns in each hand. He leaped from branch to branch trying to catch up to them. The hunter rapidly gained up on the group and shot more rounds. Supernaturals fell one by one, some tripping over on the ones whom previously fallen. He pulled the triggers yet nothing came out. Darn, out of bullets. Evan swiftly reloaded as he descended from the tree for a better opportunity of shooting more rounds. Evan hadn't noticed a supernatural's presence charging towards him till it knocked him straight to the ground. It suddenly leaped into the air above Evan to attack but Evan shot the supernatural in mid-air. He watched it's head flick back from the force of the bullet then flop dead on the ground near him.He got up off the ground and dashed after the rest of them. Evan held his guns up and shot more rounds, jumping over the dead corpses in his path. Evan's breath start to become heavier, he knew he had to finish this up before he can't continue. He checked his gun to find he only had one bullet left and luckily one supernatural remained. He rose his gun and pulled the trigger. The supernatural skid on the dirt below and Evan stopped in relief. He used up all his bullets and now he's defenseless if there where any others to attack. Evan almost completely forgot about the women they where chasing after. He wonder if she was still running.@kurochi-akuma @epicthings451 @fjhfjh @mila_titan

@xoxo5959 Danielle was growing tired from all her running but she knew she couldn't stop or she would probably die. When Danielle felt like giving up, the Supernaturals behind began to fall. There were still some behind her so she kept running. When the last Supernatural fell so did Danielle. Danielle panted and her arms shook as she tried to sit up. Once she sat up, she looked around for her savior.

The hand holding the radio fell to his side, while his other hand grabbed his gun out of its holster in record speed. His trained gaze fell on the back of the pick-up truck, expecting the worst of monsters to come lunging for him and the girl with him.His facial features relaxed upon seeing what it really was. A girl- the same one that he had found earlier and temporarily lost. Temporarily, indeed.He sighed, dropping the hand holding the gun, and placed the weapon back into its holder. "Jeeze, you scared me." He hissed lowly to the girl in the back of the truck.She appeared to be checking over the supplies in the bed of the truck and a look of utter confusion, at least it looked like confusion, washed over her face. Jake didn't have much time to explain before his radio went off and Silver's voice rang through the quiet atmosphere. 'I'm not too far from the rendezvous point, Jake.' She replied."What about everyone else?" He asked her, wondering what situation had gone down while he had his radio turned off, "And Dani?"His eyes searched the woods for any approaching comrades. Out of the corner of his eye, he saw a man and a woman standing side-by-side a far ways off from him. He could tell instantly that they were not familiar faces he grew to know and work with; yet , he didn't appear too threatened by their sight. "Stay put." He ordered the two girls near him.He began walking towards the newcomers, stopping just shy of a few yards from them. The woman seemed a bit in a frantic state, while the man stood cautious but calm. He saw a shotgun?(Can't remember what weapon he was carrying..) in the man's hand as well as a small pistol in the woman's. "Hello. You two wouldn't have happened to run into anything strange in those woods, would you?" Jake asked, smiling wryly. __________________________________________________

Hallie walked over to the same pick-up truck Sarah was in and hopped into the back. She picked up a pistol and looked at it, slowly turning the pistol in her hands."I've never used a gun before." Hallie said and placed the pistol back; continuing to look at the stuff.Just then, two figures crashed into the clearing, one was a boy and the other was a girl. She could see that the boy carried a shotgun with him and the girl carried luggage. Thinking that they were a threat, Hallie decided to try to be unseen by pressing herself close to the bottom of the back of the truck.@kurochi-akuma @cutebirdy79 @xoxo5959 @fjhfjh @mila_titan

I wonder where the cartridges are..." suddenly, Hallie flattened herself to the bottom of the truck, and looking around, Sarah saw why; two people had just walked out of the forest. Quickly, hoping she wasn't seen, Sarah followed suit, quietly laying the gun down next to her and grabbing some knives

@fjhfjh Josh would never point a gun at someone unless provoked like getting fired out himself not like hearing a noise.@epicthings451 Josh opened his mouth to answer the man talking to him but he saw out of the corner of his eye that a girl was pointing a gun at him. "Well I would answer your question but it seems one of your buddies seems to not like me or something because she is pointing a gun at me." Josh stated as he took cautious steps towards the man, while he kept an eye on the girl. "I don't mean any harm, I have my gun out at all times while I'm in those woods" Josh called out towards the girl with the gun, still pointed at him. He turned his attention back to the man and gave him a smile. "I'm glad your not as hostile as she is. Well, I didn't really run into anything strange unless you mean werewolves because then yes I did run into something strange" Josh stated to the man as his eyes searched the area around him. Then he suddenly remembered Adalynn. "Adalynn, you can come down. They're safe except maybe the one with the gun" Josh shouted out in the direction that Adalynn was in.@mila_titan @kurochi-akuma

@cutebirdy79 Sorry it's taken me so long to respond, I've been out with strep throat. T-TAdalynn hesitated near the edge of the forest, straining her eyes to locate whoever had a weapon. She brushed some leaves out of the way and yelled decidedly, "Alright, I am coming out. Don't shoot."As she pressed herself through the intertwined branches, she winced as her eyes were struck by the sudden light. Her hand raced to her brow, guarding her eyes against the sunlight. She peered out at the dusty road noting two dark vehicles with were parked haphazardly. "I'm guessing these aren't friends of yours then, Josh?" Adalynn joked. She moved towards the trucks slowly and set down her bag. Her hand coiled around her gun. Adalynn brandished her weapon suddenly, "So what do you guys want?"

The one he left by the outside of his truck was no where to be seen, while the one rummaging through the bed of his vehicle was now pointing a gun- one of /his/ guns- at the man and woman he had been standing by. He rolled his eyes and looked back to the man. "My apologies, but they're still a bit shaken up with some events that happened in the woods." He explained with a slight grimace.He turned his attention back to the girls and shouted, "Relax! They come in peace!" He regarded the man once more, who had appeared to shout to his companion a similar order, before replying to the comment about werewolves in the forest. "Werewolves, eh? Seems to be a lot of Supernatural activity in these woods. Not too long ago, I found several skin-walkers by a tree." Jake said, looking out into the dense woods. Perhaps these woods held a spiritual significance which causes anomalies to be drawn to it. If that was the case, these woods wouldn't just be used for hunting trainees, but also for whatever entity was lurking around in there. Jake made a mental note to do more research once he got back to base. For now, he and his team, whoever was left, needed to head home to recuperate and rearm. He motioned the man to follow him back to his vehicle as he kept a steady eye on the girl still pointing the gun. "By the way-" He began before being rudely interrupted by the radio going off./I pretty sure everyone that isn't either with you or me is dead, Jake but Dani....well I just hope she isn't dead like the others and I have a feeling she isn't./ Silver's voice rang out.The thought of everyone dead shattered his insides, but he managed to keep a calm demeanor. He didn't seem affected by the call at first. He cleared his throat awkwardly."As I..." His voice felt weak and he cough again, "As I was saying, my name is Jakoby Wells. I've been a Supernatural hunter since the age of fourteen- well, officially that is."He turned towards the man and woman, "And you two are?"That same annoying radio went off for umpteenth time that day./Well Jake, we are almost to the rondayvoo point so see you in a bit./ It was Silver's voice again."10-4." He replied vaguely, giving an apologetic glance to the man and woman for being rude. ____________________________________________________

Even though she heard Jake say that they came in peace, Hallie still kept her hidden position. "No, I don't" Hallie responded and watched as Sarah took some knives from the many weapons. Hallie didn't need to take any weapons since she was perfectly fine with her own set of knives. Following Sarah's lead, she also peered slightly over the side of the truck and saw three people, including Jake. -----Sorry for the short post ^^'-----@fjhfjh @kurochi-akuma @mila_titan@cutebirdy79 @xoxo5959

"Do you think we should move?? go back into the trees perhaps? We're siting ducks if we stay here and they do mean us harm. Perhaps Jake led us into some type of trap" Sarah had always been very suspicious ever since her family died. Suddenly, she remembered her dog was still in the forest "[yeep]" she muttered allowed.

She waited patiently for the transmission to end before answering the question that had been posed."Adalynn." She replied, her voice held a small quantity of distrust, "You hunt supernaturals?" The hand holding her gun began to lower back to her side.*OoC: Sorry it's so short, it's been a while and I am just trying to get back in the story. @kurochi-akuma @epicthings451 @mila_titan @fjhfjh Josh could hear the person on the radio and knew it was Silver but he couldn't understand what she was saying. "The name's Josh." Josh stated as he stuck out his hand.Silver felt the radio vibrate but she didn't hear what it said. She regarded the vibration as Jake saying "10-4". "Clear to move forward. Let's go" Silver ordered out as she motioned with her hand for everyone to follow. She began to run again and she listened for any suspicious sounds but only heard the foot-falls of her comrades behind her. Silver frowned as she ran because she realized that she only had 6 members with her and she had a feeling that Jake and Dani had none with them. 'We went to more than 80 to at least 9. Glad we found these recruits or we would probably be finished' Silver thought as she slowed her pace and came into a clearing. She saw all the vehicles in tip-top shape, she saw Jake and two other people and she saw two girls in and around one of the vehicles. Once everyone else was in the clearing, they dispersed and went down to the vehicles and began to pack up except Silver. Silver didn't want to pack up until Dani was reunited with them.Ava went down to the trucks like everyone else but she kept her eye on the boy with a girl and a man. Then she soon realized who it was and she clenched her fists. She marched over to him and punched him in the face. "That is for leaving me to die earlier" Ava exclaimed, her voice angry, as she glared at him and kept her clenched fists at her sides.Josh felt something hard hit him on the cheek and he felt the impact of falling onto the ground. He held his cheek as he looked up and saw Ava glaring at him. "Hello Ava, glad to see you alive" Josh stated as he stood up and brushed himself off. "You don't hit like a girl" Josh muttered as he rubbed his bruising cheek.Ava laughed at what Josh had said about her not hitting like a girl. "It runs in the family, I guess" Ava stated as she patted Josh on the back. Ava decided to look for her sister so she left the group and began to look around.Josh was confused at how Ava's mood changed from angry to happy. "Girl's are confusing" Josh mumbled as he rubbed the back of his neck and looked at the ground.

Jake said welcoming, noting that the woman- now known as Adalynn, lowered her weapon to her side in a more relaxed manner.She asked him a question about hunting supernaturals and he felt it wise to tread lightly on the subject. It wasn't that he didn't want to answer her question, but past experience has taught him to keep information to a minimum when talking about it. If not, most "normal" people will deem you insane and quickly want nothing to do with you or they have 911 on speed-dial so the cops can handle you. He certainly didn't want the police to show up at a time like this; not while the group was at its weakest. Without further thought, he smiled warmly and answered her question. "That is correct."He chose his next words wisely."Supernatural activity- unexplainable phenomenons that occur in this world. It's...hard to believe they actually exist- I didn't even believe myself until I was ten years old; but, they do. I could spend hours telling you about them, but until you witness something for yourself, I'd just be wasting my breath." His eyes focused on the gun in her hand, "Something tells me, though, that not all was pleasant for you in those woods, Miss Adalynn. I have a feeling you know what I'm talking about, even if you haven't seen it for yourself."His conversation with the newcomers was cut short when he heard the rustling of bushes behind Adalynn and Josh. It didn't take long for the source to reveal itself to be Silver and her small group of hunters. There were a few new faces among them, as well. One of which felt so familiar, yet he couldn't seem to place it in his memory box. The familiar face broke from the group and headed towards the three of them. The girl took long strides and anger filled her face completely as she got closer. Suddenly, her fist collided with Josh's cheek, sending his body to the ground in an instant. 'Some punch...' Jake thought to himself.The two exchanged some heated dialogue, obviously having some past baggage he didn't know about (jealous girlfriend, sister, step-something; Jake didn't know nor did he care). However, as the tension grew in the air between the two, it was just as quickly released in a friendly spurt. Boy, and he thought some of /his/ girlfriends were emotional. Those girls didn't even compare.He whistled in slight awkwardness.'Speaking of emotional girls...' He thought to himself, turning back to his black, pick-up truck located behind him. He peered over the edge of the bed to see the girls gathering his weapons in their hands. He sighed. "I told you, they come in peace and as do I." From the many things he learned in life, these type of situations were just words. Empty, meaningless words. Trust was something people earned from each other. He could tell them to relax all he wanted, but they wouldn't listen; no person would. He sighed again, a bit defeated by the circumstance he was in. They had to stay here if they wanted to live. Even if he had to convince them till he was blue in the face, he was going to keep them here. They weren't going to lose anymore people. Not today."Look, I'm not asking you to make some big life commitment to me, I'm just asking that you stay put for the time being." He explained, shifting his eyes from each girl.

As Hallie was continuing to look over the side of the truck, a group of people slowed down from running and slowed to a walk in the clearing. One person from the group had clenched fists and walked up to the boy with Jake in an angry manner. Then, the girl gave the boy a big punch to the face, which knocked him to the ground. 'Sucker punch' Hallie thought to herself and snickered a little. She knew she could never give anyone a punch like that. After the whole scene was over, Hallie noticed that Jake was approaching the pick up truck where she and Sarah were sitting. "Blah blah blah, I already know you come peace." She said to him. "There were plenty of chances where you could've killed us." Hallie listened as Jake told them to stay put for the rest of the time."How long will 'the time being' be?" she asked him.As she waited, Hallie decided to ditch her belongings and slipped off her small duffel bag and backpack into the back of Jake's pick up truck.
